We had a very positive experience with Parthenon. We had a small job we just couldn't get done after really trying!! It was installing a new pop up drain in a fiberglass tub. Stan(I think that was his name) did an awesome job in a short period of time.
He also texted when he was on the way. He also put booties over his boots, which i appreciated since it had stormed the night before.
Would definitely use Parthenon again!😊

The technician arrived on time, put his shoe covers on and even wiped off the bottom of his toolbox before setting it down, he was very courteous, and thoroughly explained everything he was checking and why it mattered.

He took the time to answer all my questions and provided honest, helpful feedback without trying to upsell anything unnecessary. The inspection was detailed and gave me peace of mind that my system is in good shape heading into the summer. I really appreciated the transparency and professionalism throughout the entire process.

Parthenon technician Christian did a great job on our HVAC tune up. He spent a lot of time inspecting every detail and providing recommendations along with what should be prioritized. He also changed out all our air filters that we provided. Very happy with the visit !

Chuck F. did a thorough and very efficient job of my cooling inspection complete with photos and stats of the inspection so I could see how my unit was working. He was very helpful and detailed in explaining the system's test results. I also got good tips that included a screen to keep debris out of the condenser outside. Thank you Chuck!!

We reached out to Parthenon for a plumbing issue that required one of their more experienced technician. He easily diagnosed the problem and returned soon after to perform the fix. The office kept us informed about his arrival time and he was prompt and worked efficiently. We will call Parthenon again if we need a plumber!

Parthenon shows up every time and are the ultimate professionals. They were tidy and didn’t make a mess. They explained everything clearly and didn’t do anything without consent. Further, the guys we worked with have been incredibly nice with both plumbing and AC. Bo was fantastic!!

Mason started with the least expensive fix first and actually found that I didn't have a leak. He did find a broken toilet and will install a replacement.
