My backyard swimming pools have been the Bain of my adult existence...until I met Damien! He is AMAZING! He is always exactly on time, my pool went from a sickly green for most of the last 2 years to a pristine and beautiful blue. I'm ready to host people in the pool anytime now because Damien always gets the chemical balance perfect. He's a great guy! If you want the best in Nashville, you want him!

We contracted with the owner John to build our pool. Whenever you take on a big projects like this you are always going to experience delays and unforeseen challenges. The shining difference between other contractors I've used and John with ASP is that he was extremely communicative through each step, delay, barrier. He explained things clearly. He was also on site frequently and unlike many owners of companies like this, would personally get his hands dirty. The end product was well worth the wait and we are extremely happy. I highly recommend John and ASP to build your new pool.

Aspc and John’s team have been great. As an architect, I was referred to them by a colleague who was familiar with the numerous projects they have completed in West Haven and Laurelbrooke. John was very responsive and flexible in the planning and financing phases as we were designing/building our house simultaneously.

We started construction on pool and house in March of 2022 so we were in a race to finish before inflation and bank rates got out of control. Also because of inflation, I did not retain ASPC for hardscaping or landscaping, just the pool itself. I would have asked them to do it all if I could do it again just because of the head ache with landscape subcontractors.

There were a few hiccups in the construction process due to a material supplier carelessly delivering some materials and some malfunctioning lights but those were pretty quickly remedied. It was helpful having pool and home contractors on site at the same time though because there were some helpful synergies between work being done on the house and pool, plus any problems could be solved quickly.

Construction took roughly 7 months from first dig to final permit, which is shockingly fast in the context of 2022 and the pool has held up great since then. With the exception of some upgraded tile and stone coping around the pool, we also came in on budget. We have since referred several friends to John and his team too.

Dennis Spence with Bone Dry Roofing was extremely professional and spent time explaining all of the issues on my property and how they would repair them. Bone Dry and all of their staff were exceptional and I highly recommend them.

I used Bone Dry to repair my soffits. The team they sent out were great. Very friendly, quick, and professional. They did a great job and ensured that everything was fixed properly, even showing me photos of their work that could not be seen from the ground. Would recommend and use again if the need arises.

They were good at coming out to provide an estimate and VERY SLOW in getting back to do the actual work. They were supposed to call ahead to set the schedule for the work, but instead, just showed up one winter afternoon, then had to work until after dark to finish the job. I would not use them again.

I highly advise Bone Dry Roofing. I had a leak near the boot/exhaust vent on our roof. I had received multiple quotes of over 1k plus by local contractors. Andrew with Bone Dry Roofing is absolutely amazing. He came inside assessed the damage, and then took his time walking the entire roof. He sent me a detailed video of his findings while he was on the roof. The boot was not damaged (as stated by other contractors). He excelled and exceeded our expectations by having our leak completely fixed. His knowledge and expertise help save us thousands of dollars. I couldn't be happier with Bone Dry Roofing. My roof repairman Johnny was a professional and a master at his workmanship. It's been a year and the repair is better than the original builders. Jody and Johnny were responsive...no delays, no missed appointments, on-time and like I said, the repair is better than new. Bone Dry Roofing is the only roofing company I'll call from now on!

Bone Dry Roofing did an excellent job putting on a new beautiful water tight roof on my house. They were very efficient, on time and did a great cleanup afterwards. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs a roof.

these folks are top notch. they quoted me, dropped more than a dozen color samples, scheduled quickly, dropped their materials off, came and did a quick but thorough job, i had one rep the whole time who communicated the whole time with pictures, they took care of the property very well and really couldnt have asked for anything else to make it better.

are they the cheapest? they sure arent. but you get what you pay for is how i like to think about these kind of things.

hopefully i wont need another roof for 20+ years but if i do id call em again.

Fantastic customer service! They walked me though the entire process. From filing with my homeowner's insurance to walking around the home ensuring I was happy with the final product they were complete professionals. My roof looks amazing, but it was constant care to ensure I felt heard and understood the process that will make a customer for life.

Bone Dry helped me out after tornadoes swept through Nashville a few years ago. My roof only lost a few shingles from some branches and it was really hard to get help since there was so much demand. Bone Dry provided an estimate in a few days (which was approved immediately by State Farm) and had my roof repaired at the end of the week.
