Bone Dry was very professional and fast! We recently purchased a home and added on about 1800 sq ft. We got a few quotes. Bone Dry was competitively priced with everyone else and since they offer that lifetime warranty, we decided to go with them. We don’t regret it. They were fast, clean, and had onsite management! Had gutters cleaned, minor roof repairs, and simple gutter guards installed for a very competitive price, and everything was done quickly and well. Photos were provided at every step to make sure we could see what was happening!

My experience with Bone Dry Roofing was wonderful! We had water damage on our roof/chimney due to strong thunderstorms this spring. When Bone Dry came out to check out the damage, they were extremely thorough in checking out what the problem was - they even sent us detailed videos showing exactly what was wrong and how it could be fixed. Everyone who spoke with us was so kind and helpful. Highly recommend!!

I live in Cullman, Al and when the 2018 hail storm hit, our entire subdivision was affected. Mostly, the damage was to the roofs. The next morning, we had roofers knocking on our doors making offers. Being a single woman, it was overwhelming! My homeowners insurance is with USAA and when the adjuster came I ask if they could give me a recommendation. He gave me a list of reliable roofing companies, BoneDry Roofing was on that list. I called and talked with almost every company on the list and had a few come give me an estimate. I found BoneDry to be knowledgeable and their prices were reasonable. This company was helpful and amazing from start to finish. I will start with their receptionist, who had great customer service and clerical skills, too the man who came to give me an estimate, with a ton of shingles samples and patiently answered all my questions and helped me pick the best shingles for my home, too the roofers who took pictures of the part of my roof where the decking wasn't damaged and were honest enough to not charge me for materials not needed. They worked quickly and cleaned up afterwards. My house was the first one in the subdivision to be finished. So-o-o-o from start to finish.... I would give Bone Dry Roofing Company a 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 rating!!!

These guys have been great! Awesome customer service. Communication has been fabulous. They have been thorough and patient while explaining what and why repairs needed to be done. They were VERY careful around our pool which was a major concern! They did not leave a mess and cleaned up as they worked. I hope I will not need their services again but if we do we will definitely be using them!

Bone Dry Roofing came out and replaced my roof due to weather damage. The crew arrived promptly at 6am which was the agreed upon time. My old roof was removed and a new one put on that same day. The crew did an outstanding and thorough job, my new roof looks absolutely amazing and when they left you could not even tell they had been there. Highly recommend Bone Dry Roofing.

UPDATE - stay far far away from this company. They held my certificate of completion for 3+ weeks and then blamed me for not being home to sign it after they told me no one had to be home. Today their branch manager came out to look at incomplete work and told me it looked good and that it looked exactly how it should look. Looked modern he said - on my 40 year old house. Never mind it did not look like it did before and does not match any of the houses in the neighborhood. This company is BAD business. STAY AWAY! Proof is in the attached photos.

This company provided a low bid, and honestly you get what you pay for. They tried going to the wrong house, with the address wrong on the work order. They left a mess after finishing. They pay a supervisor to sit on site and literally do nothing except take about three pictures and send them throughout the day. Some of the work they did looks tacky, incomplete, and unprofessional. A part of my deck was broken by falling roof debris. They put an advertisement sign in my neighbor's yard, on their private property. I'm assuming the roofing itself is solid, but won't know for some time. Again, they were a low bid and you get what you pay for. I found this company through Google and they're high reviews, but I don't think I got the five star crew at my house. I probably would not go with them again in the future.

I can’t recommend this company enough! They repaired my roof a while back and just recently completed a total roof replacement for me. My insurance company made things really difficult, but the team never gave up, never complained, and never once made me feel bad. They were thorough, professional, and kept me updated and involved through every step of the process. The installation itself was flawless, fast, and the finished roof looks incredible! Every single person I interacted with was kind, respectful, and truly cared about doing a great job. I’m so grateful I chose them — absolutely 5 stars all the way!

I had a great experience with Bone Dry. They performed a roof replacement and attic ventilation upgrade for us, and throughout the entire project, from the initial roof inspection to project closeout and beyond, they were thorough, responsive, courteous, and professional. The short of it is: they will be our first call for any roof, attic, or exterior work on our home in the future.

This project ended up being quite a long process, but entirely due to our insurance company dragging their feet. Bone Dry provided incomparable support through the insurance process. Their courteousness and professionalism extended to their interactions with our insurance company. They worked with the insurance company to help ensure the damage to the roof was fully documented - including freely sharing their library of photographs with the insurance company's adjustor to supplement the insurance inspections.

When the project did finally proceed into installation, communication was impeccable. Bone Dry kept me up to date on the progress of the installation every step of the way. Not only was this convenient, but it also clearly demonstrated to me that my project was their priority and they were laser-focused on completing a high-quality installation.

I want to give a special thanks to Myro for his hard work through the life of the project, but everyone I interacted with at Bone Dry deserves praise: Myro, Josh, Lou, and Garret-- you all set the bar for what a roof replacement should be.

Unresponsive and dishonest pricing. I had an estimate done 4 months ago for some repairs and loved our rep. He was extremely thorough and priced out 3 separate "jobs" in case we weren't prepared to do everything at once. Fast forward to when we were ready to sign the contract, I got an auto reply that he was out of office. I waited several days and then contacted the office manager listed in his auto reply. Turns out he was no longer with the company. If that was the case, then they need to disable his company email or update the automatic reply.

The office manager forwarded my request to a new rep to send an updated estimate. I received a new estimate from Garrett and the cost to replace the chase lid on our chimney increased by 30% in the course of 4 months. I've gotten comps from 3 other companies and confirmed there was no justifiable reason for this. Material costs have not increased anywhere close to 30% in that time frame and CPI/labor cost adjustments for the new year don't apply considering the other two project costs remained unchanged. Still, we wanted to use Bone Dry because we felt they could do what we needed faster than competitors and liked how thorough their inspection process was.

I replied to Garrett's email trying to move forward with the project. No response. The next day I received a marketing email from someone else at Bone Dry asking about my estimate from earlier in the year and if I was ready to move forward after I'd literally contacted multiple people for over a week trying to do that. I forwarded her the email I sent to Garrett and let her know I never heard back. She told me she reached out to him directly to answer my questions. Fast forward ANOTHER two days - still no reply from Garrett or follow up from her or the office manager. We have since signed a contract with another company for all of the projects because if communication is this poor just to get a project scheduled I can't imagine what it's like once they've been paid...

My roof repair from Bone Dry Roofing was top notch! The inspection appointment and actual repair appointment were both super easy. The repair technician even took a BUNCH of photos throughout the repair process to show the work as it was being done, which left me feeling very confident with his work. 100% recommend!

This company is the absolute best! First of all Garrett came out to help with an estimate and took his time and even did a video to explain my roof leak problems. Garrett was patient with me and he understood my situation and he was very knowledgeable about my roofing needs. Secondly, Myro came out to reevaluate the findings and did a video explanation as well. Myro went through the whole process of an install from start to finish. He was absolutely professional and knew his stuff. Then Lou came out to go over the preparation of the install and to verify my surroundings and safety conditions for my things and their employees. Finally, Josh was the man in charge of the crew. Josh was very polite, respectful and professional. He would send me photo updates at each phase of the job completion. Josh did a walk through with me and talked about what was done. The whole process was effortless. The whole crew from start to finish was absolutely the best.
