I AM HERE is the BEST HVAC Company I have ever EVER dealt with!!! Our heater was out during the cold snap we had... he was at our house within an hour, diagnosed the problem quickly and went and bought the parts he needed that day... he was done in just a couple of hours. Even fixed the wiring errors that another HVAC company did when I called them out (had to wait a couple of days for them to come out) and wanted to charge us 1000s of dollars! I AM HERE was A LOT less less and we did not have to wait. I will no longer use any other company other than I AM HERE. VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!

Saeed came at our house 45 min after the first call for evaluation then he gave us the quote same night and his team were at our house doing the work the next day in the morning. They were very professional and did a great job and explained all technical aspect of their work. We were extremely happy and impressed by their work.

Their customer service after the job is also fantastic. Once we had a issue with our electric breaker which caused issue with continuous heat pumping during a very cold Sunday night. I called saeed and he came to our house 45 minutes after the call around 11 pm on Sunday night and fixed our breaker free of charge so that heat can bag up quickly even though this issue was not even related to the AC unit and their previous work.

We have had issues with all of our units and needed to be changed. We contacted several companies and came down to 3 and finally chose Mr. Saeed, “Iam here “ company. Mr. Saeed explained to us what he is going to do and why, the cost, the start to finish and the day they were suppose to start the car marked “ I am here” was by our house and the work started on time and finished on time. He then checked on us to make sure everything is ok which was. We are happy for our decision that we made and I highly recommend the company and hope you all need be happy with your decision.
