I am always on the lookout for honest contractors, because I have a rental home in Dallas, but I'm not able to be in Dallas most of the time. I much prefer personal referrals. A realtor friend highly recommended JARIC for anything HVAC, adding that her real estate colleagues also consider JARIC #1! I could not be more pleased and decided to purchase their maintenance plan which includes a tuneup every fall and spring, for a reduced rate, as well as other perks. I've always talked to one of the owners, named Brandon, and he is easy to communicate with, as well as very attentive to any questions or needs. A tech named Aleksei came and performed the fall tuneup. He was prompt and efficient. Honesty and good communication are the most important traits, and they have these down! Also, their prices are quite reasonable. I'm very happy that I found this company!

Jaric A/C was fantastic! They gave a prompt response to my inquiry and they scheduled me in quickly. The next day Aleksie showed up on the early side of a two hour window, and he took care of the issue I called about, plus explained it so I could understand.
THEN I placed a call after hours later that evening and left a message with a question about another aspect of our a/c system, and Jimmy, the owner, called me back right away and scheduled Aleksie to come out the next day to check out my question and all was taken care of!

Fast service, quality service and over and above service! After about 15 years dealing with a big warranty company, I forgot what fast and effective service was like. I think found a winner!

This family owned business sets the bar high. Large franchise companies should model themselves after them. The communication from the office and from the field staff was timely and a very pleasant surprise. The appointments were conveniently scheduled. During the diagnosis appointment Jim, the owner, was very thorough in his explanation and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions thoroughly and in great detail. There were no surprises, add-on sales attempts or hidden charges during the new AC condenser and evaporator coil replacement. The AC has been working great. They will be my first call come time to work on, service and or replace my other AC/Heating units. Thank you JARIC AC and Heating Co!

I almost don't even know where to start. We have a home warranty company (American Home Shield) that's done okay by us overall, but they eventually refused to service our R22-based system and steered us to a new system with their preferred company. I won't mention them by name, but the "extra" charges they proposed were ridiculous, so I started searching for another company - that led me to JARIC.

Brandon came out and gave us his take on our system. It definitely needed to be replaced, but for only the cost of the service fee, he patched a leak for us, which gave us a few more weeks to help us make up our mind. Ultimately, we decided to replace the system with JARIC, not our home warranty company. One of the best decisions I've made as a homeowner!

Brandon provided us with several options, cheapest (good) to most expensive (best). At no point were we pressured one way or another, and he made it clear that even the cheapest option would be a significant upgrade for us. I went for the next tier up since it wasn't much more expensive.

On the install day, it took them roughly four hours to remove the old system and install the new. We've had so much trouble with our old system that's we're still giddy about this install.

As far as pricing goes, JARIC isn't the cheapest, but they're not the most expensive either. But you're also paying maybe a bit more than some for superior service. Home warranty companies usually pick from the bottom of the barrel (not always, but more often than not), and I got tired of subpar service. With JARIC, they're on top of it when you need them. I doubt I'll need it, but Brandon gave me his cell phone number to call if we ever had any issues. They also worked with us on financing, which we got at a fair rate.

We have two systems. Our other one likely has quite a few years left on it, but when it's time to make that call, JARIC has our business. I just can't recommend them more highly.

We've had both of our HVAC systems replaced by JARIC and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Jim and Brandon are true professionals—punctual, skilled, and clearly take pride in their work. It's always a pleasure working with them. A top-notch company all around!

Brien supervised the install of my new system 2 years ago, and was the tech JARIC sent to do my yearly preventative AC maintenance this year. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. Living in Texas it's very nice to have a HVAC company you can rely on. I do recommend their yearly service agreement as the pricing makes it a no-brainer for year-round support.

Heating system check for the winter. Pay $220 yearly contract for 2 maint visits. Very professional and courteous and have provide great service since unit installed 2021

Our AC stopped working last evening and got a referral from our nextdoor neighbor. Contacted JARIC and they came promptly at 8 am the next morning and found and fixed the problem. I was totally surprised at the promptness and efficiency of the Jim, technician. He actually explained and showed us the problem. They definitely will be our go to AC company going forward. Very reasonably priced also.

Brien is a pro! He asks the right questions and listens attentively. It has been my experience that JARIC hires the best and Brien is an example of such policies.

After a different company/person failed to fix my AC, Brandon came the next day and fixed it in under an hour! He seemed very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I would definitely reach out to Jaric again if I need repairs in the future.

I was very impressed with how polite and Helpful that Brien was. He explained all of the maintenance that he was going to do, and even helped me put a few things in the attic so I wouldn’t have to do it.

Jaric’s technician are very professional and accurate. They came in on time and ran a diagnostic procedure. They pinned point the issue right away. We were thinking that we might need to spend more than 10 thousands to replace entire system. It tuned out only half hour minimum repair. We are very happy about their work. We will definitely use their services in future.
