Unfortunately we were hoping to use the porch company but our final estimate was thousands over the initial highest proposed quote. We tried to meet Nancy just 1k under the thousands over original budget proposition, and she refused, while also admitting she had gone far over our original proposal— claiming she was taking a huge pay cut. A $5,000 pay discrepancy is far too much from an original “top of the line” quote. Gave this company 2 stars because honestly, the designs were great but the follow through and customer service were lack-luster.

We had an across the board great experience with the building of our porch—the design, the various workers (carpenters, electricians, roofers etc ), the project manager, etc. And the communication between the Porch Company team back and forth to us was commendable!

Honest - even in today's world. The Porch Company has built 2 porches for us and we couldn't be more pleased. Today, one of their crew came to our home for a little tweak and accidentally bumped a light fixture with his truck. A neighbor texted us and we were outside within a couple of minutes only to find out he had already snapped a picture of the small damage, sent it to Nancy and was on the phone with her. The Porch Company continues to provide a superior product, great service and can be trusted to the nth degree. Thank you, Porch Company.
