Had a breaker issue (not part of the new A/C unit installed be JRV). They sent out service team same day. We had a temporary solution in the meantime, but are grateful for the quick service! Appreciate you guys taking care of us even though we are out of labor warrantee!

JRV is taking care our sonic store #4418 the back RTU unit was down in this hot weather and the store was very hot; Anastacio the technician was working hard on our back RTU to making work and he fixed; we so thankful for the service and now we got back our back RTU unit. JRV also taking care our refrigeration units and this company does a very good job; Anastacio is very friendly and polite and he is also very honest about what really needs to be replaced in each unit he works on. We highly recommended JRV heating and cooling company they do a 5 start job.

I do not have enough good things to say about this company. Raul and his team are always incredibly responsive, reliable and provide excellent service.

I live in a condo building and my aging 14 year old AC unit is located in my ceiling (yes, really). When it began to give me problems this summer I called this company based on a recommendation and I’m so glad I did. They came out immediately and Raul took the time to explain all all the different options to me and always took my calls right away when I had questions or needed service. He is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. When I decided to replace my old AC and they found me a new unit ASAP, installed it immediately after it arrived and even found me an excellent third party contractor to do the ceiling work on the same day as the AC replacement. Amazing.

Raul and his team are EXCELLENT! I know when I need something fixed for one of our restaurants they are exceptionally fast and have very good knowledgeable technicians! Nothing like needing a job done knowing you won't need to keep calling for the same job, they get it done fast and right the first time! Their office staff are amazing too! We first hired Raul V. to do a pre-purchase hvac inspection. He did a great job, was thorough, honest and ethical too, I felt like we were in great hands, wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

That said when we were looking at the prospect of two full hvac system replacements, we still shopped around anyway. We got quotes from no less than 10 different hvac companies before ultimately deciding to hire JRV again. They had one of the lowest prices, and its a small family business that stands by their work, and came back to do warranty work, like making adjustments to the airflow, and increasing the size of one return for no additional charge.

When new neighbors moved in across the alley, we didn't hesitate to recommend JRV, and they were as satisfied with JRV as we were. Our AC has been running perfectly for three years, we never worry about it not keeping up on even the hottest of days, highly recommend.

During the first Artic Blast of 2025, the heat in one unit wasn’t working properly so I called JVR for service. JVR was very busy but scheduled a service technician to come out same day. Brian was the lead technician. He was very professional and polite. He identified the problem, checked the heating system and made the repair efficiently. The team worked nicely together. Brian explained what was done to repair the problem.Very good service!

Brian responded quickly on the emergency call. He fixed our walk in cooler fast.

We have been using this company for our air conditioning and heating needs as well as for prevention maintenance for about seven years now. We’ve used them at two different homes, as well as our business in McKinney. We have found them to be responsive, easy to work with, and technically sound. I highly recommend them for your AC and heating needs.

This is the 2nd time that I have used JRV and both times they have really come through. Originally they replaced the AC units in my home, and most recently they helped replace the air ducting for the upstairs of my home. Angel came by and gave a quote and then subsequently did the work. Since we moved into our new condo in 2024, we have been using JRV Heating and Cooling. We are very pleased with their people and services. Today Angel and Antonia performed our Spring Preventive Maintenance service. They were professional , knowledgeable and patiently answered all of our questions. The same was true of previous JRV people. We find JRV to be honest, reliable and provide good value for the price.

Over the course of several weeks, JRV performed a regular check up, diagnosed an issue and repaired it under warranty, installed roof vents on my patios roof, and set up a mini split. During this time, I met many different installers and technicians, as well as Mary the dispatcher. Each and every one was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I had one minor issue, and Raul came out quickly. Turns out it wasn’t a problem after all. I could not be happier with the overall experience.
