Scheduling service was extremely easy, right on the website. Our technician Paul showed up and was amazing. He came out after hours and fixed our plumbing issue that evening. He was prompt, kind and thorough. We will certainly recommend them to others.

The most disappointing part of my kitchen faucet replacement was not being able to research the faucet that Hiller has available for installation. I purchased the faucet from Home Depot with same day delivery to have a replacement ready to go. The cost to have Home Depot handle the installation was comparable to Hiller's pricing. The rest of the Hiller Plumbing experience was five star quality, from Anna making the installation appointment to Bob installing the faucet. Bob's decades of experience were evident is his efficient work and professionalism.

Hiller representative (Jeff Reynolds) was excellent in recommending replacement HVAC unit for our house. He provided the necessary information and offered sale and installation of unit at a reasonable price. Mr. Reynolds was very easy to work with.

I've been a customer of Hiller for over 25 years. I've grown to not only trust them, but also have found them to always stand behind their work.
Today I bought a Generac whole home system. It was no easy feat to install and the team, (plumbing, gas and especially electrical, led by the project mgr Jacob astounded me with their care, precision & hard & difficult work arriving at 8:15 a.m. as promised and left at 11:30 PM when they got the job done!!!!!
They cleaned up as well as they performed the job, and I simply cannot say enough great things about them. Their politeness is not to be overlooked either.
I assumed I'd pay more for their expertise and was pleasantly surprised by their fair price I might add.
I don't usually leave glowing reviews, but they should be proud of themselves.

Had a broken kitchen faucet handle & couldn't use the sink. Cameron came out today & found the problem, plus the entire faucet & sprayer were very old so we decided to replace the entire kitchen faucet. It looks great & Cameron was very positive & not pushy. We would love to see him service again!

Service technician was very professional. He explained in detail the problem and how he had to replace old pressure valves. Job was done in a timely manner.

Absolutely hassel-free. Would recommend to everyone. Getting HVAC replaced is incredibly expensive and stressful, so choose Hiller to make it the absolute easiest and friendliest it can possibly be.

My father had an issue with his mini split Mr Cool system, we had a few issues but Hiller made all right and my father’s unit is running perfectly. I want to thank the managers for getting back to me promptly and addressing all of my issues and concerns.

Had electrical issues and Hiller responded quickly. My service technician Zelalem was awesome. Diagnosed the problem and corrected it. I have used Hiller for 25+ years and I rely on them for all my HVAC.

I can not say enough good things about my experience with Hiller! Monday morning 12/15/25 before work, the toilet clogged so bad that NOTHING could go down. My husband and I tried to plunge it a few separate times literally for 1 hour each time but to no avail. This leads us to Wednesday 12/17/25, we still can’t get anything down. So thinking it was possibly that the septic tank needed pumping as it hadn’t been done in about 3 years I turned to the internet. We had used Hiller plumbing before and gotten good results so naturally I sought them out again. I went to their website, which is very user friendly, and was able to pick my services and time frame (even ranging for that day), I easily selected next day time window for 4-6 as it fit my schedule the best. From the time I put in my name and address info, there is great communication. Texts for confirmation, who my service provider will be (including a photo), and when they will be there as well as phone calls from the servicer directly when they be on the way with an eta. When the Hiller septic pumping team got to my house the time they said they would, they immediately introduced themselves as Chris (Hancock) & Josiah (Hammond). They asked me a little about what was going on, even though I had put it in the details of the appointment I booked online, because they wanted to make sure they were thorough in what I needed. After telling them where my buried septic tank top was underneath the leaves and weeds they thanked me, told me they would get to work, and would call on me after they assessed my situation. A little bit later a knock on my door indicated they were ready to discuss my case. I go out to see all of the weeds and leaves very neatly shoveled out of their way with a good clear look at the septic tank. I was informed that they had sucked all the guck out and to try to flush my toilet. I run inside, tried to flush but to no success, and ran back out to tell them the unfortunate fact of unflushablility. What happened next was nothing short of 2 honest, extremely hardworking, and dedicated employees who put their minds and skills to work to stop at nothing to help solve my issue!! Chris and Josiah tried everything they could from also pumping the toilet, going into the crawl space, and even removing the toilet to put the hose with running water in the pipe to make sure it was clear. When the hose had cleaned out the pipes, they installed the toilet again and tried to flush, but the toilet still wouldn’t go down, it actually overflowed. They apologized to me for the mess and promised to clean up but I was not concerned about that at all. They knew how stressed I was and how appreciative I was of their service that they offered to go to Lowe’s with me, help me pick out a toilet, went to pick up other tools to make sure the job was done right, came back home, and installed it!! It was about 7pm when they offered, luckily I was their last stop so they were not on a strict time schedule, but it was already after their service time frame allotted yet they still offered their help. Once they installed the new toilet (which included unscrewing shelving that was in the way, then screwing it back in), they stayed to make sure the toilet flushed properly and it did! YAY!! We all relished in the victory that came after 4 hours of their solid work. Of course I had questions (what happened, what we could do better, etc.) to which they answered openly, honestly, and without being condescending, patronizing, or supercilious (something I don’t often encounter as a woman inquiring such information). These wonderful, kind, hardworking, dedicated men went so above and beyond that they deserve praise and a raise! Jimmy Hiller, you keep Chris and Josiah as long as they want to work there because if all of your employees are as courteous and committed as these two, I will exclusively recommend and use Hiller Plumbing! Happy Hiller is right! Thank you Chris and Josiah for everything, as you know beyond a shadow of a doubt, I very much appreciate you both!! 😁

Excellent work! Not only did the technicians do a great job replacing a bunch of old cast iron and lead piping - including the main stack (old and new pictured) - they also walked me through their plans beforehand, complications and solutions throughout, and the all various components of the replacement/repair afterwards. This was a really big job, but the replacements/repairs were done efficiently and function perfectly. Well done!

After our house was hit with lightening, we had major electrical issues. Hiller sent David Smotherman out to check everything. He was very thorough & found issues we didn't even know we had. I highly recommend Hiller. We had used them for plumbing & now electric. We will definitely use them again. Thank you.

I had a new furnace put in. Never a great day for anyone…but, Hiller can always be counted on to show up on time, send the best techs (Trivonti was so patient in teaching me to work the new smart device) and do an excellent job. I have called Hiller many times and have never been disappointed.

Hiller has been fantastic, despite the complete disaster Nashville has become during our recent ice storm. We had a pipe burst, we called Hiller, and they had someone there that evening, even though roads were nearly impassable. Two thumbs up for Hiller!

I called Hiller at 11pm at night and even though the plumber on call, the wonderful Thomas, was already heading home, he came back to solve my issue straight away and was at my house 15 minutes later. Thomas solved the issue and was super communicative about the problem, the solution and the price and he was very nice and helpful throughout. Cannot recommend enough! Thank you Thomas!
