Gene Kush arrived on time, answered any and all questions, was not pushing to make more money and in fact did some repairs that were not know about before finishing the repairs. Many suggestions based on what I wanted in a final repair. Repairs performed for future repairs to correct issues. Was the best cost of repairs needed by anyone else that was willing to give a quote over the phone. Quote given was honored. Entire team Brandon, Raul and Jimmy were all professional and were willing to give honest information to lead to a long standing business relationship. I have used Gene Kush of Koldaire for years to service my Home Heating and Air Conditioning System. Gene was very honest when he told me I should replace my Air Conditioning System. I didn't have the money to replace the full system at the time, I merely had Gene put a band aid on the system for the season. Once I finally replaced the system My August Utility bill went from $325 down to $175. I save right at $900 per year with my new A/C system vs my old system and another $300 to $450 (Depending on the severity of the Winter). Gene Told me that would be the case. Gene has always given me good advice on my A/C / Heating System, he has been Responsive and Timely for each and every service call he has made for me as well. Koldaire and Gene are my Go To AC Repair Team.

Fantastic experience having gone through getting my AC unit replaced. Gene is extremely thorough and scientific in troubleshooting and getting to the root cause. Found them to be competent, competitively priced, prompt, reliable, and professional! No surprises whatsoever!

Gene is amazing. He came highly recommended by contractors I trusted. My parent’s a/c went out completely in the middle of a Texas heatwave.

What’s worse is my parents had already had someone to look at the problem - someone they found off a mailbox flier - and they had received an insane quote for a/c replacement from that company - I mean, like, the quote was along the lines of the cost of small car - and I knew that wasn’t right.

So I called around and found Gene. He went out to rescue my parents from the heat the same day I called him. Like, within hours. He gave them a super reasonable price, like a tenth of what they had been quoted before.

Not only that, but my parents couldn’t stop talking about how much they liked him. How great Gene was. I can see why he came so highly recommended. He was incredibly prompt, reliable, and honest.

Gene didn’t try to take advantage of my parents like others had tried to do - but rather - he saved my parents from the heat of a Texas summer when they had no working a/c.

He came through for me in a crisis, same day, worked miracles, and saved us thousands. He saved the day.

Where do I start abt this company ? My A/C went out and I called this company for a service call. They told me its a 99$ upfront to get their technician to come and diagnose the issue. I paid them upfront using my CC and their guy came in next day. He didnt even spend 5 mins. The weather was so hot and he saw that I lived with little kids and he knew the demand. he told me that he needs to load freon, clean up ducts and went on an on. I told him clearly that a full service where a new condensor coil, freon and everything was done just 8 months ago and it is basically something simple like a capacitor thats gone out. He told me that he will need to charge another 99$ if he has to look at the outdoor unit. At this point, I called the company with his technician around and I was told that the extra charges need to be paid to look at the outdoor unit. Extremely frustrated with their attitude I had to tell them to leave and called another company. Their technician showed up the same afternoon and they diagnosed the issue to be a simple wiring issue and my A/C is back in business again. Anyone using this company risk being ripped off and they will gladly take advantage of your situation.

We had an issue on Sunday where our A/C stopped blowing cold air. We quickly scheduled an appointment for Monday Even though we had an appointment at 1PM, Brandon confirmed if he could come early.

Brandon was professional, knowledgable and just pleasant to speak with overall. He fixed our unit quickly and got us on our way in about 25 mins.

I won’t use anyone else for my AC and heating needs. They are honest and hard working. I first used them after I hired another company to install new duct work for me. Afterwards, there was a really annoying whistling sound and turns out the other company didn’t make the return large enough. JARIC fixed this and returned my peace and quiet. 😝. Best money I ever spent. I’ve been using them ever since for my semi-annual clean and inspection. Quality work and trustworthy. Also, I’m a complete beat freak and their guys put on the little booties inside which is a nice extra for me because I appreciate that!

I highly recommend Jaric A/C as extremely trustworthy company to maintain your HVAC unit. I had to replace my heat pump system within the past year..Jaric's repair team was very helpful on tending to a system that had to be replaced. I recently had scheduled maintenance performed. The repairman,Aleksei, arrived on time. He inspected the system, attended to any needed updates replaced the filter and reviewed with me the work he performed and the current condition of my system. Service was excellent!! Additionally Jaric's front office staff...whom I called to arrange the maintenance visit was also extremely helpful on scheduling the appointment and also checking that Aleksei could have access to the system in terms of palsy pets, gated entries,etc.

We love JARIC! Brandon has come out to our house twice this summer and he was super nice and very efficient both times. He goes out of his way to research what’s going on with our system. This morning he changed our fan motor in just 2 hours. Wow!

We've been using Jaric since since 1976. It is a family owned busy that has been extremely helpful. We've started out with who is now the grandfather, then worked with his son and now his grandson. They have always been knowledgeable, courteous and helpful in all our dealings with them.
