East Coast Metals is one of the best HVAC suppliers in the middle TN area. They are Goodman dealers. I have been with them for over 10 years and if any issues came up with my order, it was resolved fast. The location is ideal too, since a lot of other supply houses are in that same area.

We order our line sets on pallets from east coast for our heat pump brand that we manufacture… the desk guys are fantastic, but our outside sales rep is top notch. He always quickly replies even when he is busy! I could not ask for better service from a supplier!

Technician was great-on-time, efficient, very nice.

Lee Company installed an HVAC that was significantly over priced (I have subsequently learned and since then I have required two service calls in less than a year. During the second call they informed me that a significant repair was required which was not under warranty. When I told them I was not paying for a major repair, miraculously, they discovered that it was an easy fix.

The technician was wonderful.

Lee Company has unethical business practices.

My strong suggestion is that you not use them.

Lee Company always takes very good care of my home. The only company that I can rely on.

Tech was professional and gave me options to consider for my project. Since I’m a Home Maintenace Member I received an additional discount and to my delight he started doing work while at my home. He’ll have to come back to finish it when we’re ready to complete it in another week. I was very happy with the progress and looking forward to seeing the end results!

We are monthly subscribers to Lee’s maintenance plan and have been for a few years. They have done several projects for us and we have never had any complaints. Until now. One of the perks of being a monthly maintenance plan customer is that you are supposed to get a 20% discount on any repairs. We just had 1200.00 worth of work done and I am sure we did not get that discount. We also were upsold on an item for our bathtub that we did not get-we were told that after it was installed that it wasn’t available. We used the Wells Fargo financing plan to pay for this as we have done several times over the years. The problem this time is we were charged before the work was done. They didn’t take into account for the less expensive version of the bathtub part we received and we didn’t receive our discount. I have called several times. My husband had called several times. Each time we have called we have been told that someone will call us back. It will be a week tomorrow since the work was done and we still have not heard back from them.

My HVAC system was old and I knew it was going to go at any time. When it did, I called Lee because I had called them for an electrical issue a while back and I was impressed with the honesty and the fact that they didn’t try to upsell or do more than was necessary. They came out swiftly and fixed the problem. So I reached out to them for the HVAC as well. Again, someone came out swiftly and looked it over and was honest. It was time for a new one. I had to finance it and the guy that came out that same day was again, honest, open and informative and had the installment scheduled quickly. Again, the installers arrived early, installation was swift, they cleaned up any and all mess, even hauled off my old unit. It may have cost me a little more than some of the independent businesses but the 10 year full coverage warranty and a year of free maintenance was worth it. I have had to call them out because my intake vent opening needed to be stabilized. Again, swift, fixed the problem and was thorough. I’m happy.

Steer clear of Lee Company for appliance repair. Called to set appt and waited 3 days for the tech. He calls me and proceeds to try and talk his way out of coming out to complete the scheduled service.

Crazy, never experienced something like this.

Just call a different company. Not worth the time

The technician, Andrew ,was great! He went above and beyond what I had expected and I was thoroughly please with the results of the home inspection of my AC unit. I will continue to use Lee ,as I trust them with all my mechanical needs .Thanks Lee for making my day better!

My air conditioner was not cooling for a couple of weeks when I finally did call around Lee Company is the only company that could get out that day and they actually arrived within an hour of my call. The technician was very professional, kind, and considerate. He did an amazing job cleaning out my air unit, and getting it to work correctly. He didn’t try to sell me anything extra that I did not need at the time. He did his job accurately, professionally, and I would recommend Lee Company to anybody who asked.

I gave to say Lee Company is the most professional company in i have dealt with. The put covers over their shoes every time they come in the house to keep from messing up my floors. They keep me updated on everything they find and explain in plain English so you understand fully if anything needs repairs and what is involved in the repairs.

This is my second experience with Lee Company. William (plumbing) was friendly and knowledgeable and didn't make me feel like he was rushing off to 10 other appointments after mine. He took his time to make sure things were done right and explained everything he was doing and why. Later, Zach (HVAC) came out and was great too. Obviously Lee Company hires techs they can be proud to send out and represent the company name! Also, both guys were right on time and wore protective shoe booties when they came inside- I didn't even have to ask them!

Lee Company inspected my HVAC system and made a couple minor adjustments. They made recommendations based on some low voltage readings. It was nice to talk with an expert who is not a high-pressure salesman. He was very polite, knowledgeable and answered my questions clearly. I signed up for the annual inspection program to keep the plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems in good condition at a reasonable price. I’m impressed with Lee Company. I will recommend them to anyone.

UPDATE: Well, really, it's a lack of an update. It's been two weeks since the response "from the owner" below about following up "as soon as possible." I guess their lack of response is their response.

My handyman, John, was fantastic! His work was high quality, he was punctual, and he cleaned up everything completely when he was finished. I would give him 5 stars. The reason I only gave 3 stars here is because of the way Lee Co. prices their jobs, using a flat fee. John was on the job under 3 hours (he arrived at 7:47am, according to my Ring doorbell; I received the email receipt after he had finished at 10:20am), but Lee Co. charged over $1,000 for his work. I even supplied the threshold & exhaust fan being installed (2 projects), and I have a service contract with Lee Co. I doubt very seriously that John is being paid $500/hour for his labor! #christianethics

So far so great... they repaired a major electrical component on my house about 4 months ago and did a great job, especially considering it required coordinating with the local power company upon completion... and at this point I'm using their services for more of my house hold system needs.

Jeremiah was the BEST HVAC technician I have ever had! He diagnosed my problem correctly the first time, while another company did not find my problem. Lee Company hit a homerun with hiring such a fantastic HVAC detective! Thank you for making my home comfortable again and getting the air super clean. I highly recommend Lee Company and Jeremiah! He is the best!
