He and his team created a new pool deck, resurfaced the pool and identified the drainage issues and got them repaired. Southern Pool + Outdoors has been taking care of my pool for about a year and a half. Weekly service happens like clockwork with before and after pictures every week. But the part I appreciate the most is that they don’t gouge for repairs. I’ve had previous pool companies that are affordable for routine service but very overpriced for repairs. Southern Pool is competitive for weekly service but also does repairs at reasonable rates too.

Techs are professionals, consistent and all do a great job. I’ve had many, many cleaning/maintenance companies, but none have done the quality of work I expect until now. Thank you for keeping my pool looking great, even in the worst conditions!!

I highly recommend Southern Pool and Outdoors! We’ve been customers for years and their customer service and communication are outstanding. They always let us know if they need to deviate from our normally scheduled service day, and they made an extra trip out during the recent freezing weather to handle an issue we were experiencing with our pump and waterfall. Brett and team are phenomenal!

Solid service. Highly recommend. Brett is a straight shooter who knows his stuff and will have his crew take care of your pool professionally and on time. Frankly, for pool care, they can come ANY time since the work is outside and you don't need to be there. It really wouldn't bother me if their schedule was irregular. But I appreciate how they come when they say they will - says a lot about how the business is run. With each cleaning, I received an email with a service summary. It had pictures of the pool (after it was cleaned) and a summary of what chemicals were high/average/low, and what they added to get it back in balance. Gave me a lot of confidence the work was done. Oh - and they bring their own tools. They didn't use my broom to brush the walls, for example, ecen though it was there. Great service.

They helped us through a rough patch out of the goodness of their hearts when the leaves were falling, and we had an injury that prevented us from cleaning the pool! I was very pleased working with this Brett and his crews for a complete pool facelift and repair (demo and rebuild the spa, demo and replace the pool edge tile and coping, resurfacing the whole pool and spa with “pebble coat”, PLUS adding a giant patio cover. They came when they said they would (very important to me), got designs with renderings for me to consider, started when they said they would, and finished well under the timeframe promised!!! They kept at it, and we lucked out with time of year weather. We added 1000 sq ft outdoor living space and we LOVE it. We currently use their maintenance services.

We had Brett and Southern Pools do a remodel and resurfacing of our pool, spa, and deck. Everything turned out fantastic. We are very happy with the results and definitely recommend Southern Pools.
