I was impressed with how quickly Maynard Plumbing Heating and Cooling showed up. The plumber arrived right on time and got to work right away, which really put my mind at ease. Their timeliness was the best part of the whole experience, and they completed the job faster than I expected. I would definitely call them again for any HVAC or plumbing needs.

maynard did a great job on our unit this has been our second time using this company very pleased. Josh the tech was very informative and pointed out a few parts that he suggested to be replaced. no pressure no sales pitch multiple options were offered I would recommend this company for sure.

Inexcusably rude, condescending, insulting, and inaccurate. The tech who came to our house offered his help in choosing a replacement toilet from Home Depot instead of fixing the old one. He offered to go to get the new toilet so he could put it in. He installed it but left the job unfinished. The toilet turned out to be the wrong height. It was a mistake by the tech and us in that we misread the product description. We asked Maynard to swap out the wrong toilet for the correct one. They refused unless we pay for another installation. We already have paid them $500 to have a toilet partially installed. Now they won’t talk with us and are misrepresenting the issue. We are long standing, elderly customers whom they consider expendable. Stay away from this company; not quality service or customer support.

Needed new natural gas / electric AC unit and Maynard provided excellent service and pricing as well prompt replacement. All teammates courteous and professional. I would not hesitate to use them in future

My wife and I recently had Maynard out to check our HVAC AND Plumbing systems. I KNOW, TWO ISSUES AT THE SAME TIME!!

I was worried because of the 1-Star Review. However, I have NOTHING to complain about with this company! The man who scheduled my appointment was VERY Friendly and went above and beyond. I did NOT know at the time. IT WAS AI!! I HAD NO CLUE!! BUT NO UPSET ABOUT IT!! Technology is THE FUTURE!!

And when the woman, I think her name was Michaela or something like that called to let me know our technicians were on their way. SHE WAS SO NICE!!

I will use again, FOR SURE!!!

Needed to have our main water valve replaced and the guts of one toilet. Klifford and Eric were fantastic; polite, professional and knowledgeable. I am very happy with the job, everyone Maynard has ever sent out has been a credit to the company and the reason we only use Maynard.

Great experience with Eric, Luke, and Kliford! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because we had to call them to come back out after they cleared our main plumbing line (toilet issues) because the tub wasn't draining. Fair prices, kind people. They have our trust and we will use them again!

I had a great experience with Maynard Heating and Cooling. They replaced our old HVAC unit, inspected and thoroughly cleaned the ductwork in this 57 year old house. Everyone we dealt with from the initial service call thru the install, cleanup and follow-up were great. Honest, punctual, professional, efficient and reliable…I highly recommend.

Maynard installed new A/C unit and furnace for me. My old unit went out in the middle of summer (last week of July). House was super hot. I called Maynard and got a haggle free quote. There was a little backlog before the install, so they also graciously supplied me a portable A/C unit until the install. Installation was 1 day. Home is cool now. Unit looks good. Thanks Maynard!

Today I had a scheduled appointment with Maynard for repairs on a tankless hot water heat. I got confotmtation and all that they were coming betweetn 12 and 5pm today. At 5:30pm when i had not heard from them i called to get a ETA and got voice recording then hung up on. Then I received a text that they stopped doing water heater servies on Jan 1 after they had already scheduled me and knew it was for a water heater. I am feeling very disrepected by this company and would not recommend them to anyone for anything.

Our heater was malfunctioning and overheating our home after the recent freeze/power outage. We ALWAYS choose Maynard for our plumbing and electric needs and are never disappointed. Josh was our tech last time we had an issue with our heater/air system and he remembered us when he arrived for this issue. He was respectful, communicative, thorough, and quickly found and fixed the issue. Everything is working as it should. Grateful for continued excellent and trustworthy service from Maynard and from Josh!

Gas meter updated and leak discovered at gas fireplace. Maynard came out an recommended we cut the pipe and cap it so we can get gas turned on and they can check for leaks and address.

They did the work. But after gas turned on and a week passes Maynard asked to return our call as our technician was sick. So no call for two weeks. We call again and are told Maynard is no longer doing natural gas work. They left us in the air like that. I have never seen that before.

Don’t let them in your house. Don’t give them any money and don’t award them your ultimate resource, trust. They don’t deserve it. Absolutely despicable.

My review is about the scheduling and communication, not the service. Maynard has always provided excellent service and their technicians are great. However, since they switched to AI to schedule appointments things have gone downhill. I scheduled an afternoon appointment over a week ago, and was told the tech would arrive between noon & 5. No one came. At 4:45 I called and see to the AI Chatbot "Dane" and was told someone would call me. No. One. Called. Ever. I figured my appointment was lost in the AI ether, and forgot about it and planned to call another service. Then, this morning (8 days after the original appointment) we got a text saying the tech is arriving in a few minutes. Surprise! Luckily I was home. The tech was even confused about the scheduling. He did the inspection and service fine. But I had other things on my schedule today I had to juggle and/or move around. I can't deal with a company whose appointments are chosen on a roulette wheel without updating the customer. Dump the A.I.!!
