An absolute fantastic experience. Ben arrived on time, gathered all the information regarding our issue, gave me a detail plan of how he was going to tackle the issue and upfront cost. Ben took pride with my home by covering his shoes, and updated me on the progress on each step. Honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. Ben completed the fix within an hour.

Antonio and Angel were efficient, professional and thorough. They did a great job. Unfortunately the business side was not as wonderful. They recommended a mitigation company that my insurance adjuster said was being investigated for fraud. When I had concerns and questions about the process, they did not return my calls. The owner, Jeff, even lied about calling me back. It’s disappointing because I trusted their services and now I need a new plumber. Beware.

Ben and Antonio had arrived on time and go over the details to fix the kitchen sink why water running slowly. After to used the special tool to pull out few grease waste from the sewer pipe. Really happy with their service. Thank you

I cannot speak highly enough about this company. Their communication is excellent, they are clear and FAIR with their pricing. They fixed a hot water heater, a bathtub drain, and two outdoor faucets. Ben, the plumber, was fantastic. Clean cut, well mannered, and professional. If I ever need plumbing in the future, this is where I’m going.

Jeffrey is an honest man running an exceptional business. I've used him for small jobs, but recently needed him for an under the slab repair, which was extraordinarily stressful. He kept me in the loop throughout, reviewing best and worst case scenarios. Job is now complete, and the area was cleaned up better than it was before. Delete all the other contacts in your phone for plumbers. This is your guy.

Jeff was very professional and fast. I needed a new basket strainer and he changed it in a timely manner and cleaned up and checked to make sure there is no leak. Gave me couple of tips for pipe maintenance as well!

I finally have found a plumber I can trust and who also has good pricing. Ben replaced my two gas water heaters as well as replacing water cut off valves for my washing machine. I had gotten quotes from other brand name plumbing companies when one of my friends recommended Ben from Thorough Plumbing. Ben beat them on pricing and did not try to "sell" me on other things that the other companies did. He was responsive on scheduling and was easy to work with. I was not home during the final work and he was able to explain everything clearly to my wife which I greatly appreciate. He is just a good guy in general. I HIGHLY recommend Ben and Thorough Plumbing!

Water heater replacement was a seamless, trouble-free experience. Ben was a great, personable, and professional plumber. He was direct, trustworthy, and worked with my landlord, directly, to get the repair done in a timely manner. I highly recommend. Price is competitive,and less than most. While not the cheapest option, the peace of mind knowing we received quality service before and after the sale, is invaluable, and definitely worth skipping the cheap companies.

We were in desperate need of a plumber when we accidentally damaged a water line. Thorough Plumbing came out right away to fix the issue and did an incredible job. They were so professional and made sure they explained every little detail. Phenomenal work!
