Constraction reviews in Allen, Texas

Ark construction did a fantastic job remodeling the whole apartment from pop corn ceilings, kitchen, bathrooms and floors. They have the expertise and people to do the job right and on time.

These guys know what they are doing, excellent workmanship but more importantly communication throughout the project was amazing. Will be using them again.
Thank you KC for taking care of all the issues with the city our other contractor had created.

We had them come out to the office and replace our floors. His guys did a great job. They were able to finish the job without interfering with office hours and even worked through the weekend. Plus our new floors look amazing! Thanks for taking care of us!

If you want daily updates with images and inspection passed the first time, this is the company you want to build your next project! Full build out in less than three months.

ARK and team were great to work with! I first tried them out for a small residential project on my home, which led to a few larger projects and 1 commercial project. Great customer service and gets the job done efficiently. Wouldn't trust any other team! Thanks K.C.!

A company I trust for high quality delivery of work. KC is a straight shooter with no fluff. His team is of professional who can deliver quality workmanship. At the end of the day I feel KC takes his responsibility seriously to ensure quality work.

Had KC out to inspect the roofs on my buildings. He flew a drone to inspect them and then showed me pictures of what was needed to be done. Contracted him to do what was needed and throughout the entire process he showed up every day with his crews and again flew the drone showing me the work being done. By far the best company i have had out to work on my commercial buildings.

Ark Construction group replaced my roof due to hail damage from previous rain storms. KC was very knowledgeable about how and what needed to be done. I am very pleased with the job that was performed. If I needed other assistance KC would be my first call.

KC is great to work with, he is not just passionate, but he is knowledgeable and genuine. He helped us in plumbing, mold and reconstruction, he also did follow up on the progress, gave me a good perspective on the issue. I recommend him and will contact him for any of my future needs.

KC was simply outstanding. His customer service skills are unmatched. His word is gold. His promises are kept. His energy and knowledge are top rated. His crew is incridible. They are professional, prompt, and polite.

confident it who i was working with. His attention to detail let me know i had made a great choice for my home improvement projects. I look forward to working with KC in the future.

As a commercial property owner, KC of ARK Construction provided high quality work and advice through each phase of the project. Hard to find honest contractors these days and KC is one of the few who is honest and wants the best for the customer. Will use again and definitely recommend to others.

Amazing is just the beginning!
I found KC through a Google search while helping a client look for a reliable General Contractor. I’m a real estate agent in the DFW area, and from our very first consultation, KC and his team exceeded expectations.

The communication was clear and consistent from day one. KC took the time to speak directly with my client, walk through the vision, and lay out a step-by-step plan. He promised the project would be completed by early April—and it was done before that, wrapping up by the end of March!

His crew was incredibly knowledgeable in every area of the project—from foundation work to a full backyard remodel, plumbing, painting, and more.

If you’re looking for a General Contractor who will take the reins, stay on budget, and deliver quality work on time, KC is your guy. I truly can’t say enough about how smooth and professional the entire experience was—from start to finish! Patricia Young

KC is by far the most knowledgeable, communicative, and overall most outstanding contractor I’ve ever met. He knew the most efficient fix for each and every problem in my house and worked tirelessly to get it ready to sell. Communication was consistent and open, and he made the process immensely less stressful. I’d go to KC first for ANY advice on ANY property or work needed!

In all my 20+ years in the real estate industry, I have never worked with a general contractor as committed, professional, communicative, knowledgeable, and personable as KC. The level of integrity was high and scale of knowledge is unmatched. It was a pleasure to work with KC and his team and I would recommend him anytime. ARK Construction Group is definitely who you want to call for your next project.

We value K.C. as a trusted advisor and have relied on his experience and knowledge throughout the rebuild process. Communication with K.C. is excellent! He is a great listener and is quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We enthusiastically recommend K.C. and the ARK Construction Group LLC for any home renovation projects you may have.

I work in commercial property management and development. I have worked with ARK construction on several projects and KC has delivered quality work each and every time. He is knowledgeable in every aspect of the job from city permits, fire safety, plumbing, equipment, city compliance and more. He is a one stop shop which makes life easier in not having to find several vendors. KC gives details and updated reports without ask and goes above and beyond the scope of work. I would continue to use their service on time sensitive projects and would highly recommend to future tenants for build outs and development.

Omar was an excellent resource, extremely helpful and professional. He worked with my insurance company to get the work completed. His team did a wonderful job on roof, gutters, fence and window screens. Highly recommend for any house exterior needs. Neighbors have commented on the outstanding results.

We had our roof replaced by Cardinal Roofing. Omar and his team were honest, reliable, and very helpful. They even went above and beyond by installing new gutters all around our house, instead of just replacing the few we previously had. They also fixed some rotting wood around the back door frame. Even after the job was done, Omar was immediately responsive when we had an issue that needed his attention. Overall, I would highly recommend Cardinal Roofing to anyone. They are a class act.

Omar and his crew are amazing. They were so easy to work with and helped me every step of the way. Omar took the time to explain everything to me so that I understood all the pricing and fees. My roof is beautiful! They also came by 3 times after to assure no materials or nails were left behind.

Thanks so much!!!
