Jaric AC and Heating is an excellent company! From Natalie who handled my call for service to Aleksei who responded to my call, they were friendly and professional. They made me feel like family. Highly recommend Jaric for service. Would rate them a 6 if it was available!

Tech was extremely professionally as well as nice, which is always a great combo. Was very good at communication in regard to everything. This company has always been great. The techs name was Brien I believe.

I have been using JARIC AC and Heating for 13+ years. If you want excellent customer service, this is the company to go with. I dealt with Jimmy’s father before he retired and now Jimmy is my go to. I get a service twice a year and have had both AC units replaced by JARIC. If you want honest and reliable HVAC servicing, you won’t be disappointed. This family owned business is top notch. You won’t be disappointed choosing them.

Can't recommend Jaric enough, from the service techs to install team, they've been professional and quick with each visit. They take the time to work on my older systems (25+ yrs), and when it was time to replace one, Jim the owner was very professional and responsive when I was seeking the best value. Each time I've called, they have been able to get someone onsite within 48 hours, even in the heat of Texas summer to get my units up and running.

Best service I have ever had for my air conditioner Brandon found the problem in 5 minutes just can’t say enough about how informative Brandon was!!! The other company I had out never found the problem or just didn’t care. If you need your air fixed call this company you will be happy you did.

Alexi showed up on time, took sufficient time to understand my AC-related questions and pre-winter checked my heater. I’m a long-term JARIC customer so I’m used to great service and Alexi continued the tradition.

We switched AC companies because our previous one was just not responsive and didn't seem to value us as a customer. The neighborhood web page recommended JARIC so we called. They promptly returned our call and Brandon came by to fix an issue with our 9-yr old system. Brandon took the time to talk through everything, and provide possible options and next steps. I asked about replacement options, and while there was no sales push I feel I got an honest opinion. Brandon followed up with a detailed email later that evening which included different setup and quote options for future consideration. He even shared his personal # in case we had questions and said to call anytime.

As luck would have it, the outside heat pump failed two months later (no fault of JARIC - just the system being almost 10 yrs old). I was able to promptly get a hold of them and Brandon quickly fixed it again. Due to its age, I decided to replace the entire system (no sales pressure, our own choice) with a new inside and outside unit. The JARIC team showed up on time and did a great job. It cools great and we have nice new thermostats with geofencing and wi-fi.

Throughout all of the three visits we've had, they have been great. Very responsive, clear explanations, and not rushing to get out of the door again. The work has been done very well and they are great at communication and following through on promises. Thanks Brandon and team.

Brien arrived promptly and was very professional throughout the visit. He changed the filter, serviced the AC and unclogged the drip pan. Everything is working great! Highly recommend!

If you think a hvac call will be expensive, think about this. After Brandon’s service call about our AC not cooling enough, our daily electricity usage dropped 66%! We’ll make up the cost in just a couple of months. He was Knowledgeable, prompt, thorough. Best experience with a hvac tradesperson I’ve ever had.

Will only use this company for here on out..
I called another company before them...a "reputable company" some would say.. they told me the motor needed to be ordered and didnt know an ETA and would call when they did. That was yesterday morning.
Today.. I Called Jaric at 1150am. They were on the front porch by 1220. Their tech looked it over and found the motor at the hardware store. Went to pick it up, installed it and made sure everything was working before he left. It didnt even take him 2 hours.
We have a brand new 5 day old baby and I voiced that to both companies and Jaric heard me and did whatever they could to get the system working.
Will never forget the kindness.
