Constraction reviews in Allen, Texas

After getting several quotes for a roofing job I needed done, I decided to give Subcontractors Direct a try. I haven’t seen any reviews or anything much about it, and found out they just launched. This is an amazing company! It’s like the Uber of construction! I had 4 different subcontracts offer me quotes which were 1/2 what the other companies were charging. They’ve got a customer for life! To the owners - seriously thank you - this is a brilliant concept and I wish y’all the best!

Recently had my stairway painted, and am extremely happy with the results! I hired Subcontractors Direct after getting several quotes for my project. I figured I would just do it myself, but then found them and they were way cheaper than what I was quoted by companies.

I had damage to my roof after a storm, after getting a few quotes, I found Subcontractors Direct. It literally is what they say they are - direct to the person doing the work. I love that I was able to get someone who has undergone a background check and is insured. I was given a list of 3 subcontractors who work in roofing. I chose Dan and his quote was for labor and materials. The quote was 1/2 the price the companies were going to charge. The work was done neatly and he had great communication. HIGHLY recommend. Thanks Dan!

Have worked with them for years and they are great people. Very fair and reasonable! You really can't ask for more in a contractor!

We were subcontracted for water damage remediation service. It was amazing how professional the Team at Criterion Contractors is, at the same time they are very nice people. Thank you Aaron and Mrs Nelson for having an opportunity of working with you.

Criterion performed a 1 million dollar courtroom remodel for Collin County and were one of the best contractors we've worked with. Field supervision, adherence to schedule and attention to detail and quality were some of the things that stood out the most. I'd be happy to work with them again.

Ace Quality Fencing has worked with Criterion as a sub-contractor for at least 10 years. They do quality work in a timely manner and make a great effort to make sure their customer is getting exactly what they are paying for. The owner and the supervisors at the job sites are easy to work with, very knowledgeable and keep things moving in an efficient manner.

ll the contractors involved in this large project, Criterion stands out as the best at completing tasks on time and efficiently. They overcame both technical issues and city red tape with ease. Throughout the process, Criterion provided me with support and confidence. They also helped me understand the difference between what was truly necessary and what was simply on my wish list, which often came from various sources (almost 70% less cost than others).

We had a rundown commercial space in downtown Lewisville. We hired Mike and the crew to totally remodel inside and outside and bring everything up to code. Now, the space is updated and we have a tenant. Thanks to the whole team at Criterion Contractors. We highly recommend them for your project.

Critterion Contractors is the most professional GC I have ever worked with. They completed a very complex renovation on our shopping center and they delivered on time and within budget. Beyond their construction skill and expertise, they truly stood out as a caring, reliable and friendly team. Critterion always goes the extra mile, building long lasting relationships that go above and beyond their duties. We are on to the second project and could not be happier with this company.

Excellent work, fast responses and timely billing.

Prompt service. Replaced my water heater with a tankless.

Broad range of knowledge and required licenses
Maintained good contact regarding scheduling

Jeremiah and team were amazing. Knocked out a mold test and informed me on the process.

JD Venture Builds installed a chairlift to the second floor and a roll-in shower in the master bedroom. Their work has greatly improved accessibility in my home, and I’m very pleased with the results. They’ve also completed electrical projects that improved the lighting both inside and outside of my home.

This organization did a fantastic job on my mothers roof in Duncanville TX. The last roofers did not remove old worn out weathered felt which was three layers, just slopping work in my opion. ARK Construction used high quality materials, top quality felt because I was there to watch, cleaned up all nails and debris, did not cut any corners and went above and beyond my customer service expectations. Worked with my insurance company as well. IF your looking for a Roofer put ARK on your short list.

ARK Construction Group is amazing! The whole process is stress free, efficient, and professional. Home improvement work on our home was completed quickly and on time with results that exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this company and will always contact them for any future projects

Always delivers what is promised with integrity.

KC and his team are responsive, timely, and do great work!

The owner takes a lot of pride in his work. He is honest, works hard, and true to his word. I would trust him with any job.

Excellent consultation and service. They get the job done, period! They came in fixed some electrical and HVAC issues very promptly!!
