After returning home to water damage, a call to ServPro a team arrived for Day 1! Hats off to Michael, Simon, Hunter and Dillan for preparation and beginning the mitigation process. Nice, understanding, professional.

We had a great experience with Servpro, thanks to the incredible team who came out to help us—specifically Michael, Simon, Santiago and Ceasar. From start to finish, the crew was professional, knowledgeable, and so respectful of our home. They showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and worked efficiently to get the job done right.

What really stood out was how thorough and detail-oriented they were. They didn’t just fix the issue—they made sure we understood what had happened and what steps they were taking to address it. They treated our home with care and left everything clean and in order.

Communication with office was poor.
The men on the job were great. Michael communicated everything, was aware of our situation and took care of everything. Simon and Kyle along with Michael were polite and professional.. I am very happy with their work.. The office continued to call the wrong person about the job, arrival times etc. The original crew was pulled off the job without contacting me. I called the office and was told the supervisor would contact me. After repeated request, the estimated called. The work was great, but I had to miss work a couple of hours on Friday and then again on Monday.

I truly don’t have the words to describe what an angel on earth Michael Loredo with Servpro has been for my family. After an unexpected loss of my dad, this company immediately came to our needs. From the initial phone call to walking us throughout the entire process of a very sad and emotional situation, my family and I are so grateful. Came quickly, were very thorough, professional, & super to work with! Had a late night plumbing catastrophe, that involved upstairs flooding, & major damage to downstairs ceiling, & carpet. They removed water damaged carpets, Sheetrock, & tile flooring in upstairs bathroom. Placed machines to dry out wet wood, & monitored, daily, the moisture readings. Michael Loredo, & his team, were excellent to work with.

I called Serve Pro last week because we had a leak in our kitchen that had obviously done damage. Tyler Butler came out initially to access the situation and he was great to work with. Everyone who has come out to work and take care of the damage we had, has been very professional and gone above and beyond to do the job with excellence. I am so impressed with Luis and Johan, Michael Loredo and his team, Leo and his team, Caesar and his team and Drew Pippin. I highly recommend Serve Pro of Rutherford County. We actually live in Davidson county but their team covers this area as well and I couldn’t be happier with the job they have done.

I came home from work with major water damage to my house. I called ServPro and had a team on site within two hours. They were fantastic to work with and work directly with my insurance company. I highly recommend using ServPro.

SERVPRO sent Leo, along with his team of Asleido and Cesar, to our home expediently when we called about water damage to our home from a recent storm. Leo was thorough in accessing water damaged areas of drywall and carpeting on both the second and first floor. He also checked the attic and crawl areas. The team removed the wet materials and mitigated mold on the second floor. Dehumidifiers and dryers were placed on both levels. I was very impressed with the quality of their work from cuts in the drywall, to hanging plastic and taping it in place. No additional cleanup was needed when they left. Definitely an A team.

Additional work was done at our home by Leo and Asleido. Leo was spot on in his assessment of moisture in the drywall below the second floor wet area. It lead to the removal of a kitchen cabinet, and drywall including an area behind the corner sink cabinet. The before and after pictures say it all.

Paul and Deante were sent to check moisture levels Saturday and today. They were thorough in checking the areas where tear outs were done and wet insulation removed. Dehumidifiers and blowers were adjusted where needed.

We needed additional services performed at our home. DiDarion and his teammate showed up on time and were thorough in sanitizing two areas. We appreciated their work!

Michael, Simon, and Kyle are a pleasure to work with. Michael is very knowledgeable, took his time explaining everything from start to finish, and allowed us to ask questions unhurriedly. I felt I knew exactly what to expect and how to prepare for the repair process. Kyle and Simon were pleasant and professional. There is no evidence of any mess left behind from the demo process, and you wouldn’t know they were here (except for the dryers lol). Very very impressed with this team and will recommend to others without hesitation.

There isn't a more knowledgeable, personable, and get-it-done person than Michael Loredo. We had a leak 3 days after Christmas that flooded our office space in our home and he, along with his team, got it taken care of expediently. Got everyone from insurance aligned. Our home was a disaster from water damage. But the professionals like Michael Loredo and Ceaser from Serv-Pro had a plan and went to work immediately when they arrive taking care of the issues. They kept us well informed step by step and when they left today we were able to sleep the first time in three days. These two guys would be the reason I would call Serv-Pro out next time we have an issue, I pray we never have another issue. They treated our home like it was theirs. Thanks to a drain clogging incident, the bottom bathroom of my floor flooded as well as into part of the living room, so I had no choice but to quickly call Servpro for mitigation services. The response was swifter than expected and they sent a crew out the same evening. Leading the crew was Michael who was knowledgeable and personable to boot! He had no issues explaining what work was being done, explaining findings, setting decent expectations of next steps and honestly a pleasure to speak with. Day 2 he brought Caesar along to help with the second half of the process. Very professional and quick work, again set expectations for the future of this process should we choose to proceed with Servpro.

Though I hope I wouldn’t have to call on the service again, I am satisfied with the work and quality Servpro provided

Mercedes and her crew were fantastic. They work hard and take pride in doing their best. Kyle, Simon and Chris were also great, knowledgeable, thorough and courteous . Taylor is a top notch manager. She has kept us informed at all times and has shown great attention to detail. Drew has been very helpful with his assessments and great in interfacing with the insurance adjuster. Every ServPro person who has walked through our door has treated us like family and made a stressful situation feel better. Would highly recommend ServPro without reservation.
