Patrick and Greg came to repair a leak late on Friday afternoon. They took their time, were conscientious about being clean and meticulous in completing the repair. I hope they are the ones who are sent to my house anytime I need a repair. I highly recommend this company. They were helpful from the call to the completion of the repair.

Chad was AMAZING & was a total life saver. He came out to fix a leak in our wall and even found a way to fix it without breaking in to the sheet rock.

Chad and Tim did a great job fixing our tankless water heater. They were fast and professional and did a wonderful job, even working in cold weather conditions!

Very professional and polite. Service tech Jarad came out on a small warranty item but he also helped me to better enjoy my new home. I inquired about my shower's mediocre pressure. He explained what might be the cause, checked it out, and fixed it on the spot. Great water pressure is life changing!! Thank you Jarad!!

Chad came in and took good care of us in our home. He was able to diagnose and then drove all the way out to go get the part and came back and installed it and got our tankless heater back up and heating.

We had the pleasure of using Pro Serve Plumbing for an install of a Flow Tech scale system and a filtration system for our home. Micha and his helper Dylan were awesome! They did a fantastic job installing our equipment making sure everything was working properly and we were satisfied with the job! They answered all the questions and concerns we had and were truly helpful. They checked the system twice to make sure everything was working properly. They cleaned up so good, I asked if they could clean all my garage!

Also the Tech Tim came out about a week ago to do a warranty job and Tim was awesome also. Tim actually recommended that we get the above systems after we discussed the water issues here.

Everyone we have had contact with in person and on the phone were very concerned about are issues with the water and made sure the correct equipment was used for the job.

Initially did a great job but when we had the same problem 1-2 months later and needed them to return, had a very hard time getting a hold of them and waited over 1 week.

Scott did a great job installing and running new lines to a water heater we ran out in a guest quarters area. Very knowledgeable and able to trouble shoot problems quickly. Stayed with it until the job was done. Nice fella too.

I cannot say enough good things about Bearcat Plumbing and the incredible service we received from Hunter. On Friday night, our water suddenly stopped in the house, and we quickly discovered we had a leak in our front yard. First thing Saturday morning, Hunter arrived promptly, was extremely professional, and was such a pleasure to talk to throughout the process, even with the urgency and the heat.

It turned out that whoever installed our well had used very odd and unique plumbing parts, so Hunter had to make trips to suppliers to track down exactly what was needed. He went above and beyond to get those parts before the suppliers closed for the weekend so we wouldn’t have to go without water until Monday. In 100-degree heat, he worked nonstop, and the quality of his workmanship was top-notch.
