They made an otherwise stressful situation a pleasant experience. Everyone from the crew to the office personnel were excellent. The crew were very friendly, respectful, fast and efficient. They completed a full roof replacement in one day with frequent updates and photos throughout the whole project. The office personnel were also very friendly and accommodating to our specific needs. The estimate was spot-on with no surprises. I will definitely be using Bone Dry for future projects.

It took several weeks to get the work scheduled, but that is exactly the timeline they gave me during the estimate. Bone Dry showed up for a requested estimate on time and prepared. We were given a detailed estimate and an expected date for work. The timeline was approximately 5 weeks out, which was what the other company had quoted us as well. We chose to proceed with this company because they seemed like a better choice. We received a call from the office confirming details and gave us the same tentative 5 weeks out. We received a call about 2 weeks later letting us know where we were and during the conversation we mentioned the last rain had come in; we were told with an active leak, we would be moved up. We were scheduled for the end of the week, but they were able to get to us earlier. The roofer showed up just before 7 and began prep. There was more damage and rot, which had been discussed as possible. The roofer explained and showed how to evaluate the remaining life for our roof. (Thankfully 5-7 years away.) He removed all the damaged wood and replaced it, sealed it and reshingled the section. As was discussed and written in estimate there was an additional charge for more needed supplies, but it was only about 100.00 dollars. When the time comes, we will be using this company for our next roof. Every encounter with everyone from this company was pleasant and the type of people that you would enjoy having over for dinner.

We discovered a leak in our roof, which was bad enough to be causing indoor ceiling/drywall damage right before some hurricane storms were supposed to be coming through — I called Bone Dry late on a Monday afternoon and they had someone out to take a look the next morning. We were told when making the appointment that it would just be a consult, but Jared took a look, knew he could get it fixed quickly that day, and within a couple hours the job was done! He also identified a less immediate need for repair in another area of the roof and got that scheduled for us to avoid wood rot in an outside area of the house. We got to test out the repair quickly as we headed into three days straight of downpour, and everything stayed perfectly dry. Pricing was great, Jared was super friendly, and we are very thankful!

We had about 1/3 of our roof replaced by Bone Dry at their suggestion after requesting their services the better seal the area of roof around our fire place. In lieu of patches, they recommended replace if the entire area of roofing. Unfortunately, the replacement created new leaks and they had to return several times to do repairs and replace areas of insulation that were damaged, and repaint. They ultimately completed the repairs, but paints did not match and the repairs were not top tier. Wouldn’t use this company again.

We highly recommend dry bone roofing! They are very knowledgeable and affordable. The customer service is amazing and they got the job done expeditiously! Dennis showed me every problem wrong with my roof, took photos and videos so I could see and I received the quote the same day! He even took time to talk to my Papaw, so I didn’t have to explain it to him! They got me in faster than anticipated. Everyone was so nice. Will be using them for any future repairs we might need!

Bone dry did a great job at coming out and fixing what needed to be fixed on our roof. We had a couple shingles that needed repairing and a couple vents that need repairing. They decided to go ahead and change out one of the boot fence instead of repair it with no charge. They’re clean up was good was good. Timing was good.

They knew we were in a time crunch and worked us in within a week in order to meet our deadline. I was very impressed with the quality of service provided by Bone Dry Roofing. I called them to look at my roof after noticing water spots on my ceiling. They came within a few days to inspect the roof and were able to identify the active leak and a few other potential areas where water was getting in. They provided a reasonable proposal to address the issue and were back shortly after to do the repair. I really liked how throughout the repair I was provided with photo updates showing each step as it was completed. I thought it was a nice touch.

When I started having a leak in my guest bedroom, Bone Dry was my first call. They were quick to come out, show me everything wrong (which turned out to be more than I thought) and got me on their schedule right away! Within one day they had my entire roof replaced and are still coming to replace my front gutters and insulate my home. Bone Dry roofing did a great quality job in a timely fashion replacing a flat TPO roof and installing a vent fan on my house. Communication was solid throughout the process. And the actual work was really quality work. I would recommend them and I will use them again for additional work.

I call to get an estimate on my roof. I had a shingle come off in the last storm along with a number of my neighbors were having their roofs replaced because of hail damage. The receptionest that answered the phone sounded annoyed that i had ask for a free estimate to see if i did have hail damage and would not have an opening for two months, Mid October. If this is how their operation is run i personaly would avoid Bonedry Roofing.

We had a leak and Bone Dry came out quickly to inspect and make necessary repairs. The leak was still there after a storm; the guys came back out within a hour on a weekend and helped us to also figure out there was an issue with a window causing a leak. Great service, friendly staff and very knowledgeable! This company went above and beyond. We would highly recommend to anyone for repairs.
