Water Damage Restoration reviews in Murfreesboro, Tennessee

We had a pretty major leak and called and boy were we grateful for who showed up. Michael Loredo and Paul Rodriguez got to our home and after a few minutes with them(even though it was in the middle of a stressful situation for us) we were put at ease for this part of our problem. They kept us informed all day long of issues they found and what they were doing. Needless to say, we are not happy with the situation but we are extremely happy and grateful for Michael and Paul and how well they took care of us. Wish we could give those 2 more than 5 stars.

Michael, Zack, Simon, Asleido, Johan, Ceaser, and Santi have been amazing to work with. They’ve gotten things done quickly and efficiently. But not just that. They’ve given me grace when the tears are flowing. They’ve been kind, patient, supportive, and respectful. They’ve guided me through the whole process one step at a time. Thank you all!

Would have left a 1/2 Star if I could have selected it. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. They came to my house to clean up water damage from frozen pipes. The project manager Zak was more concerned about becoming friends with my insurance adjuster than speaking to me or keeping me informed regarding the damage and status of my home. I had to contact the project manager multiple times to request information about the water damage and planned clean up. THEN when he finally decided to respond to my multiple requests his team had already removed fixtures in my house without my knowledge or approval. (Which they charged me for removing!) THEN I had informed my insurance adjuster and the Servpro project manager Zak, both in person, that before the water damage, my cleaning lady had poured mop water into a tub in one of my bathrooms and failed to properly clean the tub. But NO water from the tub leaked onto the floor AND per the plumber the pipes connected to the tub had NOT frozen or busted. HOWEVER, the project manager submitted a claim to his office stating that I had level 3, polluted, water from that tub in my home which caused the price of the cleanup to skyrocket AND be denied by my insurance adjuster. (Servpro said I had level 3 damage BUT they left the floors that would have been affected by the level 3 damage in my house! Because my insurance denied their claims of level 3 water damage cleanup, Servpro sent me an invoice for the charges my insurance company wouldn’t pay! I received a claim for over $16,000 in expenses related to level 3 water damage and removal of fixtures, that I didn’t approve them to remove, all because of the project manager’s dishonesty!!! THEN after Servpro removed all of their equipment from my home they adjusted my thermostats and caused my electric bill to increase over $300 more than the previous month’s bill. ( My house was uninhabitable, nothing was plugged in the outlets, and I was out of state over a month and didn’t know and didn’t approve of Servpro adjusting my thermostats.) When I complained, Servpro upper management called me, apologized and PROMISED a check was in the mail to cover the $300 electricity increase BUT I NEVER received the money!!!! Do not trust these people! They fraudulently charged me for level 3 damage that wasn’t in my house. They removed fixtures in my house without my knowledge or permission. They adjusted my thermostats without my permission, left the thermostats at the adjusted temperatures, ran up my bill $300 and didn’t reimburse me as promised!!!! Yes, I have a copy of the invoice for the level 3 water damage they claimed to have cleaned up , pictures of the flooring, that was left and not removed out of the areas, that would have been affected by the level 3 water damage. And I have the text messages that I sent to the project manager over and over requesting pictures of the damage, status of the project, and information about what needed to be removed from my home! This is a legitimate complaint about this company! Heed the warning!

The teams at Servpro did an excellent job getting my house back to feeling like a home. From the cleanup of the initial damage to the extensive repair work, Servpro kept professionalism and customer service at the forefront of the job. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Rob Nix in the planning and coordination of the repairs. Mr. Nix was great at communicating during the entire process, and helped me maintain a positive attitude during that difficult time. The communication between Mr. Nix and the chosen contractor for the repairs, Jonathan, was seamless. This really helped the repair process move forward as quickly as possible. Jonathan's team were all very polite and professional, and the work they did was outstanding.
I am very happy to have chosen Servpro to help me through that difficult time. They were all great to work with and I can't recommend them enough! -

I've been dealing with a water leak and mold issue. Servpro was the company that handled everything. I'm blown away by the professionalism of Michael and Simon. Michael thoroughly explained everything he was going to do and walked me through the work at the end. I felt very comfortable with him in my home and confident about his knowledge. The team was tidy and non-invasive. Would definitely recommend!

I had a great experience with Servpro Rutherford! They were polite, communicated everything that needed to happen really well, professional, and made the process of dealing with flood damage so much easier than I was expecting. Also, when they had to take the floors and part of the walls off in our basement, they moved all our stuff for us and left everything really clean. Highly recommend!

Servpro, sent their best team to dry my floors, pull up carpet and kitchen tile. They let me know what was going on during the whole process, and someone came each day to check on the progress at a time that was convenient for me. Will recommend to family and friends. Thanks Desjuan, Cody and Mark

We had a flood at 12:30 am back in December. Panicking and half asleep, we called ServePro because I remember the green vehicles around town. The crew showed up within an hour, which I found amazing for the timing. There were bad storms all over that day and day before. They said they were coming off a 24-hour shift when they got our call. Even being exhausted, these guys were the most courteous, professional, honest, and respectful group I could have asked for. They were so worn out, but you wouldn't have known any of that by how well they took care of our home. They even had technical difficulties because so many claims were hitting their system in such a short time, but they handled that obstacle just as smooth as the rest. They explained everything we needed to know and do in detail, cleaned up everything they could to get our home back to normal as possible for the situation, and truly got us through the night without completely losing our sanity!
I got 2 of their names but can't remember the 3rd. I will edit if I can find it. Thank you guys
Shout out to Juan Barnes and David Groves. -
The team led by Mercedes came in, asked questions to make sure we were on the same page. Their job was to pack up items that had smoke damage from a small kitchen fire in my home. They made sure that nothing was packed until I knew what was to be packed. Mercedes made sure she communicated this to her crew. They worked really hard and only took a 30 minute lunch and then back to work. They were thorough in doing the job, also, taking care with our belongings. And, they were friendly. I would recommend Mercedes and her crew to anyone who finds themselves needing a job completed such as the one that was done at my home.

I was not happy with how I was approached for services by a marketing representative with this company. I was under the impression at the time that he was associated with the fire department or somehow was called by them and that was how Servpro came on scene to my house fire so fast in the middle of the night. I was grateful for the donation of toiletries and gift cards as my family and I had lost all our belongings, but I was clearly shocked and traumatized and was not understanding what was going on in order to get a handle on the situation.
I was handed over to another person with the company who didn’t actually reach out to me personally but rather spoke to my insurance adjuster and then argued with her at my property a few days later. I don’t know if this is how Servpro typically finds customers, but it feels like ambulance chasing and a little like poorly influencing people in times of crisis.
