Excellent customer service. Answered all my questions and we’re super helpful in finding some coping at a great price. Every time I’ve come into the store they’ve been very attentive and quick to help. 😊

Good service. Nice tile selection. Higher end. Same type of tile was twice the price as I found it elsewhere but had other tile cheaper than I found in another place.

They have or can quickly get any stone or tile you want. Nice showroom and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them!

Stay away from this place... Go to Cosmos they are 5 stars.. I am so shocked that this place has been in business 70 years... The worst customer service I've ever had ..We went to the slab yard to look at 3 slabs to buy and we had to wait 30 minutes for them to move one slab. Then the guy came to use and says " They are all the same " Like it was a huge inconvenience to him.. this will be like a $12,000 purchase something I have to live with all my life in my kitchen.
But to him it is like getting a cheeseburger or chicken sandwich at McDonald's .
This place is the biggest joke if I could rank it I would rate it is zero..

I carefully picked out the slab of granite I wanted and when I made a decision, the slab I wanted was on hold by someone else. Lucky for me, that someone else was working with my same fabricator and the fabricator knew they didn't want it, so that person released the hold on the slab. I had personally spoken with Bedrosian's about this and called and they were supposed to be holding it for me when/if it got released. When I found out it was released, I called and my fabricator called, but they SOLD IT TO SOMEONE ELSE! They couldn't answer my questions as to why, and have not returned my call to explain or offer any kind of apologies, or done anything to make the situation right. Now, I need to quickly find another slab I like, but I will never work with this company, or refer them to anyone. Bad business, terrible customer service.

Janessa Herrera is awesome! She helped us so much! We have been searching for a specific tile for months and it took her about two seconds to find it for us. She really went the extra mile for us.

Absolute worst "customer service" I have ever experienced. I literally walked the entire showroom and slab area on two separate occasions for over a half hour each time (dreaded going the second time) with not one greeting or offer of help. I'm a fool for giving them a second chance. I won't step foot in there again. I took my 15k countertop job elsewhere. You should too.

Was promised items to us on a certain day as long as we paid for expedited shipping. Well didn’t get what we where promised. Now our project is going to be pushed back another week. That also means my family can’t move in for another week. They are not a trustworthy company to deal with. They promise the world but don’t deliver. This is not the first time with them. This is why we went somewhere else for our main tile.

Love shopping here for our countertops!! Mike worked with us to choose the perfect counter and was so patient with our many questions. They also have a kids area which we appreciated.

I just walked into the Salt Lake location to choose almost a hundred square feet of tile between my backsplash and the fireplace. I was the only customer in the store. Plenty of Staff behind the counter laughing and having fun. Not one person even made eye contact with me, not one person asked if they could help me. I walked out of the store, and I won't walk back in. Pathetic customer service.

I had a large tile project at my house and had visited several tile shops in town ranging from huge warehouses to small uppity showrooms. I was happy to find Bedrosian's had a lovely showroom without the big attitude. Onecia was very kind and helpful with my small budget needs and had arranged for my order and delivery with ease. I would recommend Bedrosian's for any tile project. BTW, the tile looks amazing.

The store is super cool, however the staff was less than helpful. We had to go find someone to help us and they were acting like “it’s your turn” to take these customers (us). Then once we asked our questions she just pointed to where we should go and got back on her phone and chatting about her haircut. Such a disappointment. We would have probably bought something if she would have actually helped us. We asked for a sample, she brought it to us then immediately walked away. It wasn’t even the right sample. We drove three hours to get here. So disappointed..

I have been in multiple times during our remodel and have had great experiences with Terry for my kitchen backsplash and Miranda with help deciding on countertops. We put some slabs on hold while we were out of town and they called to check in to make sure we wanted to continue holding the slabs. I appreciated the call to check in. My first time in I wasn't really sure what to do and felt a bit confused and overwhelmed and asked for help and after that it's been smooth sailing. I recommend checking their discount area in the slab gallery as well. I stumbled upon some awesome tiles for our bathroom for 50 cents a square foot and a granite I had been thinking about that had dropped to $8 a square foot. So if you know what you are looking for, that's a great place to start. I feel like the prices are good, and was happy to find out our fabricator had an even better price. We are using granite from Bedrosians for our kitchen countertops and I cannot wait to see how they look once they are installed.

They have a great selection of tile and countertop slabs. Also a good clearance section. My only negative is their strict return policy. Make sure to ask when you are buying supplies.

Warning, I’m going to be a total Karen here because y’all need to know to take your business elsewhere.

What happened:

Ordered 8 ft.² of slate to do a hearth for a tiny woodstove in an RV.

Called ahead of time before driving two hours to their location to see if they had any slate in stock. The woman on the phone said yes, we have all of our slate in stock.

Drove two hours and they have zero slate in stock.
Ordered 8 ft.² of 12 x 12 slate through them and they said it’ll arrive next week.

Then there was a huge snowstorm coming and we had to get the chimney installed and hearth built asap.

Called Bedrosians to see about returning the slate so we could find a product elsewhere since we were panicking.
They said “oh actually we do not do refunds or exchanges because we won’t be able to resell it and we’ll just throw it out”.
Ridiculously wasteful that you would throw away beautiful slate.

We had to search elsewhere to finish our project.
Ended up buying the same amount of slate through Contempo Tile for only $15! And they threw in an extra 2 ft.² for free.

Contempo Tile was much more accommodating, honest, down to earth and fast with the transaction.

Regardless of that I called Bedrosians‘s back to see if we could please refund the product. This time it was a different person on the phone and they said they don’t do refunds but they can do exchanges.
We could exchange it for the 16”x 16” slate THAT THEY’VE HAD IN STOCK THE WHOLE TIME.

Horrible, condescending customer service and a wasted $70.

Take your business elsewhere because they are not it!

We have been working on designing 4 bathrooms for our new home. We were completely overwhelmed by tile choices, but in swooped Michelle and saved the day. She was AMAZING in every way. We never could have done it without her. She sent us home with samples and later emailed a write up of everything we picked. So grateful for her spunky, enthusiastic help.

I'm sure this place is perfectly adequate in terms of inventory and selection, but unless you are a contractor, it's likely you don't spend a lot of time in stone and tile stores. And if you don't, it's easy to be intimidated. Luckily, that's what good customer service is for. Unfortunately good customer service isn't one of the attributes of this establishment.

As an interior designer, I love working with Artistic Wholesale! They are always on time, and do a fantastic job with all of the artwork I have brought in to be framed. They have also done some very specialty pieces for me like framing a piece of embroidery or a beautiful rug sample we got as a souvenir! They have recently added to their line with images printed on metal - inserted into a round frame. I also entrusted them with a carved wood sign outside of my business. (My neighbor did the same!) I have worked together with Artistic Wholesale to select, print, frame and even hang artwork for a 40,000 square foot building. They really do do it all!

They have great high quality items and value selections as well!

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this store to anyone. Terrible customer service and zero attention to detail. We came to this location to pick out granite for a new home we were building. Four months later we got a call saying that they had sold the pieces we had put on hold and that we needed to come in and pick a new one last minute. When we came in the manager who sent the email told us to look around and that he'd meet us on the floor room shortly. We waited almost an hour and a half and he never showed. Another employee was actually a bit helpful, but offered to see if she could cancel someone else's reserved pieces to give to us, but as that would only propagate the problem, we declined. It looks like they have a good selection of products, but they don't seem to care about their customers. We went to another supplier with MUCH more success.

The staff at Bedrosians is among the most knowledgeable and helpful of the tile showrooms in the area. I have visited all of the major tile showrooms from Draper to West Valley over the past month comparing samples. I had very specific criteria that had to be met for slip resistance for my parents. I am not working with a professional designer and the staff spent a great deal of time answering my questions and helping me find the best tile.
