Reviews of local pros in Aledo, Texas

The gentleman was nice, and cordial, however I was charged $250 to basically be told what I had already known to a degree. Bearcat plumbing was also supposed to get back to me with a bid on some construction, and I never heard back from them.. disappointing, I have the same issue I had, minus $250…

I couldn’t be happier with the service. They understood the urgency of the situation and responded quickly. Within an hour we had diagnostic results for our water heater.

I recently experienced outstanding service by Bearcat. They responded and dispatched a tech the same day to address a gas leak at my tankless water heater. Colton took the time to diagnose the issue, which turned out to be a minor part replacement, and showed me how to do it myself. Saved me hundreds of dollars that another company was planning to charge me. Couldn't recommend them high enough.

I've used Bearcat Plumbing several times and will continue to do so. Always great service and experience. The team does a great job of answering my questions and providing fast and efficient service. They are also very responsive and follow up quickly, which is appreciated!

They were knowledgeable and kind; however, it was way overpriced. I didn't end up going forward with their services due to that. They were going to charge me $2,000+, almost $3,000 for an installation on an electric water heater. I ended up going with Home Depot and paid half of what I was going to be charged through Bearcat. I suggest you all do the same before going with this company.

John and Hunter were great! Very professional and explained the process as they worked. Meticulously removed old water heater and installed a new one. Cleaned up and explained all the new features and items installed today. Would highly recommend!

Bearcat plumbing is great Arvid providers. They responded right away and fixed my cracked pipe in the exterior wall. It was very cold but Todd fixed it quick. Besrcat is my only choice when we need s plumber. Thanks

Todd with Bearcat was honest about repairs needed and fair with pricing when we moved into our home. Since then we’ve had service calls re our older home, and we’ve continued to be pleased. They are well respected and responsive, and we have been happy with their work!

I live in a new house but had a faulty sink installation from the original builder. My sink in the kitchen actually became detached from the granite and fell causing the pipes to leak. I called at 5:45 PM and they were there the next morning at 8:00 AM. JR was the best. He was kind, courteous and knew what he was doing. They got the sink up and reinstalled and everything is working great. Have lived in the area for 7 years. Always need a good plumber, car mechanic and electrician. I have found the great plumber in the Aledo area. Hats off to Bearcat Plumbing. I give them the highest rating and will always use them going forward for my plumbing needs.

Our house is under contract with a tight closing date. I called with a list of fixes from the inspection report and Bearcat Plumbing was able to come out the morning after and had everything fixed the same day. Both the person who scheduled my appointment and Colton, the tech, were so polite and amazing to work with. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs!!!

Fantastic overall experience. JR was very friendly and came out first thing the following morning. Easy and great communication and very transparent about the process. Work was finished quickly with a good explanation afterwards as well which I appreciated. Will use Bearcat Plumbing for everything going forward.

Communication about arrival times was excellent.
JR completed the work. He was great with his arrival communication as well. The work was done quickly. He had some other suggestions regarding work that might need to be done, but was not pushy & very respectful in giving them.

Super kind & knowledgeable.
Highly recommend!

I want to give a huge shout-out to Hunter from Bearcat Plumbing! He did an outstanding job and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly. Hunter was professional, knowledgeable, and very respectful throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain what needed to be done, answered all my questions, and made sure the work was completed efficiently and neatly.

It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work and genuinely cares about the customer’s experience. Hunter made the whole process easy and stress-free, and his attention to detail and great attitude really stood out.

If you’re looking for a trustworthy plumbing company, I highly recommend Bearcat Plumbing — and definitely ask for Hunter. You’ll be in good hands!

We had our hot water heater replaced by Bearcat Plumbing, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The technician who handled the installation did an outstanding job and couldn’t have been friendlier. Scheduling was quick and easy, communication was responsive, and the work was completed the very next day. No need to look anywhere else for plumbing repairs—highly recommend!

This is my go to plumbing company as they are quick to respond, and do great work. I had slow hot water flow which they found the problem fast, removed the corrosion in the hot water outlet pipe and had it good as new. They were recommended to us by a tile and counter top store that previously did two bathroom remodels for us. We had Bearcat Plumbing upgrade the plumbing for those projects. Best recommendation ever.

They were extremely responsive to my emergency situation. The technician, Hunter, was very courteous and explained all potential charges ahead of time. He was able to resolve my issue quickly, and thankfully, it was not the expensive option! They do share a picture of the technician that is coming to your house by text so it is a good safety measure.

John came out and replaced a hose bib. I knew that because of the way it was installed that it could potentially be an issue. I appreciated his knowledge and suggestions on the best way to get it done. The job was completed with minimal mess and in a timely manner. I will use Bearcat Plumbing again. I really appreciated not being sold a service plan!

I was notified by the City that I had a water leak. I called Bearcat and they sent out a great tech, JR that same day - he quickly helped us diagnose the leak was inside the home and most likely a slab leak - they got me in touch with a leak specialist that was very qualified and he determined the source. Bearcat then sent the same plumber, JR back to my home to complete the repairs. JR kept us informed and was great! You definitely get the quality that you pay for. I appreciated JR and the team and will use Bearcat for any future plumbing needs! Great local company and great people!

I would highly recommend Bearcat plumbing! Hunter was amazing and did such a great job. The owner went above and beyond to help with my situation. I will definitely be using them again.

Bearcat plumbing is fantastic. After we got super high quote to fix our front yard valve that busted randomly, we came to Bearcat for a second opinion. Todd provided a quote, and they were much more reasonably priced. The best part? They were able to come out to our house quickly to get this fixed for us! JR was our technician and he did a fabulous job. He was quick, professional, answered all my questions and was super kind. We will be using Bearcat for all our future plumbing needs going forward.
Thanks Bearcat plumbing team!

My old house needed a lot of work, but Hunter Strickland was very knowledgeable about all my problems, and was able to fix the problem in a reasonable time. He kept me informed and explained all the work he did and why it had to be fixed. If I ever need plumbing work again, I will definitely use Bearcat - and ask for Hunter to do the work. 😊

I needed some leaking faucets fixed and I called Bearcat again. They were prompt, knowledgeable and I have a great faucet - non leaking. If you want your plumbing problem fixed fast and perfect , do yourself a favor and call Bearcat.
