Excellent service received from John and his crew. John responded within 15 minutes after I contacted Roto-Rooter and explained that I heard water running in my bathroom wall. They located the leak and got to work to repair it immediately. The hot water pipe was rerouted and let water was turned back on the same day. 7 fans and 2 humidifiers placed in my home to dry the slab in 3 rooms. They did Such a great job and I will definitely refer them out to anyone who is in need of water damage cleanup.

Let me start first to say thanks R R for solving my problems backup main drain a root was caught up in the main drain . Hunter work deligently to resolve my problem I recommend this company to anyone that want to get great customer service, honesty , hunter also clean up behind himself great company I wil forever use this company !

A couple of weeks ago, we had Roto-Rooter come out to our business because we were having recurring issues with the toilets. They diagnosed what they believed was the problem, charged $500, and told us that if the same issue happened again within 30 days, they would come back at no charge under their warranty.

Less than a week later, the same issue happened again. When the technician arrived, he initially claimed he could not find the record of our previous call and said he could not even look at the problem without charging us more money. After I insisted, he finally located the prior service record.

Then, after looking at the issue, he told me that what needed to be done this time was “not under warranty” and that I would need to pay another $200. He tried to frame it as a partial discount because of the warranty, but it was still an additional charge. I reminded him that we were told very clearly that if the same issue happened again within 30 days, it would be covered. After a lot of back and forth, they reluctantly agreed to fix it but warned me that if they had to come back again, it would no longer be covered under warranty.

The entire experience felt like they were more interested in squeezing extra money out of us than honoring what we had already paid for. It was frustrating, unprofessional, and felt like we were being taken advantage of. A week later, the problem came back yet again. Instead of calling Roto-Rooter, I chose to hire another plumber, paying over $300 out of pocket. I would rather pay someone else than deal with the runaround and questionable business practices we experienced with Roto-Rooter.

From this experience, I have decided not to use Roto-Rooter again.

The guy that came out today was very nice and professional his name was Aaron McCoy. He fixed my problems and he did not leave a mess. He cleaned up after himself. Not to mention I was at work when he came. I have cameras in my house. He remained professional and handled the job. Very trustworthy he even brought my Amazon package in from off the porch. The person premiere property sent out did a good job it’s 24 hrs later and my Tubb is still draining properly and the guy was very nice. Thank you

My pipes bursted due to the weather. They came out sooner than expected, got it done and even insulated the pipes before leaving. Very nice and well mannered service!

Came out on a Sunday very punctual, very effective, and efficient. Problem solved in about 45 minutes and I didn’t even have to say oh 💩. Very friendly and hospitable. Overall 10/10 !!

Premier Plumbing EARNED 5 STARS!!! A previous plumbing company came out BUT didn't have the PROPER EQUIPMENT to get the job done. Aaron McCoy a tech for Premier Plumbing came out AND WITHIN 20 MINUTES, OMG!!! This young man has a KIND AND BEAUTIFUL ATTITUDE 😊 He took time to explain to my husband and I about the procedure and steps that took place on Wednesday. Friday evening Mr. McCoy came out again because they have to do some deeper work concerning the sewer, and that took less than 10 minutes, and he had the same KIND AND BEAUTIFUL ATTITUDE. I recommend Premier Plumbing on any given day!

We had a pipe burst late in the afternoon. Not only did they get out there within an hour they had it fixed within another hour, and we were back with full water in no time. Friendly and excellent service.

I submitted a plumbing maintenance request to my property management team and Premier plumbing called me the same day to set up an appointment. They came next day and fixed my issue so quickly and effectively. I really appreciate the fast turn around and the kindness shown of the two gentlemen that came out to help.

Aaron McCoy did his thing!!!! Very professional and knowledgeable about plumbing. He is the man for the job!!! Took care of leaky issues and replaced everything! Ask for Aaron!!

Disappointed in the job I hired them to do. Especially when I paid for a job that was not done thoroughly. If you call them to inspect a clogged sewer line be sure to watch and see if the technician actually removes the cleanout cap and actually clears the line.

The tech just threw his jetter in the sewage and didn't even attempt to locate the clean out and do the proper job.

I even spoke with the scheduling office and they told me they would use a jetter in the cleanout in attempts to unclog the line. This was told to me before they came out.

They tried to say the tree was clogging the line, but that is also false, because before we purchased the house 4yrs ago we had the lines inspected. We we're told no roots in the lines, and that they tree was already dying. So, there is no way the tree has broken the pipe. We also had an arborist come out to trim limbs down last year, they too confirmed the tree ways dying

I had to call Choate's to do the job right. Choate's also confirmed the line was not broken at all, and we we're prepared to pay them to replace the whole line. If it was broken they would have said so. They were in no way trying to 'scare us' into getting the pipe replaced.

Disappointed. Do Better

I had a very good experience with this company on down from the appointment setting to the day of. I was notified when the tech was on his way and they also sent me a picture of the technician and the color of the van before he arrived. Aaron was polite, knowledgeable and fast. I would definitely choose to use them again. Awesome customer service.
