Ryan and Josh were wonderful to work with! They were both friendly and professional. Ryan explained everything they would be doing to make sure I understood the job-before I agreed to move forward. I was very confident in his abilities, and had no doubt that the installation of my new water heater would go smoothly (which it did). The estimate I got was very clear, extremely competitive, and there were no surprises/hidden fees. I’m now a loyal customer who will be using O’Bryan for all of my future plumbing needs :)

We had a gas leak and Michael’s Master Plumbing (Michael’s) was on the list of plumbers that Atmos Energy had on their overall list. We contacted Michael’s and they requested a picture of the area/pipe where Atmos had noted as the source of the leak. Honestly, this is a great approach and really helped Michael’s initially assess the extent of the repair before they got on-site. Michael’s was extremely prompt and did a fantastic job in follow-up, communication and coordination with the City and Atmos. The repairs were done quickly and exceeded our expectations while enabling us to get our gas reconnected sooner than we had initially expected. Thank you to Michael and his team of professionals - we will definitely contact them for all of our plumbing needs.

If you need extremely fast, courteous and respectful plumbing, this is THE company to use. Chase and Dillon were so kind and explained what they were doing and why...so appreciated. I'm not one to do many reviews but I had to one for this company and for the fellas that helped a gal out! Highly recommend!

Great service as always. We’ve used them a few times. Michael and his team are the best! Called at 5:00 pm. Price quoted for a new water heater. They were here 8:30 the next morning! They were all a pleasure!

Was referred to us by a friend so was hoping for a good experience- We had gotten an estimate from another plumber but decided to move forward with Michael due to the recommendation. However our experience was far from great. Extremely unprofessional & disorganized.

Scheduled an estimate with Michael and the morning of the guy who showed up had no clue what he was doing or what he was looking for- wasted my time that I took off work for the estimate. On top of that- Michael refused to work with us after finding out we worked with another plumber. Red flag…. Don’t waste your time😊

I'll get right to the point... Excellent service, extremely knowledgeable, and fair on price. When I called to schedule the appointment Michael talked to me personally and knew right away what the problem was. I scheduled the appointment, they came out that day and on time, and did everything we had discussed as well as went above & beyond the scope of work. Hopefully I wont have to, but I will use them again if needed.

Our home was built in 2006, and things were starting to need repair. A good friend recommended Michael’s Master Plumbing. When I called the owner (Michael) answered the phone and we scheduled replacement of a few bathrooms shut off valves. Michale’s crew arrived on time and completed the job and answered all my questions (and I had a few) with great professionalism. I was so impressed with the company, I had them out today 3/20/25, to replace my water shut-off valve to the house, shower water cartridge, hot water heater expansion tank and outdoor faucet. Michael did most of the work and I was very impressed with the quality and professionalism. We just moved to Fairview in 2023 and finding a quality plumber is a nugget I attend to keep and tell my friends.

You truly won’t find a better plumber for a better price in the area. Michael is kind, straight forward, and honest about what you need. His crew is very professional and does a great job every time. We have used them several times now over the years for new clean outs, leaking hot water heater pipe under the house, unclogging sewage lines, new outdoor hose bibs, and faucet replacement. I can’t recommend them enough!

I would absolutely avoid ever doing business with Michael's Master Plumbing. I am huge small business advocate and try to be patient and give the benefit of the doubt when I can but my experience with Michaels was so bad I have to warn others. This will be long but that's how terrible the experience was.

Long story short, I had foundation work completed at my home that resulted in needing plumbing work completed. I had the line scoped by a reputable plumbing company, loaded the camera footage to YouTube and then sent it out to multiple highly rated plumbers to gather quotes.

I am adding screenshots of our conversation but as you can see, I provided Michael with the video footage and he recapped the need (tunnelling 19ft deep from cutout), the cost ($6,510.00) and the timing (average 4 days).

I texted him back a couple of weeks later confirming I wanted to move forward and get on the schedule. This is where things start to go off the rails as he states he doesn't have record of the quote and wants to meet me at my home.

Him and his manager come over the next day, apologize for the confusion and let me know they should be able to complete the scope at the agreed upon price but want to run their own camera later that day or tomorrow (Friday). They never showed up again that day and when I hadn't seen them at all on Friday I finally reached out to confirm if they were coming to run their own camera line.

Michael (owner) texts me back that he spoke to Matthew (manager?) and that they are going to pass on the work and that they never quoted the numbers (although I have it in writing from their business phone number?).

These two gentleman are unorganized, unprofessional and flat out unethical. They reviewed a scope, put a cost estimate in writing and then reneged on it. They wasted my time, lied and gaslit me although I have the quote in writing. I would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone and hope this review helps some neighbors avoid a similar experience.

Edit: Based on your response, you're as ignorant as you are unethical. YOU REVIEWED THE VIDEO AND THEN PUT A BID IN WRITING TO COMPLETE THE WORK?!?! THE SCREENSHOTS CLEARLY SHOW THIS!?! You truly can't fix stupid...

We highly recommend Michael’s Master Plumbing! Michael replaced our water heater a few years ago. When we had an issue with it, and he promptly responded the following morning to address the problem at no charge. Additionally, he took the time to check our other water heater during his visit.

Michael is simply the best! I had some tricky plumbing repairs on a shower and faucet. Michael and his excellent team were able to quickly diagnose the problems and deliver a smart and cost effective solution to the repair. A total pleasure! Highly recommend.

The work was to replace outside gas pipe riser which was leaking. Very punctual in replying to the initial request. Very punctual in visiting the site. Great quality work. Great work ethics. I thought they were at least 25-35% more pricey. They could have given a better discount for Atmos work as Atmos recommended them. Overall all good except price.

I cannot say enough good things about Michael's Master Plumbing and their staff. They are very professional and their work is above and beyond what is expected. They are thorough in what they do, clean up as they go and will not leave until the job is done to the customer's satisfaction. They are very fair with their pricing as well. I will never use another plumbing company!

I highly recommend Michael’s Master Plumbing. Gave me a price up front based on description and pictures. Was quick to respond and schedule the service. We had 2 things needing to be done. The first issue fixed very quickly. The 2nd issue-the faucet we had purchased was not correct for our reverse osmosis system. He showed me on Amazon exactly what to order. He did not charge me for a second call even though the wrong faucet was my fault. He is extremely fair and wants to make sure the job gets done and is done correctly. Definitely 5 Stars!!!!
