My first experience with JRV was very positive. I had a problem with the AC at my condo which uses water source heat pump system. They were able to fit me in the very next day and the techs came as scheduled. Their communication was excellent.

The work was done expertly and neatly. The charges were reasonable. I will definitely use them in the future. Highly recommended!

JRV did a fantastic job installing my TRANE unit AC. It was a challenging install due to the location-which involved coordinating with plumbers and a general contractor to tear out a ceiling and negotiate poorly placed pipes. Raul’s team did a magnificent job. They have been servicing my AC unit for the last 10 years and I recommend them highly.

Very great experience with JRV company. I'm a manager at a Sonic Drive-In we have put in work orders with them several times and they come within an hour to fix the problem. They're very professional, I've had the pleasure to have Anastacio come he's very friendly,respectful & responsible. He gets the job done. I highly recommend the company!

Brian came to help diagnose uneven cooling in our upstairs rooms. He made some adjustments and recommended a few more possible optimizations, explaining and showing me what he found. I liked that he helped get our existing system working better instead of trying to just replace parts or an entire system.

Miguel, with JRV serviced my son’s Hvac unit today at his home. They have always done an amazing job at all of my commercial properties And now getting to experience their work for Residential is just as outstanding!

Best Heating and AC Company we have EVER used!!!

Many thanks to service techs Brian and Walter. They were methodical, meticulous, and thorough in their approach to figuring out the issue with my heater. They also took the time to clearly explain the issue once it was discovered. Just how thorough were they? After much deduction, they discovered a circuit board wire was over-heating when my heater would start, causing it to shut down. It had nothing to do with the actual A/C unit. So, yes, I was impressed. Kudos.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Brian and Diego showed up at 8 AM and didn’t take lunch until 4. They were working nonstop! Then they came back and finished their work at 7 outside with the compressor. They did probably 3 days worth of work in one day and were cheaper than the other guys. I feel like so many contractors these days just drag their feet and don’t work hard—but these guys were absolutely amazing! They were also very nice and respectful. Seriously, use them if you’re doing any AC work.

I will never call anyone else other than JRV for any HVAC related issues. They have always been quick to respond with professional and courteous service.

I called them at about 8AM and they were here by 9AM. The 2 technicians Brian and Steven quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem while keeping me informed throughout.

This was a very good experience for us, replacement of a full HVAC unit is a big expense and decision. We made a great choice using J.V.R they were very professional in the upfront estimate and gave many options for us to go with. They were able to schedule us in as we were without working A/C in a timely manner. They were on time and very mindful and cautious of our house and cleaning up after them self's. The quality of workmen ship and trim out was fantastic. They explained how everything works and how to maintain the equipment for longevity for years. We have found a HVAC company for life and wish we would have found sooner.

Bryan and Steven - Both worked on our HVAC Thermostat yesterday in Frisco, TX and did a wonderful job. Our home is 25 years old, so the original wiring needed an update for a recent install of a new AC 17 Sear Unit (8 wires were required instead of 5 wires), so they had to install new wiring from the attic down 2 stories to the family room. That was quite a feat but managed to do that with minimal repairs to our sheetrock and paint.

I wanted to keep the original thermostats which can be managed with an iPhone but turned out the wiring was not compatible.

JRV has been excellent over the 25 years we have owned this home - the service response was quick, prices were reasonable, and the caliber and quality of the service technicians was perfect.

I have known Raul (JRV Owner) for about 25 years and appreciate his leadership and customer first approach, and of course the crew who fixed our wiring problem.

We have depended on JRV over the course of 4 homes in Frisco for HVAC service/replacement the past 15 years, always reasonable and very prompt/fast to respond. Highly recommend. Pro team without the ‘big outfit’ hassle.

I am a small business owner (restaurant) and used JRV for our walk in cooler/freezer . In good faith I listened to their diagnostic and spent a lot of money to fix an issue (+3k) 5 days later, our whole system blew up. They came and said it was another issue entirely. And it’s just a coincidence. I called another company and showed this new company the invoice from JRV and they said that JRV replaced things that didn’t need to be replaced and in doing so, blew up my motor. What a scam. Do NOT give these guys your business.

Amazing experience from the beginning to the end. I had a new HVAC system installed and couldn’t be more satisfied. The techs are super professional and very trustworthy. Diego, Antonio, and Alexis were great during the install. Yes, don’t hesitate, JRV is the place. They earned a forever customer!

JRV was a lifesaver! My heater went out the day before this ice storm hit and they were able to get technicians out and unit fixed. They are always very polite and professional. I use them for all my AC/Heater maintenance and issues.

Before deciding on J.R.V. Heating & Cooling I stopped by and spoke to Raul about setting up my new AC. He answered all of my questions. I questioned him on several issues I was concerned with and he answered all questions without hesitation. They do not install anything the fast and easy way. They do it the best way, even if it takes more time.

The AC techs arrived on time, were very polite and friendly. They wasted no time getting to work. I'm a perfectionist and I must say, the work they performed was if I had done it myself. They are good.

They set up my new Goodman 3 ton HVAC with heat pump which communicates with the AHU and thermostat. My unit is the most advanced you can get and they had no issues setting it up.

I could go on for a long time about how good they are. I am very pleased with their work and HIGHLY recommend them.

I really appreciate JVR. We recently had an issue with our heater. I called Monday morning and they sent Tony out right away. When he got here, he explained everything he was doing and finished in an efficient manner. The price was reasonable. The details of the call are in the invoice so it is easy to keep track of what was done. I had used them many years ago and remembered how reasonable and fair I thought they were compared to others in the area. I’m glad they have stayed that way as the business has grown.
