Constraction reviews in Allen, Texas

Bobcat Custom Outdoors is the BEST in the industry! Their work is top-notch, their customer service is outstanding and the prices are better than any other company around. We have had neighbors stop by our house and ask us for Bobcat's contact information, because of the quality work they put into building our fence and gate. We will absolutely use Bobcat Custom Outdoors for many other projects in the future!!

I have selected Bobcat over other three builders despite mixed higher and lower estimation for building a quite large 24x26 sqrt ft patio cover. I felt easier to work with Jimmy. He worked hard to come up with different estimations for different options. Screw teams: frame, stones, and roof, did great job and knew what they were doing. Just the stain screws left a messy job as I have had to clean-up the next days. Over all, great job and the patio looks very nice and solid.

They did a great job and I got exactly what I was looking for. Quality workmanship and great communication. Don't bother using anyone else, these guys are the best!

We hired Bobcat to enlarge our back patio and build a custom outdoor space. When we received Jimmy's detailed estimate along with a CAD drawing of the project....we knew we had found our guy! This set the tone for the enitre project. Jimmy and his crews were responsive, thorough, professional and the project moved at a consistent pace with each trade following the work flow until project completion. Both the overall experience and quality of work exceeded our very high expectations. We highly recommend Bobcat!!

We recently had Bobcat Custom Outdoors install our new fence and driveway gate. We can't tell you how happy we are. This is a family-owned business that takes great pride in what they do. From design to install, our backyard space has been transformed! The process was so easy, Jimmy and team made sure every detail was taken care of.

Very happy with our outdoor fireplace! It is absolutely beautiful and was done very professionally and smoothly and turned out better than we had hoped for! Thank you so much!

We had a fence with gate installed recently. The owner of Bobcat (Jimmy) was on time for review and bid process. He explained options/timing of process (scheduling, permits, install/staining) & pricing was comparable to other bids. We went with Bobcat because recommendation of co-worker and positive online reviews.

His crew was efficient (even during hot stretch of weather this summer), polite and respectful of our property. Cedar fence looks great and Bobcat uses a beautiful coloring for stain.

Jimmy takes great pride and ownership of his business. He responded promptly with any question/concerns. Honestly it was refreshing to work with a company that cared about finished product & not just taking the money and run.

We certainly recommend Bobcat and will use them for future patio project.

After receiving other design and price quotes it was clear Bobcat was the top. Our experience kept getting better with each stage of our construction. We are ecstatic about how our structure has turned out and did recommend Bobcat Custom Outdoors to all our neighbors in Parker Lake Estates.

Bobcat Construction installed a covered patio and built in grille complex for us in the summer of 2022. Their work was excellent. They had several crews working on various aspects of the project and all were excellent and very professional in their work. We were very pleased in their work and highly recommend them.

Jimmy and the team did an excellent job. He was very attentive to our needs and responsive during the construction process. Little issues always come up during a construction project and Jimmy was great at addressing those issues quickly. We are excited to enjoy our new outdoor patio cover.

Bobcat Custom Outdoors extended our patio with stamp & stain and also installed an arbor with supporting electrical for TV, fans etc.. We are very satisfied with the quality of the work and timeliness of delivery. The price for the work was competitive, I received 4 bids, and the price plus references made Bobcat the right choice for us. To which I was very happy that the estimate was firm and there was never an increase in cost to the original requirements .

I should also call out that I made an ask midway to get the project to a point where we could have friends over for the super bowl. Jimmy re-prioritized the teams and made it happen at no additional cost.

Jimmy was prepared for our first meeting, punctual, and practical on what could be done to expand our outdoor patio while working to preserve the architectural feel of our house. He provided very quick sketches and pricing and the construction was high quality and without interruption. He followed up regularly to make sure the end product matched our expectations, and was always available during and after completion. Jimmy is a professional who I fully trust to stand behind his craftsmanship. I'd highly recommend him to friends.

We had our large concrete patio resurfaced. Great experience with Bobcat from the initial consult to the final quality check after the job was done. Everything was explained to us thoroughly with all of our questions. It was such an easy process. The whole family loves how it turned out. Can’t wait for our next outdoor project with Bobcat Custom Outdoors!

Absolutely give Bobcat Custom Outdoors 5 stars. We had our patio extended and stained and Jimmy, the owner, is very responsive and detailed and his crew did an amazing job. Look no further for your backyard renovation needs. You won’t be disappointed!

The experience was so smooth and without any hiccups. Jimmy the owner really listen to my wants and delivered beyond my expectations. We are very pleased with our 29x14 arbor with surround sounds, fans, and lights. If you want a job done right Bobcat Custom Outdoors would be my first pick. I am having more done next summer and I want it done right the first time, so I will be calling Bobcat back to my home.

We decided to build a beautiful outdoor patio and chose Bobcat Custom Outdoors to design and bring it to life. We met with Jimmy and came up with a plan, and stuck to the plan except for maybe a couple of days due to weather. The plans came to life in a beautiful way with all the craftmanship we love! Jimmy was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had and he was very upfront when managing our expectations throughout the process. Great crews! We would highly recommend Bobcat Custom Outdoors to you. Very professional and friendly, but most importantly, did what they said they would do! They built us a beautiful patio that we will make years of memories beneath!

My experience with Bobcat Custom Outdoors was amazing. The communication between Jimmy and the team was exceptional from the beginning to the completion of the project. There was not a time that my wife and I were not aware of anything that they were working on and they hit their timeline perfectly. In this line of business communication is key and they are exceptional.
I would recommend them to anybody.
As well to follow up their work was perfect as you can tell that each employee is a perfectionist and the quality of their craftsmanship is exceptional. Highly Recommended!

I had Bobcat renovate my interior fireplace changing it from wood to stone. The new fireplace looks great, exceeding my expectations. The work crew did a great job and was very respectful of my home. Jimmy has put together a great team. I highly recommend them. They also put up a new fence after spring storms blew down fence. Great looking fence at good price.

From the start Jimmy was great! He returned my call quickly and we set up a time to meet for an estimate. He was the third contractor/builder that I recieved a quote from and by far his price was the best. His crew of men were very professional and they cleaned up after themselves. They finished my project quickly and I'm very satisfied with my outdoor space. I would recommend Jimmy and his crew to anyone. Keep up the good work Bobcat Custom Outdoors.

Bobcat helped us design and build quite a large, custom patio for our backyard that fit our very specific needs and preferences. Jimmy was outstanding throughout the whole process. He was patient and responsive with any questions. He gave recommendations where we were unsure of what choices to make and gave us plenty of options. His workers were all very polite, friendly and conscientious about doing a great job. He was also very reassuring and accommodating with any issues or changes that we wanted to make. The end result was beautiful. We are very happy with our patio and all our friends and neighbors have been extremely complimentary of how it turned out. And all this came in at a price that was very competitive. Would highly recommend to anyone!

We worked with jimmy to craft a custom gate solution for our backyard. He offered options and his crew was friendly and finished on time. I highly reccomend bobcat.
