I was very pleased with the professionalism of the Maynard Plumbing Heating and Cooling team. The representatives arrived on time, and completed the install of new HVAC system efficiently and were friendly about it as well. I would highly recommend them for HVAC service needs.

I called Maynard because my upstairs unit was cycling off and on frequently They showed up the next day as scheduled. I received text message and pics of the technician Josh before he arrived. He was kind, courteous and professional. Looked at the unit showed me pics was honest and upfront. Then they sent Billy the project manager and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He spent time explaining the pricing and although it was quite expensive, I trusted that the pricing was fair. A few days later Randy showed up as scheduled with the unit and they installed it quickly. He was also kind and professional. He showed me how to use the new thermostat and explained a few things. After that we are all set. They made my unfortunate situation bearable and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend.

I appreciated the thorough leak detection and the great drain cleaning they performed. Their honesty, punctuality and professionalism make them my go‑to plumbing contractor. Parthenon heat/air is the best. We worked with Nathan and Cristen to replace our central unit they were very polite arrived on time got the unit switched out in under 2 hours. They walked us thru programming and operating of the thermostat, checked and made sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend Parthenon for any any all HVAC repairs or installations. Ask for Cristen or Nathan they are OUTSTANDING!!
