Nancy, Audrey, Dan, Eddie, Carolyn and the rest of The Porch Co. team were able to make our dream porch a reality! Nancy’s design was truly remarkable given our existing rooflines which were a bit of a challenge to tie-in to accomplish the architecture and aesthetics we were hoping to achieve. Audrey’s team did everything they said they would from start to finish in record time. Our favorite feature is the motorized vinyl curtains which were a bit of an afterthought, but The Porch Co. team was able to pull off this last minute change without a hitch which allows us to use this space year round. We would highly recommend them for anyone looking to transform their existing deck or porch into what is now our favorite room in our home.

Cannot tell you how great this mantel is. The previous owners of our home did some, ahem, "fancy" construction with the mantel above the fireplace, and there was no easy way to remove it without doing some major masonry. But the Porch Store was able to design a mantel that slipped right over it for easy installation. It's beautiful, totally achieves the modern farmhouse look we were going for with a solid mounted beam, but with none of the weight or installation headache. I cannot stop talking about it, looking at it, decorating it. It's my favorite addition to our home right now!

We used Porch Co to build an add-on new porch ... the project went smoothly from start to completion. The result is a wonderful screened porch that perfectly matches the outside of our home (not easy to do). We enjoy the space virtually daily -- especially in the fall and spring! The owners. staff and ALL construction workers were a joy to deal with. Don't think ya can go wrong with The Porch Company. --- We did a much bigger addition soon after the porch was added. They went out of their way to make the project work as we wished. The result is a terrific addition to our home. The folks at The Porch Company are a classy professional group.

Absolutely loved these! Exactly what we were envisioning! They made it super easy to work with them, explaining what pieces we would need with the size of the porches. They were super responsive and so helpful and even offered to do a custom design for us where a side porch had smaller than normal spacing! Our carpenter said he installs a ton of railing systems and loved working with this one! I went with the 1” and was worried it would potentially look thin and it didn’t at all - looked fabulous! We opted for the 6” posts rather than the 4” just to give it a little extra weight at the posts and were super happy with the results! Originally we were going to just use on the back patio, but we ended up loving the look so much we installed in on our side porch and new front porch to tie the whole house together. Thank you so much for making it so easy and making our house so beautiful!

Wonderful communication and the porches they build are all beautiful and top quality! We clean many of their client porches. The Porch Company added a screen porch to the back of our home and re-built our front porch steps and added a roof over the front porch. We couldn't be happier with the quality of their work. Keith and Kim were so easy to work with and did a great job of communicating with us throughout the whole project. The carpenters, painters and other subcontractors were so polite and wanted to make sure we were happy with their work. Everyone who comes by our house says it looks like the 2 additions have always been there. If you are looking for a quality job, I highly recommend The Porch Company.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. We called them since they built the porch in 2013- however 12 years later when we called for the porch to be repainted, stained and rescreened they were a disappointment. First they kept changing the appointment to come out and repair the porch. Then they sent someone out to look at the porch - if I had not seen him on the porch I doubt he would have knocked on the door to discuss the repairs with me. Then after another cancellation they did come and rescreen- but they did not rescreen all the screens. Also they only fixed a few boards but did not fix and replace them all. Nor did they stain the outside boards- this porch is 20ft off the ground how are we suppose to stain them? I would not recommend this company at all- there are many porch companies out in Nashville- don’t use this one, as they do not follow up on their work.

This company has the best products and customer support you could ask for! I ordered a screen door from them and I’m beyond impressed. I need to do some touch up from installing it but that was on my end. My order was ready in 5 days… if that. Thinking of ordering another for my back door. Rachael, I can’t thank you enough!

The Porch Company by far met our expectations. It was defiantly worth the wait to have them build our new porch. It was a simple process and we were kept up to date the entire time. Can't wait until the spring when the landscaping is done around it.

We could not have had a better experience with the Porch Store. We did the renovation ourselves but we were able to confirm that we were ordering the correct amount of materials with the Porch Store. They were very responsive to email inquiries that we had about details of the installation. By following their directions, we came away with a beautiful new front porch railing and panels that looks stunning!
