I called just to get a simple estimate for running a camera on a slow drain shower issue. They refused to give any numbers unless they came out and wanted $100 just to step through the door. That’s nothing but a money grab. Zero transparency, zero customer service. I didn’t waste my time and I’ll take my business elsewhere. Don’t waste yours either.

SWAT Plumbing was 5 Stars from beginning to end. Customer Service did an excellent job of keeping me updated. Technician was extremely friendly and did an excellent job of fixing my tankless water heater.

S.W.A.T Plumbing was really pleasant working with. Great customer, very polite people. The tech was the best, he knew his job well. He replaced my kitchen faucet with a very nice faucet. He did a very professional job, he left my kitchen cleaner than it was when he got here. He is a great asset to your company. I definitely will recommend S.W.A.T PLUMBING to everyone.

Jason did an outstanding job on explaining everything to me and how the process worked. He did a great job installing the heater and all the added pieces I needed to bring it up to code. Highly recommend S.W.A.T. Plumbing.

In general about S.W.A.T , I really appreciated how they communicated and kept me informed on technician arrival time.
Christian was Great. Very courteous and professional and got a lot of patience. Really impressed with how he cleaned up everything after the work is done.

They charged my credit card $2,500 without authorization illegally prior to work being done. We specifically told them NOT to charge the credit card the day they charged my credit card and it was because work was not done yet. Their so called plumber (that was just a sales representative) told my husband and I we pay half before work was started and half when job was done. Then he had us sign in the sunlight on his dark phone a contract that stated we were to pay before work was done. Which by the way is illegal. You can’t have a verbal contract differ from a written contract, especially with 3 witnesses. Very foolish and out right bullying. They subcontracted most of work with people that could not speak English. They sent the first plumber out that only paid $30 for license no classes a started working without experience is what he told me. Second came out and did some sawing on pipe then after he worked on it all the sudden it went from a leak to a slab leak. The third plumber came out and just did a sales pitch to have slab fixed and lied to me about the payment arrangement. Fourth plumber came out and actually worked on it and didn’t break anything that time that I could tell. He seem nice and knowledgeable. Geez 4 plumbers and then two set of people they subcontracted could speak English. SCAM, I told them I would pay when job was done but they illegally and unauthorizedly charged credit card the very day I told them I would write a check when job was done. I was not even late on payment and work was not even done.

Andrew with SWAT plumbing is our hero! He went above and beyond to fix our upstairs leaky toilet line. It was so awful and I was so upset! It leaked into the adjacent room and then thru the floor into the ceiling and leaked in my garage! SWAT made it a priority and sent Andrew out first thing the next day. AHS was not going to pay for it as it was not what they considered to be normal wear and tear. He convinced them somehow and was able to get it done today! My husband and I couldn't sing his praises any higher! He did the work quickly, made light jokes that helped to make a bad situation easier and is a great communicator. He answered all of our questions in a way we could understand.
If you have a plumbing issue or crisis, call SWAT and ask for Andrew. Whitney in the call center was great too. He was also training a new man named Ronnie who was very professional too.

The answering service took all my info and sent Conner P. out asap since we had a slight emergency. He was so amazing, honest, thorough and educated us along the way. Extremely professional and polite. Great company to work with.

Very positive experience. Jason was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and efficient! He got the repair done quickly! Will definitely use his expertise again! Also a fair price for the job done.

I had the best experience using Jason after a part in my tankless water heater froze, cracked, and was leaking. He was very professional and responsive. The quality of his work is great as he found other items with my original water heater install that were not up to code and fixed those. I felt very well taken care of and highly recommend him!

Jason had a long, busy day but still made it out to work on our outdoor faucet. It had been leaking for a little while. Jason was so nice and did a great job plus gave us some great tips. I definitely recommend Douglas Technical Plumbing!! I called them after reviews from our neighbors and the work they did during the major freeze in our neighborhood and the reviews were well earned.

Update: I wrote this review and forgot to post it. Just had Douglas Technical Plumbing out to hook up our natural gas grill and great service as always!!

I called and Jason showed up the same day to fix my burst pipe. It took him less than 30 minutes to fix once he got here! He did a great job. I will definitely be calling again the next time I have plumbing problems.

I called and scheduled a visit for the same day. Even after learning that the plumbing wasn’t the issue, Jason still got to the bottom of the issue. Very thorough, and he also showed me his thought process as he was troubleshooting. I definitely recommend Douglas for anyone needing some work done.
