It is such a relief to come across a technician who is not trying to take advantage of my needing repairs. He was very reasonably priced and repaired the HVAC efficiently. I will definitely be using them again. I am very pleased with the service.

Joseph Salmon took payment up front and never completed the job. He avoided all my attempts to contact him. I took him to court and he was ordered to pay me. He stopped halfway through his payments. Since then, several people have reached out with similar stories. PLEASE BE WARNED!

After having a business come out and tell us we need a new unit ASAP and if we turn this one on again it will blow up, we found these guys through a referral and so very happy we did! Joe Salmon is a great service provider!! 5 stars!! We called him during this last epic winter storm with a failing heat system. Not only did he take the call and make the appointment that same day; he arrived timely, diagnosed the problem and then made a two hour trip to get the part and make the repair that day!!! Super hero HVAC technician!!!

Arrived at my house within 30 minutes of our phone call. Had my AC back up and running in no time at all. Friendly, local, and just incredible customer service. Can’t recommend Salmon and Sons enough. Will certainly call again should I ever need anything, and thrilled to have someone in the neighborhood instead of the big box alternatives
