I had damage to my front porch caused by vermin and weather. The repair was not only timely and efficient, but matched the rest of my house to where you couldn’t discern any damage at all. They really do fantastic work, especially their carpenter, Ian. I plan to hire them again for future projects.

My third time to use this company. They're super professional, prompt and insanely clean. When they leave it's as if no one had been there. This last job could've destroyed my landscaping, but they left it completely untouched. Recommend!

His consistent cost overruns and failure to keep his subs to their initial bids overshadowed the quality of work that was provided. I would not recommend Dan Company, which is unfortunate, because I love the space that he built for us, just not the 30% overage or the experience of having to deal with him.

Had Dan install a Murphy door and shelves in my game room. Did an amazing job, better than I had hoped for. Finished earlier than expected, went above and beyond to get things absolutely perfect. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I'll be completely honest: An absolutely great job. We had a small half-bath torn out and re-modeled and it looks like a million bucks. My wife said we should have dinner in there--best looking room in the house. Now... it was a little bit pricier than I expected and took a little longer than they originally said (I've noticed that's pretty normal these days with inflation and labor shortages), but you couldn't ask for a better result, so it was well worth it. And you couldn't ask for a better group of people to work with. Everyone, from the owner on down, was personable, understanding, and concerned about getting things right.

Perry, at The Dan Company, cancelled my appointment via google calendar, 3 hours before our appointment time via email, however, I didn't see her cancellation email until 10 minutes prior to our appointment. I called THEM and Perry told me that she cancelled the appointment because the owner had determined a different vendor would be more appropriate. She emailed me 2 other vendors contact information . Same day cancellation within 3 hours of the appointment was very inconvenient. This particular project is for about $6-8,000 worth of glass panes in our 2 story sunroom. The first of a $500,000+ renovation project. Needless to say, The Dan Company Will NOT be on our list of contractors to handle our larger project. VERY disappointed. When the Owner saw my review he did call me to tell me his explanation of what happened and while he did seem sincere, he was also very arrogant and way more concerned about himself than anything I had to say.

The Dan team came in and totally renovated our Frankenstein house on time and on budget. Friendly, good communication, will definitely use them for our next project.

I am now an easily impressed person but this company did just that! The owner Dad came out on a Thursday and said he would try and have an estimate by EOD the next day if not definitely Monday, by 2 o’clock the same day I had an estimate signed the contract and was told probably 7 days before they would start. Justin the project manager called the next day I figured just to introduce himself which he did and told me they would get started Monday! 3 days later they were done! Amazing company with outstanding people! Impressed from start to finish !

We have had several phases of renovation to our MCM house and have also used several contractors. Hands down the Dan Company was our best experience. There are always going to be hiccups and moments of question but what helps is a team of professionals who can move seamlessly through. Dan co and team did an excellent job communicating and sticking to a reasonable timeline.

We have used The Dan Company twice. Once for a buildout of an at home office. They finished on time and the quality of work was exceptional. The second time they installed custom doors in our home. Again, the quality of work was exceptional. Highly recommend.

We asked the Dan Company to replace a couple windows and a door on our home. We love the final product and were pleased with the whole process! They were professional and communicative, especially when it came to pandemic related delays on materials. Hopefully we can work with them again on future projects!
