We used "I Am Here LLC" to fix our lawn sprinkler system. We contacted 2 other lawn companies and they wanted to charge between $95 and $145 an hour just to show up to give an estimate. I AM HERE showed up and spent approx 2 hours investigating the problem before giving us a free estimate. After accepting the estimate, they came to fix the problem at a time convenient for us. Work was completed as promised and quality maintained throughout.

About a week after fixing the sprinkler, a faulty valve they installed broke and flooded our lawn. I AM HERE came within a couple of hours of being notified on a Sunday and spent 5 hours fixing the problem free of charge.

On Saturday 1/20/24 I contacted I AM HERE heating and air conditioning do to my heater had stopped working. It was a cold Saturday day and I couldn’t find any company to come fix my heater. I AM HERE came to my house and informed me my 20 year unit is beyond repair and I need a new one. meanwhile I had to wait a few days without any heat. The Gentleman purchased 2 portable heaters for me and didn’t charge me for them. As a 81 year old lady that meant a lot to me. I was given a senior citizen discount for my new unit. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND the HVAC company 'I Am Here LLC' owned by Saeed Raeeszadeh. We were very pleased with Saeed's professionalism, knowlege, work ethic, and pricing.
Our A/C stopped working during the hottest part of the summer. We called 'I Am Here' and Saeed came out the same day to assess the problem and provided an estimate. Two days later, he and his crew showed up promptly at 7:00 a.m. as promised and worked over 8 hours nonstop. They replaced the entire HVAC system and cleaned up after the job was completed. Saeed followed up later in the evening and the next day to make sure everything was working properly.

Had late night failure (1 am!) and when I called I was greeted by a very nice woman who was very accommodating and understanding. Took my information and had me scheduled for the next day. They were out less than 12 hours later and had my issue diagnosed within 15 minutes. Presented 3 different repair options with absolutely no pressure to do either one of the three, only a recommendation based on current circumstance. Had me fixed and up and running within an hour. You can’t beat it and cost was inline with expectations. For reference, I had called another 24/7 vendor before them and they wouldn’t even put me on the schedule for 4 to 5 days with no guarantee of being there at a specific time or day. With that, they didn’t really care that my unit was down and was met with general indifference. I will be called I AM HERE for all my AC and heating needs and you should do the same! You will not regret it

These guys really know they're stuff. They were able to get a tech out immediately to take a look at our system, pricing was extremely competitive and easy on the wallet. All of my questions were answered and they ensured that my system was back up and running again. We have a fairly large yard with two sprinkler systems. I called and spoke to Sam over the phone and explained what was happening and were very sure there was a leak in our system. He came out that same day and was able to diagnosed the problem as electrical and repaired it within a very short time. He was very professional and informed me of the service needed and was very honest in regards to the necessary and unnecessary services needed. will definitely recommend them to family and friend. Fantastic service. Professional, friendly, on-time. Saeed did a thorough job. It took him almost 2.5 hours to thoroughly check our wiring and ducts, and he explained everything to us about how our HVAC works and how to properly operate our new thermostats. He was even kind enough to bring a tall ladder and change a light bulb for us. His experience and his technical knowledge left us feeling reassured that we are in the right hands as far as any of our HVAC needs. UPDATE:
Sadly, I can no longer recommend this company. Yes they are friendly and respectful, but do not stand by their work. We had them install tile in our upstairs bathroom and within two weeks a tile came loose. They Kindly came back out and fixed the tile; so far so good. Within a couple of months of the job being completed another tile came loose. When I contacted them again they said that it would cost an additional $150 to repair and that they only support their installation for up to two weeks. I then contacted a professional tile company and after an inspection they let me know that the thin set used was incorrect. It is important to note that the materials used for this job were hand selected by I Am Here. This was clearly an error during installation and possibly an honest mistake. But to only guarantee your installation for two weeks is not professional. I am very saddened to need to update this review as the owners of I Am Here are very kind people, but for this particular job their work was not reliable and I left needing to pay additional money to repair a faulty install.

UPDATE #2:
We had I AM HERE tile our upstairs bathroom and downstairs half bath at the same time. The multiple issues we have had with our upstairs bathroom is documented above; we are continuing to experience problem tiles that will need to be replaced and require continued additional cost. This update is to cover the downstairs half bath. The tile in this room was also not installed properly and the floor was also not properly leveled prior to the tile install. I had to tear out all the tile that was installed and remove the vanity, toilet and baseboards that I installed once the original tile job was done. I have spent an additional $500 in material and labor to have a professional tile company come in properly install the tile. A red flag should have been raised when we saw how poor the grout was done. Again, our experience in dealing with I AM HERE was very positive, but they misrepresented themselves and their ability when they assured us they could install floor tile when they clearly did not have the experience and know how.

We had a great experience with I Am Here! They installed a Nest doorbell and two thermostats for us. The price was competitive, and they did a great job not only putting everything in, but helping us sync everything up with the app and showing us how to use it all. They were efficient, friendly, and competent, and we will definitely use them again for future projects!

Just had I Am Here LLC install a complete new system along with replacing all the duct work and their price was much better than two other companies with the same specification. They were very reasonable, clean work, great attitude, open and honest people. they even fixed my irrigation leak and plumbing problems that I had. The owner is very knowledgeable regarding electric issues. Always smiling. I am happy to be their reference such an honest, hardworking people you always want. you will not be disappointed.
