I had a leak in my wall from the outside water source which caused us to have mold. Arcus was able to come to my house, inspect the area and get me a quote within a few days. Everyone I dealt with was very nice & professional. Arcus is a great company to work with & I’d use them again if I had to.

These guys were AWESOME my roof looks great they went above and beyond and did fabulous work and in very little time A++++++++. Cam also was awesome anytime I had a question or wanted anything particular they were on it! Thank you so much Arcus Restoration!!!! I will always call you guys first!!!!!!!

We had extensive water damage due to a leaking pipe in our crawl space. Our insurance company hired Arcus to complete the repairs. Our Project Manager, John Mathis, was very patient, kind, and helpful with all of our questions! Response times from both John and the Scheduler, Alicia, were prompt! Accounts Receivable took the time to go over billing with us and were also very patient with questions. Overall, everyone was a pleasure to work with throughout our journey and we’re very thankful!

Arcus agreed to do our water damage after the Christmas storm. They came in , ripped up my floors. In the process the damaged walls, doors left nails hanging out or the floor. Ruined the wood on the staircase. After meeting with the project manager John a month later, he said he’s not willing to finish the job. So it two months later and we have no floors and holes in the walls. Do not trust this company! Our contract also called for epoxy floors in garage and wants to slap paint down. In my opinion he’s not really a contractor, he’s lazy and doesn’t wants to do what he agreed to I’m adding to the list of items they did, removed air vents/ducts under house and never replaced them. I guess we are now heating the crawl space

We recently had a fire at our office. Cameron with Arcus was our project manager and helped us get our repairs done and back in business. They were quick to handle any problems to our full satisfaction--a quality team to work with!

Sam, Nathan, and Marvin were all a pleasure to work with. They provided great customer service and communication. They also got the job done earlier than expected and far better than we ever imagined. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing work done. They were also very knowledgeable regarding insurance and worked directly with our agent. We couldn’t be happier with the mitigation and repairs they performed on our home.

Homeowner beware! Servpro is a joke. My home experienced water damage in the kitchen, the floors and cabniets needed to be replaced. My insurance agent sent the business development representative to my house to look at the damage and answer questions we had. The representative gave a sales pitch on why his company was the top branch in the company and promised we would be taken care of.

Remediation went well but reconstruction was a nightmare. There is absolutely no communication! Project managers don’t call you back,they don’t show up to residence when they should, project managers don’t follow up with contractors. The Construction Operations Manager’s idea of customer service is to avoid holding his staff accountable for their inability to do their jobs. When concerns were voiced he did nothing!

We no longer are working with Servpro and have accomplished more in our reconstruction then they did in 5months!

Leo and Asleido were fantastic remediation specialists. They were very quick at removing my kitchen floor and drywall after a leak and took lots of pictures of each step in the process that were included in the bill.

The rest of the office I was not impressed with: I called the office in the morning and was told someone would get back to me shortly... Four hours later I called back again and was told they lost me on the system and then they immediately helped me and sent out Leo & Asledio. Then I was told I would get the bill one to two days after the job was completed... It took a week and a half which was after the insurance need date. Then I was also told they took the floor boards away to match them for replacement (under the assumption I'd be getting a quote for replacing the floor and doing the work) which never happened. And they didn't even leave a single board for me too bring around to stores to try and match and now I have to find someone else to do the work.

Overall the service workers are fantastic and do a great job, but the office workers and managers are seemingly unmotivated and don't care about helping you.

We have used Servpro in the past and also on a current issue. Their service are great and their workers are very good at their jobs. Brian and Austin have been very professional, good at their job and also very friendly and helpful. Glad to have them working on our issue.

Kelsey did a great job returning our furniture on the day scheduled. We ask the guys to leave everything wrapped so we can finish painting new walls. They also wrapped the four large pieces of furniture outside to keep safe rain coming.
She listened to my concerns about the mitigation team not completing their job and not responding back to me. She ask for my photos. I hope the trash can be removed and the poo floors cleaned after speaking with her. Ty

Michael and Paul did such an amazing job helping us recover from a shower leak that went south. They made sure the restoration procedure was done properly and answered any questions we had. So helpful, thanks guys!

Rob and Jonathan were wonderful. We had a rough start with another project manager / contractor duo, but as soon as Rob was put on the job everything went extremely smooth. I was grateful for the level of integrity, transparency, and communication that was shown throughout the entirety of the project.

A building my company does a lot of work for had Servpro come out to clean up and assess a unit that was dealing with water damage. Alexander Kish and his guys were very professional and quick to figuring out a plan to take care of the homeowner as much as possible. Highly recommend these guys and their company!
