It’s Friday night at 6pm and I’ve got plumbing issues affecting drainage in my sink, dishwasher and washing machine. Just what you want to deal with on a Friday night. I called Layman’s because it’s an individual with great reveiws and why not give the small business a try? William answered right away and came straight out to help me. He resolved the sink, disposal, dishwasher, washing machine and my bathtub drainage issues all in under 1.5hrs. Reasonable, friendly, sanitary and thorough! What more can you ask for!

I used Layman to replace my tankless water heater unit. He did so with honesty, integrity, and professionalism. In my opinion, he’s very fairly priced and he’s more than happy to explain all his work as he goes, which should give you confidence in his abilities. Added bonus, he’s a master plumber so you can be assured he knows what he’s doing. Would be happy to use again on future projects big or small, and would highly recommend him to others.

One of our water heaters was having internal dripping issues. We called Mr. Layman and he provided very professional and timely services for us. During the first trip, he helped us make sure that we could still have hot water from the remaining water heater during the upcoming snow days. He even called the manufacturer on our behalf so our water heater would be covered by the warranty. During the second trip, Mr. Layman and his assistant were very thorough and responsible to make sure the old water heater was taken off safely and the new water heater was installed perfectly with proper functions and no potential leaks. William Layman came to my house as promised, calling prior to arrival. He looked at the issue he was called for, with my sprinkler system. He gave me his honest opinion and what my options were. He also came inside and fixed my slow running faucets. His trip charge was very reasonable more than fair. I will definitely call him again for any plumbing issues in the future. Nice guy!!

I had a great experience with Layman Plumbing when they came to resolve my kitchen plumbing. They identified the issue with my sink pretty quickly and helped me understand the problem. I was given an honest estimate before proceeding with the repair and even told me how I can prevent further issues overtime. Highly recommend Layman Plumbing! William is responsive, polite, knowledgeable and very professional. He came to my house to look at a hot water heater that was leaking and in the process identified that I had a gas leak. He adjusted his schedule and spent the next 10 hours at my house repairing the gas leaks and the hot water heater. Thank you William!

I called William late in the day due to plumbing backing up and not draining. He and Alex came out the following morning and they diagnosed the issue very quickly. They gave me an accurate estimate of time/cost up front and fixed my main drain line that same day (involved digging 4x4x4 feet hole in front yard and replacing sections of pipe that were snapped by tree roots). They're very professional, courteous, and hard working. Everything has been working great for several months - no issues. I highly recommend them.

The first time, about a year ago, Tim and Tanner found the issue to my blockage issue. They were able to clear it and alleviated the build up. They were able to snake my cleanout drain and showed me how they could permanently update my clean out so this did not happen again. They were professional, friendly and informative.

Recently, another professional and great experience with O'Bryan Plumbing. Ryan and his team were amazing. I finally decided to permanently fix the issues from before and Ryan explained everything about what was needed and what they fixed to me. They completely removed the old cast iron, broken pipes and modernized it with pvc.

Super fast to get to the job after my call. Great options talked about and all explained. Job done smooth and complete.

After experiencing a leak seemingly connected to the dishwasher, Aaron came out and made a thorough inspection and determined the location and cause of the leak. He is extremely knowledgeable and an excellent communicator.
