TVA EnergyRight lists this company as a vetted and trained HVAC “Installer.” However, be aware that they will not install a system unless it is purchased directly through them. Even if you buy an equal or higher-end system elsewhere, they won’t take on the install.

It appears their business model relies heavily on margins from selling high-end equipment, not just labor.

Just something to keep in mind. I’d recommend contacting your TVA Home Energy Advisor for a broader list of installers if you want more flexibility.

We swapped our unit over to cool and it was making a weird clicking sounds. I called Parthenon and they were able to send someone out that same day. Dan was very polite and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and we were back up and cooling the same day!
