I called to get an assume gas line leak checked. Bearcat showed up that day and fortunately found it. They returned to fix it by running and connecting a new line potentially saving our house. Highly recommended.

They were the only plumbing company that was responsive and could get to our job site during the recent snowstorm. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs plumbing repairs and they also referred us to a great local well company that is taken care of all of our well repairs currently.

Called late Friday afternoon. They came the next morning, on time and Hunter was very knowledgeable about what was happening. Fixed problem in less than an hour. Very happy with Bearcat Plumbing..

John came early. He had difficulty removing the faucet due to poor initial installation. However he took his time and brought the plumbing back to a correct installation and replaced the faucet.

New house and various things need to be added/fixed. J was really nice, patient, and helpful as we showed him around and discussed future services.

Update: water softener and RO filtration installation went really well!

Todd and the team at Bearcat are top notch. The work is excellent and the pricing fair. I also appreciate that Bearcat is a local, independent shop, rather than a conglomerate of companies hiking up prices with confusing rate/membership structures.

I'm really pleased with my Navien tankless water heater installation today. Colton did a very thorough job and Todd has been great answering all my questions. Great work!

There’s so many reasons these guys are among the highest ranked in the metroplex. Todd and his company are the perfect blend of expertise and price. Could you find cheaper? Sure, I had a couple of quotes for a full repiping that may have saved me a couple of grand - but these were coming from house remodelers that would hire everything out to the lowest bidder which ultimately would lead to a poor product. Even his tunneling team had nothing but praise for his work. Todd was also generous with his time and expertise, something you can not put a price on.

I called fir service and they came out the same day to evaluate the water leak. The plumber spent 2 hours trying to locate the leak, but was unable to find it. He referred me to a specialist to locate the leak. He was very patient and charged a fair price.

I sent Bearcat Plumbing to look for a mystery leak at a commercial property. The technician went as far as sending me pictures of the soggy spots to help the irrigation folks know where to dig. Best part, for the time he spent looking around the building, Bearcat only charged a small diagnostic fee. Good folks!

Would not recomend Bearcat or use them again. Did not repair my plugged water. Charged $240 to change a $6 rubber flaber. Spent 30 minets. Did a poor job. Cost too much for too little.

Todd / Bearcat Plumbing did a wonderful job on our new tankless hot water heater. Took out 2 of the old tanks out and replaced them with 1 tankless, so much more convenient, and looks 1000% better. Awesome job Bearcat Plumbing!

Bearcat Plumbing did a great job finding that my dog put a tennis ball down a toilet! I called at 8:30am, and by 10am the toilet was back to normal. Very fast and kind!

I called Bearcat with a ruptured cooperation pipe leak on my hot water heater. They immediately dispatched and was at my house in 25 minutes.
Plummer was knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed problem within just a minute.
They were in and out in an hour and half.

Had a big leak in my front yard, and JR came over and got me fixed up and was very professional and friendly throughout the entire fix. He took his time to show me the issues and how he was going to resolve them. I strongly recommend JR!

I have had years of wonderful service from Bearcat. After struggling to find a skilled and ethical plumber after my last one retired I found Bearcat. I have an older house and they are wonderful at diagnosing and find the problems and getting them fixed fast and at a fair price. I cannot recommend them any higher!
