Beware Carrier customers. I run a HVAC company. One of my technicians was told that since our company hasn't spent over $30,000 dollars with Carrier they would not give my technician tech support. Now they can choose what they want to but this slides down to the customer not being taken care of. This shows Carrier is not interested in their customers. Out of all the brands we sell this company is the only one we have ever been told this. So beware when choosing their product. After us finding this out we will not be recommending a Carrier to our customers in the future. We care for our customers and not interested in their bottom line.

I am an HVAC contractor working all across the middle Tennessee area and based out of Murfreesboro. Carrier is one of the most prominent unit brands installed in this area and as such, in the course of working on those units, it unfortunately becomes necessary to order parts from CE. I say "unfortunately" because it is a regular occurrence that I will be left on hold for anywhere between 30 minutes to an hour, before anyone will even pick up the phone to acknowledge me; that acknowledgement usually being to ask me to hold for another 5-10 minutes. I've held off posting this review to do my due diligence of discovering if it's just unfortunate timing on my part, but this has been a consistent issue for the past few years. And today I finally had to give up calling their Nashville branch and called their Franklin branch where I received much more prompt service.

It's clear the Nashville location needs either better training for their staff to be able to efficiently handle their call volume, or they need more staff in general to handle their call volume. But it is unacceptable and unreasonable to ask me to wait an hour or more every time I need to call them. Its disrespectful of me and my time, and it's disrespectful to my customers who rely on me to give them quotes and repairs in a timely manner, especially when their unit is down in the heat of summer or the cold of winter.

As a driver making a delivery…got held up on the interstate bc of construction. Was a few minutes late and Trevor took care of it and got me unloaded quickly. Just keep in communication with them and they are good.

Tried to get a heater kit for a carrier and was rudely hung up on by Cedric. Never had good service out of the place but this one takes the cake

Semi-truck driver. A bit thigh but no super hard to maneuver if docks are empty. When u arrive park by the front and walk to the back so nobody blocks the access to the back..

Just got yelled at and insulted by an employee simply for complaining that they are always delayed. Hate coming here. Over almost an hour later. 2 people driving forklifts. No one else waiting. Several other people walking around “working”, but it’s takes this long to get loaded. Now several people are walking around the entire warehouse looking for a part based on 'How it looks', not a product label or barcode. The level of unprofessionalism is unbelievable. He insulted me and called me names in front of the warehouse manager.

When you come in no one really cares. Guy name Sedrick has horrible attitude, and always on the phone super rude.
Other HVAC whole sellers are happy to serve when I walk in but not here.

Review for delivery semi truck. Arrived at 7:25 am for 8am deliver. You turn into the driveway as if you're going to the Amazon gate, but keep to the left towards the building on your left. Follow the driveway around back and they will let you know what dock. Ill update with unload time. Not a whole lot of room especially if there is another semi already in the docks. Make a wide turn as you come around the building then pull straight towards the little pond and back up.

Well maintained, professional establishment. With its location amongst a large "cluster" of industrial offices, etc. Some extra care must be taken when visiting for the first time and utilizing Google Maps to make it to the exact location.

We had done business with them for a little over a year. I had a new machine install and had them do exhaust and water lines they never got the estimate to me and I had to have them do the work without an estimate. It took them 5 work days to do what other locations had done in 2 and the bill was ridicules. I ask if any adjustments could be made and I was told someone would be in touch with me. Two months later I reached out again and told them nobody has spoken to me about it.
About a week later I was contac ted by an extremely rude man that basically called me a Lier and that I could pay the bill in full or go to court.
Needless to say I have cancelled our contract and will never do business with that company again.

Honest and dependable! Highly recommended. Another company insisted we needed a $10k new HVAC unit. Smith's was able to fix our existing unit for a fraction of the cost. Now I'm enjoying heat! It was getting chilly.
