My toilet was leaking from a crack in the back. Michaels came out the same day and replaced the toilet for me. Excellent work, great prices and knowledgeable techs. Have never had such a good experience with a plumber. Definitely will recommend and use again. They did great work and left no mess at all. 10/10

You can’t beat Michael and his team of Master Plumbers. They are fast to respond, very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I won’t use anyone else. They installed my new toilets that they picked up at Lowe’s for me. They even noticed that I had a different seat shape and asked if that was right. (It was correct). They checked my water heater setting, and my water pressure. I’ll get a new water heater and a circulation motor to deliver hot water faster and not waste water waiting on the hot water!! I’m well pleased!!

We had been experiencing water pressure issues at our home for a few months. Michael came out to our house a couple of times and with his recommendations & guidance he solved the problem. We have had them do tub drain repairs, sink faucet installs, and numerous water valve installs. All at a good price. Michael and team are the absolute best! We have had nothing but great experiences with them. We had a couple issues that we wanted addressed as quickly as possible and Michael was able to fit us into the schedule within 2 hours even though he initially asked about our availability for the next day. Matt and Dillon were prompt, professional, efficient and careful to install our new toilets! We will absolutely call on them when we need to replace the others OR to have any other plumbing done. The flat fee for services was refreshing. Other companies charge to come out and assess needs and then don’t apply the trip charge to services rendered. There is no trip charge with Michael’s. Very happy with this company and the quality of their Staff.

I have a dual water heater situation. One of them started leaking so I had to shut the water off which disabled all my hot water. Michael came out and routed the water to bypass the bad heater and use the good one just to get me going again while I decide if I want to stick with a two heater setup. He also replaced a valve and sealed up connections that were not done right from previous plumbers. He didn't even charge me for all this. Just asked for my business when I decide to replace the unit. I can tell you this type of attitude and service is what I really appreciate and trust. I've definitely found my future plumber with Michael and his team- they'll be getting my business.

After Atmos installed a new gas meter at my house, they did a leak test on my line and found a leak. Michael's Master Plumbing provided a very competitive bid and showed me what needed to be done. They did the job very quickly and professionally. In fact Michael fixed my outside faucet while he was on site for no charge. But he still took the time to ask what was wrong and helped me diagnose the problem and offered a solution. He even recommended a local plumber for us to use! This is really above and beyond!

The work performed was done quickly and satisfactorily, and I am grateful for the prompt response. However, I did notice after they left that there was a hole on the wall next to the water heater that was not there initially. I believe that it was caused during replacement of the water heater and never mentioned to me.

Michael's and his team of master plumbers are simply the best. They are my always there for me whenever I have a plumbing problem. They have replaced my broken sump pump, cleaned out my sewer lines, installed a new gas regulator and they just repaired my leaking main water line going into my house and installed a new brass shut off valve. Their work is always top notch and they always install quality parts at a fair price. While they were here, they even inspected my gas lines and touched them up with a fresh coat of gray paint. Now that is outstanding customer service!
