This company was sent to our house out of our home warranty company to fix my dryer they took my copay money looked at my dryer ordered a part 3 weeks ago send an email said they would be at my house today between 11 and 3 to repair my dryer they never showed up and when we called them they said that we were out of their area too far to travel and that someone else would get reassigned to us so I still have a broken dryer and I'm out my co-pay !!!!!!thanks to this company never use them Or CHOICE HOME WARRANTY

It took him coming out twice to diagnose the problem with our stove, missed an appointment to fix it once the part was ordered, and hung up when I called him back to get him to return and fix the stove.

I would never recommend this company to anyone I was assigned to him from Select Home Warranty to fix our heating system he showed and diagnosed it and I payed him the service fee of $75.00 he had to submit claim to Warranty company to see what they would cover it we heard back from Warranty company and schedule a time for him to come back to fix he texted 1 hour before appointment on Tuesday and said he was sick and he would come on Friday at 2 and never showed and never called he was assigned again to the claim and never reached out they are very unprofessional

This company was hired by my home warranty. The first contact was made via phone and it was a red flag from the jumpstart. Very unprofessional with his conversation. We kept him just to give him a chance. He came and diagnosed our unit as needing a motor blower. Well after getting a second opinion, come to find out, the only thing that was wrong was that the motor and shaft was loosened. It only needed shifted and tightened (which was done by another company within 10 minutes of them coming out. No charge. Be careful hiring this company. A huge misdiagnosis which would have cost me a fortune.

They came to our home understood the condition of current environment by maintaining social distancing. Timmy called prior to the visit and advised us what we needed to do to prepare for his visit. Once he came he greeted me and went right to work. He fixed our issue and was very efficient with his work. We dropped the temperature in our home to ensure that the pipes did not freeze. He did an amazing job and allowed us to sleep in comfort. We will be working with him again soon.
