Tim Roszkowski did a wonderful job fixing our gas leak. Can't say enough good things. He was kind, explained everything well, and was reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Augerpros has been great to work with. They're extremely helpful and punctual when you have problems. They helped us before with replacing sewer line in front of our house and did such a great job they were the first people I called when we had a leak in the house. Julio was fantastic and really knew his stuff. Great guy and so helpful. I can't see a reason for me to ever work with a different plumbing company so long as this one's in business.

My 10-year-old water heater started leaking around noon on Friday. I called my existing plumber at 12:56 PM, as I have a family plan and was placed in the queue. I called back at 2:04 PM only to be informed that I had been placed in the Queue. I went on Yelp and requested a plumber for repair/replacement. I got a reply from Kacie from Augerpros at 2:44 pm. She informed me that they could have a plumber at my location in 15 minutes. I heard from my existing plumber company, 5 minutes after Augerpros, that their plumber would be at my location in 30 to 45 minutes. After this call, Kevin Houser was at my house at 2:54 PM at the time specified by Kacie. Kevin quickly assessed my water heater problem and recommended a replacement. I approved the replacement cost around 3 PM. Kevin and his technician informed me that the water heater replacement would be completed by 6 PM. During the water heater uninstall, I cancelled my existing company plumber dispatch to my residence. Kevin and his technician were polite, professional, and clean as they worked. Kevin installed an AO Smith ProLine® 50-Gallon Tall Electric Water Heater, Model ENT-50 130, which has a 4.6 out of 5-star review. Out of 1230 reviews, 906 have been 5-star reviews and 240 have been 4-star reviews. This is a quality professional grade water heater.
They completed the new water heater installation at 5:40 PM, well within the estimated time by Kevin. From calling Augerpros until Kevin completed the job, I am delighted, as they treated me with respect and cared about my repair. I highly recommend Augerpros for any of your plumbing needs.

We just had Brendon and Alan clear two sink drains and a tub drain for us. They both did an excellent job fixing the issues and explaining the ins and outs of what caused the issues and how to prevent them in the future. We could not be happier with the experience and will definitely call them again in the future for any issues or services.

I’m usually too busy or forget to leave a review but just had to for this company. They did a great job from beginning to end providing quotes and was able to come next day , first thing in the morning. The technician Julio G. was very knowledgeable, friendly and had great advice moving forward with my project and cleared my water line, a feat other companies couldn’t seem to do. Great company with great service! Tim was at our house within an hour of my initial call to the company requesting service. Once he arrived, he was very professional and very nice, and was extremely educational. Prior to beginning work, he diagnosed the issue, and provided me a quote. During the service, and after he was done, he answered all of my questions, and I feel more informed of ways to prevent the issue in the future.

Kevin & his assistant were awesome! They were informative and timely! They completed their estimate, bought supplies and completed all the repairs in an hour and a half!!! Definitely recommend. If you’re looking for a good plumber, I would go with Augerpros for sure.

Quick and professional. They arrived the day after I called within the scheduled time frame and Justin was polite, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He provided a cost estimate on site and was able to make the repairs the same day. He cleaned up after himself and went the extra mile to ensure that the spigots I had replaced were covered with plastic barrier until I can have the brick repaired.

Excellent experience with Augerpros Plumbing and Drain! My elderly mom had a clog in washer machine in the P trap line and caused a HUGE overflow. We were in a panic as water flooded all over her floors and throughout her small home. This is a first-rate company who strive to please their customers and provide great service. Kevin was very professional and providing very good advice. His recommendation was to replace two 12.5 year old units. I was skeptical at first but took the advice- and I wasn't sorry. Both needed replacement and saved me tons of heartache and expense.

I was GIFTED a new water heater with installation for Christmas by the wonderful owner of this company. Thank God for that because we are a big family and our tank just wasn’t cutting it! Had a leak at the street and needed some emergency service. Due to the old pipes, we discussed replacing outdoor lines causing excavation across the driveway. The team worked fast and the quality of work appears excellent. We are waiting for city inspection approval and then grounds/driveway repair can be completed . Cost was what I expected. Brendon West communicated with me throughout. He hit every timeline committed. He set me up with some temporary water service to help alleviate some inconvenience. Overall, I am really comfortable with Augerpros Plumbing and Drain. I would utilize their service again if needed.

Matt and Jacob did a great job fixing my corroded gas pipe to my grill. They even gave me a new valve that was easier to access- a pleasant surprise. They also put on shoe covers without being asked so that was nice. Very professional- would recommend.
