This is by far the best experience we've had with a HVAC company. We had some issues with the Heating. We got a couple of other firms to run diagnostics and quote for the repair before we called JARIC. Both other firms didn't diagnose the issue correctly and recommended replacing the Gas Valve. While ARS /Rescue rooter quoted $1600, another firm gave a quote for $850. Then Jim from JARIC showed up. He inspected the unit and found that it was not the gas valve but the control board that was faulty. He explained everything in detail and was able to fix the issue for less than $400.
The team at JARIC came across as very professional right from the outset. Natalie, their customer service rep, was very clear in setting expectations and was able to get us on the schedule quickly. Jim is an incredible tech/man with a work ethic second to none. And unlike many companies that offer a discount for a Google review, there was no such request/ask.
Highly recommend their service to anyone having HVAC issues!

A Christian HVAC is amazing! I had been having problems with my AC for 2+ years-another company tried to fix it several times but the issue was never fixed. I called A Christian HVAC and they came out the next day-checked on it and tried one thing to see if it would take care of the AC, it worked for about 2 hours, I called them back to let them know it went out again. I was ready to throw in the towel and see about getting a new AC system. Robbie asked me to take a photo of the model and serial number and send to him and he would do some research on the part we thought I needed. Well he found the part, ordered it, came out and installed the part and my air is working great! Robbie worked so hard at making sure things got taken care of the right way. I cannot recommend this company enough-they were totally amazing, kind, considerate, and really cared about their work and customer service. If you need AC service call them they are GREAT!

A technician came in with what looked like basic residential cleaning equipment and charged $150 for one unit. After a brief inspection of my AC unit and air ducts, I was told I needed a “deep cleaning” for an additional $1,400. I had already spent $320 at that point.

They were using regular household vacuums you can buy at Walmart — not professional HVAC equipment — and I saw no visible results after the service. The pricing felt excessive, the equipment was questionable, and the whole experience seemed misleading. Overall, it felt like a scam.

I was referred to United Home Services for fireplace restoration and couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Michael walked me through what needed to be fixed and what was still in decent shape⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
