Despite having a somewhat intimidating name, this place is quite down to earth. The staff are friendly and they have no problem just letting you wander through their beautiful and extensive showroom. Probably the best tile showroom in the valley! They also have a discounted tile area out in the warehouse that is definitely worth a look. ! Recommended

A lot of pluses, one negative. The bad is that getting help in the showroom is difficult despite seeing people around. It feels like staff are hoping someone else will help you. Once you find someone though they are excellent. Knowledgeable and helpful. I had a great buying experience and was able to get the tile quickly at a great price. I would definitely use them again.

Gets 2 stars for selection. No stars for service. 2 ladies at the desk saw me walk in and they both got up and walked into the back office area. I had to stop another guy and asked him about the quarter round tile I was looking for and he said I would be better off going to a fabricator not a tile show room. So I left. Do not recommend at all! Take your money to people that care like Daltile or even floor and decor has better service.

Just make sure when you buy from Bedrosians you account for an additional 8% on all of their pricing, because apparently that’s a thing. They advertise a price but have a blanket 8% they charge on top of it. Not sure how that makes sense. We ordered tile and grout only to find out that I didn’t bother to check that the grout was actually in stock until they called to let us know our tile was ready to pick up. Because we’re under a deadline with our contractor we asked if they could ship it to our house so that we don’t have to drive an hour round trip to pick it up. They said it would cost extra to ship the grout and weren’t willing to cover the cost even though it was their mistake. The tone was not apologetic but rather snooty. This gives me no reason to want to shop with them again.

REPLY: We ordered over the phone so didn't see any signs. Finding the grout is (welcomed) news and I'm glad that they were able to find the grout. The principal still applies...you weren't willing to stand by the error and shifted the burden onto us. It's small, empathetic gestures of doing right by people that earns loyalty and why I won't be back.

This piece seems legit. Didn't buy anything yet. But the employees are friendly and the inventory is good.

I got the tile for my kitchen back-splash at Bedrosians Tile and Stone, and I am very happy with it and the price was also really good. Their sales person was very helpful and took a lot of time with me to create the design that I wanted - she gave me samples to take home to check against my counter top and she helped me pick out tile that looked good together. If I have another project, I will definitely go back, and I will recommend them to my friends.

Bedrosians has a great collection of countertops they have great deals though you have to spend quite a bit of time staying on top of and in the know on what’s coming in and when to snatch one of them.

The tile is beautiful as well! I love the new magnifica as well as the cement look alike tiles.

Most excited for the bathroom space I just finished specking. If your shopping for tile I highly recommend Bedrosians.

I have held off writing this review in order to give Bedrosians every opportunity to do the right thing and resolve the issue ethically. It has been a few months now and they have since replied with a formal corporate response dusting their hands of our claim. We purchased almost 1000 sqft of their Arrowhead large plank wood look tile for our main floor remodel project.

This is why I recommend that you NEVER use Bedrosians:

* We paid extra to have our tile delivered and the delivery never showed up. They didn’t even have us in the system. We were then told that they couldn’t deliver until the following week. That doesn’t work when you have an installer on a tight schedule. We had to rent a heavy duty truck and transport almost 5000lbs of tile ourself to have it ready to go the next day.

* Our installers pulled out tile and checked for quality and found 4 tiles spread throughout the boxes that were white and totally washed out. (Shown in image) This made us uneasy so we paid close attention to tiles being laid to avoid placing an oddball tile. Unfortunately, that didn’t save us from the next issue!

* LARGEST ISSUE, after all tile was laid, grouted and cleaned, we removed the plastic from our windows and found that a large portion of the tile was semigloss sheen when the order was matte!!! They only make one sheen of this product and it clearly shows matte on our order sheet. This is a major quality issue and is impossible to overlook. Mixing sheens is very distracting and tacky. The only way to fix the issue would be to rip out all tile and start over. This was impossible to detect earlier because of the plastic on the windows to protect the shutters.

Their manager Michelle did what she could to help us, even coming out to our home to check things out, but ultimately the company decided to screw us over. Their corporate customer service does not respond to emails. Michelle has been instructed not to help us any further as well. They refuse to take any responsibility for their quality mistake and are deciding to ignore us because the cost to actually fix the problem is too high (since we added radiant heating under the tile).

Before you choose where to buy your tile from, know that things will definitely go wrong at some point with Bedrosians, there were too many issues along the way. Know that if things really go bad with your order, they lack the integrity to fix their wrongs and make it right. They will ignore you and hide from their problems. Tile is forever, these blemishes won’t go away, and you will have to look at the quality issues until you decide to rip it out some day and buy from someone else.

Wish I would have read the reviews before buying and listened. I have remodeled my whole 3 story house this last year and used product from all over the internet and local stores and Bedrosians is the only company I will never buy from again. The product was crazy expensive but so beautiful online so I bit the bullet. When it came, it looked nothing like the picture. I bought the warm stone and there are 2 stones on a whole 12x12 pebble sheet that are actually a warm brown/gold color. The rest is white, grey, and black, closer to the cool color. I reached out to discuss this and all they said was the warehouse says they sent the right box. If you don't like it, pay to ship it back and pay a 25% restocking fee. I bought 10 squares for $400 so they want me to pay $100 plus shipping because the item looks nothing like the website and it's my fault I don't like it. My whole bathroom is gold to complement this stone that looks way more grey. There is a lot of beautiful product out there. Go with another company.

These guys were amazing when it came time for us to finally resurface our pool. From the ease of getting the quote, to the communication, to how efficient and amazing everything turned out (including the clean up), I cannot recommend them highly enough. We’ve had a few things done to our house/property lately and I wish all of those other things turned out as great as Souther Pool.

We had a great experience with Southern Pool and Outdoors on our recent pool and patio renovation. They built a new patio cover, built a waterfall wall, added glass tiles, new coping and a new spray deck. It all looks awesome and was done faster than we anticipated at ver my reasonable price. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their pool and yard.

I called Brett to check my my pool after the recent freeze. He spent about 30 minutes checking things out and let me know I had no issues with the equipment. I expected to pay a service charge but he refused to accept any payment.
Will use his company for any future issues or problems I might have with my pool.

Brett is honest and does not try to over sell looks for the best possible solution to meet your financial situation. I had leaks and my pump system repaired and replace. Now I have to have my decking repaired due to shifting. I will always call them.

Love these guys - any time we have any issues Brett is on the ball. Our pool pump went out and Brett put a rush on it and it was back up and running in 2 days.

Southern Pool + Outdoors has always given me exceptional service and fair pricing! The owner has always been very responsive.

Although we've enjoyed our clean pool more, we really enjoyed the service we received from Southern Pool Care. They have great communication, and even provide us with a weekly report and picture of the pool after they are done. They are fairly priced, which is standard from competitive estimates I've received, but their customer service and quality pool care makes up for the difference. We definitely recommend them.

Brett and his team are so good! He was quick to respond, assess the situation and provide resolution at a great price. Brandon did quick, efficient work in replacing a bad booster pump, filter clean, and answered any questions I had! Thanks so much to Southern Pool and Outdoors!!!

New house, new pool.... new problems. These guys came to my rescue. Previous owners hadn't replaced alot of old pool equipment. When my filter began to fail, owner Brett suggested a replacement. When he says it needed it... he was right. They came next day at no extra cost. Pool is functioning (cleaning and filtering) so much better now. They were even accommodating to work out a payment plan to assist my budget. They were pleasant to work with and made sure I was taken care of. Thanks for making it simple and being there in our time of need.

Several neighbors of ours use Southern Pool Cleaning for their pool maintenance, so when I ran into a problem with a booster pump for our Polaris system I called them. Brett responded quickly and sent a technician out to diagnose the problem. They ordered the parts and had the system up running within a few days. The repairs could not have gone any easier. We highly recommend Southern Pool Cleaning for your pool maintenance needs.

Southern Pool performed a complete facelift to my backyard deck and inground pool. In short, I could not be happier with the result. Their team was professional and showed up on time to make the project a reality within budget and according to schedule (barring weather-related delays).

The owner was readily available for my questions and addressed my concerns as needed. I now have a backyard which is much more accommodating and inviting to my family and our friends. My only regret is that I waited so long to pull the trigger on making this project happen. Highly recommend.
