I have used their service and I am very satisfied with it although roofs are not cheap to repair correctly. But I prefer them to anybody who asks for suggestions regarding such specialized services.

After the hailstorm on 29th of November, this business came out and assessed our roof. They also talked with our insurance adjuster and got us all set up to receive a brand-new roof at no cost to us. The Local Roofing Company LLC is grateful.

Called around 10, said they were slammed and might not be until the following week until they could get to me. Took my info then called back an hour later and already had a guy heading to the house! I must tell you Local Roofing Company provided a number of color combinations for the interior and the exterior painting of the house as well. The extremely pleasant and skilled crew arrived early and answered all of my questions. They swept up and used an amazingly powerful blower to clean up all the debris. I had a large commercial roofing job to complete (repairs and replacement of over 16,000 square feet) and Local Roofing not only did a spectacular job, but I found the owner Samuel Morrow to be one of the most honest and professional contractors I’ve worked with in over 20 years. From estimate to job completion he was a pleasure to work with and his actions instilled a lot of trust and confidence. As for the job, their estimate was the most competitive of the three I found in the area. Moreover, the quality of the materials and workmanship was very impressive and of the utmost quality. Being from out of the area I was able to rely on them to manage the job in my absence and even help with a few things that went over and above what they were hired to do. In addition to that, the way Mr. Morrow worked with our tenant made us look great. Upon final inspection of the roof I was struck by the thoroughness and attention to detail. I’ve included some before and after pics to see what I’m talking about. I wholeheartedly recommend Local Roofing Company for any size or type of roofing job you may have.

The BEST experience. I needed 2 gates repaired/replaced as they were sagging. Scott came out within 24 hours to give me a comprehensive quote and the quote process was seamless and competitive. The gates that Ricardo and his team installed are incredible! I mentioned that I wanted to be able to fit a truck in the backyard which was impossible with the old gates - they measured everything meticulously to make sure we could do that. They also recommended that the gates swing in, rather than out like the old ones, so that it would give us more clearance (my front yard has a bit of a swail). Would highly recommend!

Adam, Jose, and the entire team were excellent from beginning to end - great communication and the quality of the workmanship is wonderful. They installed an 8 foot cap and trim privacy fence for us, and we are very pleased with the end result.

K&C Fence Company was very responsive. They were prompt in getting us an estimate. It took a couple weeks to get to us after the quote, but when the installation crew got here, the completed the project in a day and a half. We got what was promised and it looks great.

After getting several quotes to have my fence installed, K & C came in almost $3,000 less than the cheapest quote I had received. From the start, they were very honest and transparent. My first quote was given in November 2024, but I waited until early spring 2025 to move forward. I was told that because of tariffs, the material cost could increase, which I completely understood. To my surprise, when I received the updated quote, it was actually lower than the original.

When the fence was finally installed, the crew did an excellent job with great attention to detail and care. I also had the chance to meet the management and staff when dropping off payment, and they were extremely welcoming and professional.
