Incredibly helpful. I had a drainage backup and water overflowing on to our hardwoods. I called our septic service company that we pay an annual fee to and also have a maintenance contract with. They said they couldn’t help me as it was too late in the day. It was 3:45. I searched on the internet, found Royal Flush and talked to the owner (Rudy). I told Rudy my problem. Right away he told me he only sold and installed systems, but that he would help me any way he could. Rudy spent 20 minutes on phone with me, guided me through trouble-shooting steps with the septic system , and then gave me the cell number of the owner of the septic service company he uses and told me to use use his name. That company came out immediately to address the problem. The bottom line is that Rudy of Royal Flush knew he wasn’t going to make a nickel off of me from the get-go, but spent time helping me anyway. That’s old school and good business. If I ever buy another system, it will be from Rudy.

Awesome!! Simply awesome!! Saturday at 4PM after heavy rains - and I've a dead septic system. Rudy was great in guiding me on troubleshooting and understanding the system - and then arranging a visit by his repair expert. Highly recommend this company - they are there for you!

A complete top knoch establishment and professional to say the least this guy Rudy called me back like the old days when people called ya back and even though I didn't need his service on a job this guy took the time and told me exactly what I needed to do and how to do it totally impressive and very polite and eager to explain to me why we're doing it that way bottom line he didn't have to tell me anything but he did and was in no hurry to get me off the phone thanks buddy

Every time I called, Rudy Rivas either picked up the call immediately or called back as soon as he could. He gave me an initial price over the phone. This made sense to me. If they have installed as many as they claim, then they know the cost. Rudy said he'd give a firm estimate when he showed up on site. The on site estimate was exactly what he quoted over the phone. His price was better than others I contacted. Rudy Rivas exhibited the highest level of integrity, and was offering a quality system at a fair price.

My wife called because we need our system emptied and our lid may be cracked. Rudy was incredibly rude on the phone. I've never been so eager to give someone else my money. If they treat prospective customers like trash I wonder how they treat you after they get your money!
