Joseph the electrician is absolutely outstanding. He went above and beyond with helping figure out the issues at my home and fixing them. He was super kind, courteous, and caring. Extremely knowledgeable and keeps investigating until he finds what’s going on to solve the problem. 5 stars plus++++!

Repairman was wonderful! He was experienced, knowledgeable, and cheerful. He knew right away what was wrong and fixed it on the spot. This was my first experience with Lee Company, but it certainly won't be my last!

It is a pleasure working with Lee Company at my home. First technician (Jack) diagnosed the problem explained the problem. Jack then contacted the project manager (Merrill) that came out excess the situation. They were really booked up. However, from the time they were able to get a technician out to look at my water heater I had been without hot water for a week. PM Merrill worked magic and was able to get a technician out the next day to install a new water heater. The technician (Wesley) was very courteous and knowledgeable and saved the day and I now have a new water heater and lots of hot water. Thanks to Jack, Merrill and Wesley!

Gerrit is top notch with Lee Company home services. He is proficient at his job and gets it fixed quickly the first time. I have used Lee Company several times and they have always been great. I would recommend them to family and friends or anyone who has a need.

I've had the pleasure of using Lee Company twice this year, once in Sept '24 and Dec '24. The 1st time for a leak in my tub and the 2nd time to check my hot water heater. There are 2 things that make them an outstanding company, one the $79 service fee and the other is the techs were knowledgeable and helpful. I would also like to mention, unlike some other companies I contacted, they were NOT trying to quote me over the phone without even seeing the work. I highly recommend Lee Company and plan to use them for any other needs that may arise.

Once again Lee company exceeded my expectations, they were able to diagnose the problem immediately and come up with several solutions. Once the action plan was decided Mark was quick in replacing the light fixtures, and correcting the wiring issue in the living room. Quick, efficient, and timely at a reasonable cost. Everything I have come to expect with Lee Company.

I have had ALOT of work done by Lee Co. I've thought about why I wouldn't give 5 stars because everyone on this job was outstanding. And the work is well done. The staff are considerate, prompt and get the work done well.
The primary reason for the downgrade is communication - more times than not, what I think we're doing and when we're doing it change or what I was advised was not accurate.
I realize things happen but my expectation is if I don't know how or what needs to be done within the scope of my project, I expect accurate guidance when planning a job and I expect clear communication from that point onward of what will occur.

A recent storm and ensuing lightning strike damaged my house. Lee company sent out an electrician to evaluate the damage and make repairs. The electrician did a great job getting the repairs completed and quickly. He was an experienced professional who explained clearly the damage. Further, he documented everything he did with photos and videos. I am very pleased with the service call and especially the reasonable repair cost. I absolutely highly recommend Lee Company!

Todd came out and set us up for the maintenance plan at Teresa’s play and learn. He was respectful, knowledgeable, and set us up for the future! We appreciate him. He even celebrated Grandma’s day with the kids.

Zack always does a great job of explaining what he needs to do and then goes over what he found and how it needs to be fixed.

Plumber that came out did an excellent job and was professional, I do wish they had left the part of drywall cut out to access the pipes and wish he had done a better job vacuuming up the debris left from digging through the foundation. Overall I’m very pleased with their service. I was a bit confused by the $100 gift certificate I was sent, because it wasn’t applied to bill because I purchased the home warranty. There were no stipulations noted on the certificate I was sent that it wouldn’t be honored if we had the home warranty.

I was given one price for a coil for my heating unit in August and was told this month that the price was raised by $650 . I was told that Lee Company is the premier company for air conditioning and heating and that is why they charge more for their services than anyone else . I think they are overpriced.

Extremely knowledgeable, professional, and fixed our problem quickly and efficiently. I am extremely impressed with your service and your technician. I contacted Lee Company to do some plumbing repairs. They set up an appointment quickly. Stephen was the plumber and he was wonderful. He inspected my issues, thoroughly discussed options and costs, and on minor issues he told me how I could fix them easily on my own. I really appreciate his honesty, skill in his repair of my primary sink issue. He was extremely down to earth, helpful, and trustworthy. Thank you!

Inane to duplicate issue. Left and 2 days lasted happened again but had to wait until the end of the next week to get tech back. That is not ok. If he could have come sooner maybe the issue would be solved but I’m waiting a week again. Poor

We had a simple plumbing job that took all day because the first technician kept leaving for tools and supplies that he should have had in his truck. He created a leak and didn’t replace the dirt and left a mess. The leak was fixed by a different technician the next day. We paid at least double than we should have. We called numerous times and spoke to different people each time. We were never able to speak to anyone that could explain the cost.
