Maybe when you hire this company directly the experience is better. I went through a home warranty. I asked for them to check for a leak. They cut a hole in the side of my house to look for a leak. The journeyman plumber who did the work told me that was the only way he could know if there was a leak. Apparently when their staff says "I will need to remove the siding" that equates to I am going to cut a 12x12 hole in the side of your house. Removing the siding does not equate to a hole and NO- that is NOT the only way to see if there is a leak on the premises. The journeyman plumber also told me the same thing, with his boss on the line, when I called the office to seek remedy. It is almost laughable however, the boss Keith who called himself a manager, was actually the general manager who was in the bathroom when I called back again. Then I talked to another manager Keith, who blamed me for not asking enough questions to truly understand what his staff meant by "remove the siding". He told me I should have known that is what plumbers do, make holes. Keith told me to call another plumber to verify if his staff was correct or not. When I called back again to speak to the owner the front desk told me Keith was the owner. So, the owner, is 1) not disclosing he is the owner of the company and is 2) blaming customers for not understanding what their staff are doing while 3) refusing accountability for their staff's inability to accurately define what they will be doing. Had I known a HOLE in the side of my house was going to be cut I would have said HELL NO! They were also supposed to fix a toilet leak, which they came back THREE times to "fix". The 3rd time they came I refused the service; another plumber fixed the same problem with one visit. Anyway, I hope those that choose to use this company ask "the right" questions so you can truly understand how and what this company is doing. I also hope this company learns to serve others with the level of integrity and accountability they advertise on their website. In the meantime, check out their Yelp reviews, especially the ones from CA, I am not alone in my experience.

Andrew, repair tech, & the entire SWAT team was very professional, knowledgeable and really cared about our situation. The service reps went out of their way to accommodate our request for time of service. Andrew was FANTASTIC !! He was knowledgeable, assessed the situation quickly & completed the repair with no mess. A well done job all around

I had a great experience with SWAT Plumbing, thanks to Cody. He was my assigned technician and did a truly impressive job. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in his work.

I just moved into my new home and discovered a leak from a pipe from the front door. SWAT was prompt at scheduling someone to address the issue. Andrew was great. He was not only professional and I could tell he knew his stuff but also very honest. They will be my preferred vendor for plumbing services.

Professional attitudes and workmanship. The two service technicians were courteous and efficient. They quickly removed the two old water heaters and replaced them AND upgraded the connections to meet code in what I would consider record time!

Josh came out today to fix our water pressure issue. He was so efficient and got us back to normal pressure. He also provided great customer service especially with explaining the issue and setting expectations. He is the second person to assess this issue. S.W.A.T. Plumbing has been a dream to work with for our plumbing needs.

SWAT is responsive and very customer oriented in their call center…Kelly was awesome!
Andrew did a great job changing out our shower cartridge, even though it had rusted in-place. They worked with our difficult home warranty service and took care of our issue. A++! -
After placing a claim, I got a call right away. Part had to be ordered so it took a couple of days. I was told he most likely would be back on Monday. So I call and was told he would pick the part up on his way here. He arrived and was finshed quickly. Its nice to have my shower back. Thank you S.W.A.T. Pluming

Horrendous communication. I got a text at 8.30am notification me the plumber will arrive at 9.45am. By 11.15am nobody showed up nor did a I get a call notifying me of a delay. The call finally came at 1pm that they will arrive by 3pm. They never showed up nor did they call. I would never use them again.

I had a great experience with Brian V at SWAT Plumbing. He diagnosed my hot water heater in record time. It was super hot outside so I invited him in to do his paperwork. I even spoke with Whitney in the office who also answered more of my questions!

SWAT plumbing is the most professional plumbing company I have ever dealt with. They keep open communication throughout the whole process, and they are honest. We will only use this company from now on!

I’ve never received this level of poor customer service before in my life. Our request for their service was not an emergency, but it was a major inconvenience for my husband and I. This request was to replace a faulty connector to the water line under our kitchen sink. No emergency, but definitely an inconvenience for us for cooking and normal work in the kitchen since we could not turn the water on at all.
Timeline:
May 14, Wednesday – I put in a request for work to be completed through our home warranty. We were given a date 6 days out for an appointment, May 20, no set time or window was given. This was frustrating, but understandable at that point.
May 20, Tuesday – After waiting until noon, I received a phone call advising they were backed up and wouldn’t be able to make it that day. She rescheduled us for the next day, May 21, and told us they had 4 customers ahead of us so it would be in the afternoon before they would be able to get to us. We were still very understanding at this point.
May 21, Wednesday – After not hearing anything all day, I called at 3:45PM to check on the status of our request. She informed us they were still coming, but there were still 3 people ahead of us. This indicated to me that one customer had taken all day, but that could be possible. I made the comment that it was going to be a long day for that plumber and she said it all depended on how long it takes at each stop.
At 5:10PM the same lady from the previous phone calls called and told us they couldn’t come that day. She stated they wanted to reschedule us for May 28, 7 more days in the future. I told her this was unacceptable and we should just be pushed out to the next day and be 2nd or 3rd in line, not another week out, but she said they were very backed up and this is all they had available. I was extremely upset at that point that we were getting the runaround.
I immediately contacted our warranty company and was advised that because it was now after hours they couldn't reach any other company to schedule anything and to call back first thing in the morning.
Had the SWAT lady been honest and told us at 3:45 that they wouldn't make it out that day and were rescheduling us out a week, I would have had time to contact our warranty company and possibly get someone else out for the next day or two which was a Thursday & Friday. I honestly feel the lady at SWAT blatantly lied about the whole situation.
May 22, Thursday - I recontacted our warranty company and they advised they would do their best to get another company as quickly as possible and they would contact me within 24 hours to advise of a new appointment.
May 23, Friday - The warranty company left a voicemail stating that SWAT told them that they had "system issues" and that's why it had to be pushed out another week. This is totally different from what she told me.
None of this made sense at all and our view of the situation was that 1) since we were going through a warranty company we would be pushed to an open time as it became available; 2) we were lied to (or at least misinformed) about how things were scheduled for warranty customers and had we been told about the possible delays, we would have arranged for a different service.
After all of this, our appointment with SWAT for May 28 was cancelled and we were rescheduled with another company for May 29. Not sure if our warranty company realized that SWAT was going to reschedule us again or if SWAT knew they would so they just cancelled us. Either way, we will not ever use them through our warranty company or otherwise in the future after this encounter. -
Jason from SWAT Plumbing is very professional and works with integrity. I had on going issues at my home and Jason made a point to come out, evaluate and resolve the issue. As the plumbing supervisor, I know he trains and coaches his to team provide the same level of service and integrity and he does. Thank you for the help, Jason.

I’m so glad SWAT recommended that we leave a google review. After they showed up at 9:30 the first night after waiting 3 days for a response. We now have had them no show twice after waiting their 8 am to 7 pm window. We are a week and a half we still have water coming from the ceiling - a hole cut in our ceiling and wall. I’ve never met a company that treats customers such as this. Terrible. They should be ashamed. Would they pay their employees to sit at home and wait for a company to no show and continue to miss work?

Chloe is the worst. She has threatened me calling back to back to back and even called the police and lied about theft of property all because a check was written wrong by my husband which they discovered days later, they didn’t take AMEX but took my card and called back later saying they couldn’t, and the address listed on maps was listed wrong that I sent replacement check to and they don’t get their mail forwarded. All I asked was for an apology for how she talked to me and for calling the police and she said she had nothing to apologize for.

Excellent work from Mr. Randall the technician, did an awesome job fixing a major under ground leak. Also, front desk was very helpful and understanding.

What a nightmare of experience! They came via American Home Shield. First of all, the scheduling process is a joke. They'll schedule you for a day and you are supposed to stay home all day long waiting for them to show up (like you have nothing else to do). First time they said they would come until 4pm. They got here at 8pm. Of course the guy didn't figure anything and it was too late to get to any solution. They called me to reschedule and got me to an appointment one week later (meawhile my kitchen is a mess). Second guy came, figure out no shit and told us to open a request with the AC company. Punchline, 2 "professionals" came and were showing zero interest on getting us a solution. This is not a serious business.

Was assigned S.W.A.T. Plumbing through AHS for a leaking garbage disposal. Matthew quickly replaced the disposal and cleaned his work area. I'm very happy with the communication and service I received.

S.W.A.T PLUMBING has great technicians! Mark was absolutely wonderful, he was quick to asses the situation and explain to me what he would be doing. He was successful in unclogging the pipe when it seemed that nothing was working, he didn’t give up and when he was able to get it to work, he checked several times to make sure! I would definitely recommend Mark for the job!

Conor the diagnostician was very courageous and explained everything in detail. He stayed in communication with me. Randal the plumber was so kind and very communicative. He explained everything and didn’t hesitate to make sure I was on board with the progress. I compared prices and they were the best option.
