We had FIXMEN come out to fix our freezer side of our built-in 42” refrigerator. They came out, said they’d order a part for the freezer, and they broke the refrigerator!!! They claimed they are ordering/waiting for a part to fix our refrigerator that they broke! They repeatedly lied and said they are still waiting on the part for the past 4 months! They broke our $10,000 refrigerator and are now not responding and we have been without a refrigerator for 4 months!!!! DONT BE A VICTIM of these incompetent criminals!

Aleksey is very knowledgeable. He was able to finally fix our refrigerator that 3 other servicemen had given up on. We highly recommend him!

Fixman came out and fixed my Bosch dishwasher. He patiently traced down the unusual problem (a piece of plastic debris in the hose caused intermittent failure to drain). He was pleasant, polite and on time. I will definitely use him again.

My old thermostat short circuited, and these fellas came by and swapped it out for a brand new one. They also rewired some faulty wiring from the previous home owner that caused the fault. Thanks a bunch!

FIXMen worked on our washer and had to recommend replacement. They could have charged us $$$ to repair it, knowing it wouldn't last. I so appreciate their knowledge and integrity and have already contacted them again about our ice maker!

Good communication and they are flexible with time. My washer started leaking and my home warranty sent me FIXMen. The came and diagnosed my leak. Was the rubber gasket on the front of the washer. They communicated that to my home warranty and got the fix approved. I now don’t have a leaky washer anymore. Thanks guys. I will reach out to these guys in the future.

These two gentlemen were Lifesavers! Each and every time they went the extra mile to ensure that they were giving me the best possible service. They are so trustworthy and honest. They also worked around my schedule and didn’t Hesitate or charge me extra to come out on a Saturday. I recommend them extremely highly and passed out their cards to all of my work Associates and friends. They are also permanently in my phone! They really took care of me and were Very respectful.
