Excellent response time. Friendly technician arrived within a half hour of calling since he was in the area. Diagnosed the problem, gave estimate, had to wait for parts since late in the day. Returned the next day did the repair quickly and we were up and running. Very smooth experience. Professional and accurate pricing. Will definitely hire again. They were a referral from my daughter and I’ll refer them to others. Thanks Brandon, Service Technician 😊

Josh was awesome! We needed to get our A/C unit looked at because it wasn’t cooling and with all of the heat and high humidity, it was an urgent situation. We were out of town when this happened and spoke with Josh late in the evening and he was able to get us scheduled for a new unit to be installed the very next morning! Unbelievable.

He kept us informed the entire day. Sent photos and locked everything up when him and his crew were finished.

I did get a few quotes and Josh was very detailed and came in less than the others. He also mentioned things that the other companies did not. Which was one of the reasons we went with them.

I called him regarding a different issue not related to the new unit. He came out that next day and fixed the problem.

I will only use them going forward. Honest, efficient, nice, respectful and trustworthy.

Had a great experience. My ac was blowing cold air after the winter storm. Hunts Mechanical was recommended to me and he was able to come right over and take a look. I was so grateful to have that piece of mind quickly.

Amazing company! Called them on Tuesday and by 3 pm Wednesday had a new unit installed. They were patient with me having to put my pets up each time they came into the house. The owner Josh and all of the people who showed up to work were polite and professional and just all around great people to do business with. They were upfront with pricing, and provided all the information needed to make an informed purchase. Will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend them for your heating and ac needs.

Josh and his team are THE BEST!!! Communicative. Do what they say they’re going to. HONEST. Worked overtime bc my installation had some unexpected hiccups and they ensured I was taken care of while working into a Friday night. Good follow up. Super fair pricing. I have found MY HVAC GUY.

It came time to replace my 30 yr old HVAC system. Decided to go with a small independently owned company. I was impressed with the transparency of price with no sales pressure. Installation had it's challenges because of the location of internal unit but do to the experience and integrity of the technician the quality and attention to detail of the installation is impressive to say the least.
I highly recommend Hunt's Mechanical.

Worst experience ever. Not showed up on time, does not keep me updated with process. Had to wait three weeks to get my heating system fixed which they never fixed after i waited whole three weeks. Go find someone else

Warranty company paired us with is company and they were an absolute blessing after not having air since 8/31/22 this company came in today 9/12/22 found the issue and fixed it right away thanks so much for your very knowledgeable tech I would definitely recommend ERT HEATING & AIR to anyone with any type of hvac issues thanks again ☺️

The service was professional every step of the way! Larry was wonderful in helping us understand what we needed - and as important, helping us understand what we did not need. Rodney did a great installation job. I work from home and there was nothing that interfered with my work. Highly recommend based on my experience.

Very personal. Knew what he was doing and explained to me what was going on so I knew what was happening. Was great being careful to not let my cat out, I appreciated that very much.

I am posting this review after giving this several days reflection. This organization did an emergency evaluation of my HVAC system and after unsuccessfully attempting to install a new capacitor, recommended replacement of my compressor at an expense of well over $9000. I had two additional opinions from reputable alternative providers within our community who markedly differed with their evaluation. One organization, replaced the capacitor with complete resolution of the problem at a cost that was under $400 for the emergency fee, time spent by the technician and parts involved. I was told by these two additional consulting technicians who evaluated my HVAC system, there was no necessity to replace the compressor and they had concerns about this having been recommended. Thereafter, I had an email exchange with their general manager, who offered me a refund of my $200 emergency fee, which I declined and simply asking for an apology for having provided me with Poor service, and having endorsed a high expense unnecessary replacement of condenser. He dismissed these concerns and the organization has taken no responsibility for having made this error in judgment, at the very least. I am reporting this to the community to alert them that this organization, though very kindhearted in their approach, they seem to have problems with quality of service or acknowledging their role in this business encounter and at the very least highly inflated and potentially unnecessary expensive resolutions to HVAC problems. This is an example, especially for senior citizens, to obtain second opinions before proceeding with high expensive repair within your homes.

I have written many more five star reviews than I have one star reviews and I've only written one star reviews when they were deserved. As a most recent example, please note the review I posted recently for the organization that resolved this HVAC problem.
The owners response fails to acknowledge that the technician installed a faulty capacitor that did not work and was replaced by a different technician from a different company which resolved the situation completely without the need for consideration for further action, including a $9000+ expense for installing a Condenser. We are all capable of making mistakes. This review would not have been written if this owner had acknowledged the error that was very apparently made and I would have let it go. This owner is a smooth manipulator of public opinion to which he has my admiration in his ability to do so, but my lack of respect for character!

2/28/25: PJ did an excellent job cleaning my ducts! He was professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough in his work. He took the time to explain the process, ensuring everything was done right. On top of that, we shared some good laughs, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend him for anyone needing quality duct cleaning!

We had a large project of getting all of our gas lines replaced. Luke did a excellent job and worked really hard to get us up and running as quick as possible. Would use this company again.
