I'm a driver that delivered here and the unloading staff was very rude and didn't inform me of what they were doing.

Don't have a phone number where I can call them

Cedrick is the man. Carrier has great customer service.

    2

Friendly customer service. But takes forever to receive your orders. My average wait time is about 30 to 45 minutes

The worst place to try to get parts. When you call no one answers the phone. The absolute worst place to try to get someone on the phone.

I was delivering A load here. Some of their unloading staff were very rude. I was stuck for an about nin hours was also late for my next pick up.

Took over an hour to get someone to answer the phone. That is just ridiculous that a HVAC contractor is on hold for that long.

Great customer service, best in Nashville for sure. Easy to talk to and very knowledgeable guys. I bet most of the people in these reviews are not even licensed technicians. I will always shop at CE Nashville and my company will always support those guys. Keep it up guys, hard working respectable team

Slow is a understatement. Warehouse staff is easily confused and most seem to be inconvenienced when asked for help. John at the front counter and Mrs Bunny along with a very few of the warehouse staff seem to be the only competent employees at this branch. Getting someone on the phone for service/warranty is a joke. I think my favorite thing about Carrier tho is the fact they always seem to be out of somthing all the time. How does a warehouse run out of stock!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Walk in the door met with negative energy right from the start. Then I stand there 10 mins with 3 people behind the desk just ignoring you. Worst parts supply house experience. If you can go somewhere else.

First off, let me say Trevor at the front provided amazing service. We were in from out of state and looking for a part that no Carrier location in our home state had.
    -
We called this location, and Trevor setup our account to be ready to purchase in Tennessee, then went and got his hands on the part to make sure it was there. TOP LEVEL SERVICE
    -
The store was clean, and the workers in the pick up area were helpful and very pleasant. We were in and out in like 15 mins.
Thanks to these great employees, a military family with a husband on deployment had their air back on the next day.

They are now charging a "temporary inflation surcharge" you pay for your part but that's not the price they have another price that they don't really tell you, just hold the parts till you ask about them then say you owe more.. AFTER you have priced it to your customer..

Andrews was outstanding, they actually cared about customers.
Carrier CE only cares about the customers money and how much more they can get off you..

    THEY DO NOT CARE

ALWAYS on hold for 30+ minutes. There is not that many HVAC contractors to cause that. Charge temp inflation fees WITHOUT saying anything, don't update customer on ETA's despite asking multiple times. I would not install a

Crappiest hvac parts house in Nashville. You could be on hold for hours. They constantly try to get you to switch to installing carrier but I guess they don’t see the need to actually support you by answering the phone at all. Gee wonder why people use Ferguson and Ed’s…. Maybe because they answer the PHONE RIGHT AWAY!!! Terrible management and terrible place all around

I delivered a load to CE and their fork lift driver punched a hole in the top rear of my trailer. I had pictures of my loaded trailer before they unloaded the load. When confronted about the damage they caused, their fork lift driver denied that he did it. I talked to the warehouse manager (Mark) who proceeded to fully take the side of his employee and would hear nothing I had to say. I contacted their district manager Mr
McDaniel and Sent him the before and after pictures of the damage and asked him if he would repay my repair bill of $221 and there has been no reply. If these people lie and not do that which is right over $221 imagine what they will do to you over an item which you pay thousands of dollars. I recommend that you steer well clear of these grifters and find yourself a reputable company.
