This guy is the real deal. I bought a gas grill to be hooked up to natural gas. I am not a handy person. I wanted it done. I knew it was simple but I would feel better just having someone who knows this stuff install it. I called one plumbing company that I had used in the past. They wanted $325. The guy came out and it was the most frustrating experience I have ever had. He even wanted proof that the grill was designed for natural gas. After standing in the heat, etc., I finally found what was the obvious for him. This part of the story just goes on. Then I remembered Micah because he had installed a garbage disposal for me a couple of years earlier. This guy is amazing. He was done in less that 10 minutes. He wouldn't even charge me. I guess he felt sorry for me after the previous experience. I even tried to give him some cash just for coming to the house. He said no I can't do it. It wasn't even worth it. He is my plumber from now on. I won't forget him or his name. It almost seems too good to be true. But it isn't. Use this guy.

Micah's is the best. They replaced my hot water heaters and did a fantastic job. They also recently helped me over the phone and via a video resolve a drain issue. I highly recommend Micah's.

I have not used their service, however on the phone they have been extremely helpful. Jennifer was able to identify our potential issue and told us the right direction to go in even though they weren't able to assist in our particular situation. We will definitely call them future needs.

Can't say enough good things about Micah. Called him at 5.15pm tonight and he rearranged his evening to be able to help. He was at my house at 6:05. Incredibly polite, nice, and a person who takes his trade and reputation to heart. I trusted him to do what was needed. He did not disappoint. I will use him without question for all future needs.

Where do I start...I just can't say enough great things about these people. They were prompt, professional and understanding. They answered all of my questions and understood the urgency of my situation. He uses the best leak detector EVER! Found it with no problem-yes I filed a claim with my insurance, but I didn't use it because it came in under my deductible. I am happy, happy, happy! Thank you Micah and team I appreciate the work you did for me and my family.

Micah’s honest plumbing is truly honest !! A couple of years ago I contacted him regarding a leak in my house , he was able to quickly identify it as a slab leak. Micah resolved the issue quickly , professionally and assisted me in working with my insurance. Fast forward a couple of years later... December 2019 , my gas company identified a leak outside. Micah and his wife were VERY helpful and worked tirelessly to find the leak even late at night to ensure my family’s gas would be restored as quickly as possible even during the holiday.

I would definitely refer and use Micah for any and all of my plumbing related issues. It was especially comforting because they Christians who are truly doing the for God !

I left a message this am not really expecting a call back but I got one within the hour. (Forgot her name) dispatch/customer service gal listened so well to my issue and although they were overbooked, her service guys were on our block already so she'd check to see if htey could stop by after their curent job. She texted me in 2 hours to say they were on the way. Micah was a pro, also a great listener with terrific eye contact and handshake. He fixed the issue in no time.I am so pleased to have found this company!!!

So grateful for Micah and his help today! Had a plumbing emergency via our water heater and he went above and beyond by squeezing me into his day, fixing the problem, and educating me on what I did and didn't need. I so appreciate his honesty and help. He went above and beyond in a situation when others would have taken advantage of an emergency situation. Customers for life!

Honest, wholesome company. Micah fixed our plumbing issues easily and even cleaned up after himself. If you can’t be happy with these people there is something wrong with you.

Micah was able to come out same day and address an issue with a gas control module another company claimed was faulty and needed replacement. Calling Micah’s Honest Plumbing saved me hundreds!

I will definitely call Micah's Plumbing for future repairs. He came and replaced a faucet in my kitchen,and because the pipes under the sink were over 40 years old,the job was difficult. If you are looking for a plumber who does quality work and a person with integrity, call Micah.
He has done plumbing jobs for me and knows what he’s doing! I had another plumber install a sink for me.
He overcharged and did poor quality work. I had heard about Micah after that disaster and called him. He fixed the problem and charged me fairly. I was very pleased.

Does anyone know if Micah and his family are ok? We had him out on the 18th. He didn't return to complete the job and hasn't returned or answered phone calls. Just hoping that all is well. With all the good reviews it doesn't seem like him to just up and quit a job.

As I was blocking all my "spam calls", I inadvertently blocked Micah's number, too. Soooo, while I was waiting on return calls, they were fiercely trying to contact me to schedule! I could not have been any MORE PLEASED with the completed job. Micah went out of his way to repair "someone else's mistakes" with a toilet install. His PRICES WERE VERY FAIR and the service was IMPECCABLE. I have recommended Micah's Honest Plumbing to friends and will continue to tell others how competent his company is. I give MICAH'S HONEST PLUMBING ***** 5 STARS.

My story doesn’t have a lot to do with plumbing, more with character.

My truck broke down tonight on the side of the rode. A radiator hose busted and sprayed coolant all over the inside of my old freightliner truck.

Micah stopped to help me. He took the time out of his day, likely on his way home to help me. Wouldn’t take a dime from me. Just wanted to help me get back on the road.

I wish the world was filled with Micah’s. He’s an honest, good dude. I’ll turn to him and recommend him anytime without knowing a thing about his craftsmanship because guys like that are few and far between.

I have an older home that had a leaky toilet. They came and diagnosed the problem free of charge. When they returned to fix it, they were prompt, courteous, and very efficient. He was able to use my existing pieces instead of charging me for new ones. He explained the problem in a way I understood and saved me money. Additionally, he fixed other minor things without me even having to ask! Micah's Honest Plumbing will be our exclusive plumber! I highly recommend this service!

If I rate Micah's Honest Plumbing 10 stars, I would. I had another plumbing company (Service Contracters via AHS) come to my house to repair my toilet. I came back 7 hours later to find the toilet overflowing and there was no way to stop it. It was 11pm and I could not get Service Contractors to come back or any other company, so I found Micah's information online. They not only returned my phone call in a matter of minutes, but arrived at my home within 5 mins. He is very experienced and was to identify the " root problem" and not the sympton. He fixed it quickly and saved me from having to have my entire carpet place. He is professional, friendly and truly "Honest". I HIGHLY recommend Micah's!

This company is fantastic! Micah was able to fit me in the same day and came out to fix my problem, which for me and my family at the time, was a slight emergency. I have an old home in Allen with cast iron plumbing that backs up occasionally. Micah was able to clear the lines at a very reasonable rate and gave us some advice to prevent the issue from reoccurring. He is very honest man, which is difficult to find in this day and age. Micah and his wife, Jenny are wonderful people who do amazing work (yes plumbing can be amazing!) The fact that Micah knows exactly what he is doing and does not cut corners is icing on the cake.

I spoke with Jenny about a leaking faucet--after a description of the problem and a few quick pictures via text, she had figured out the problem and was ordering the part. Micah and his crew showed up on time, were polite and clean cut. He had to undo someone else's crappy attempt at fixing our faucet and then fix the leak.

I could not be happier with the entire experience from my initial phone call to my fixed bath faucet. I will be using Micah's Honest Plumbing for all future needs.

Absolutely the best plumbing company in the metroplex. Hard to find a company that leaves you feeling like you got an honest and fair visit. Micah is honest, fair and extremely knowledgeable. Jenny in the office is terrific and super quick to answer or reply even when they are busy and with this kind of service I bet they are really busy! I would recommend them for anyone looking for a plumber. Even if you are not in Allen, it is absolutely worth having him come to your area! Great service, fair and honest. One of our water main line has broken while doing some gardening. It was after 8pm we left a message and they called us back in 10 minutes and made a visit to my house right away.
It was completely dark outside. Micah put his hand into mud found the spot and told us it’s not good and the pipe needs to be replaced.
The pipe needs to be exposed in order to be replaced (dig a hole around it). That is a time consuming but not really a plumbing work so we told him we can get it done. Micah was happy and told us that will save the cost a lot and gave us a reasonable estimate to replace the pipe.
The next day he came after we prepared the area and he had the work done professionally. It took less time than I thought and he asked much less price than he originally estimated which I thought was fair already.
This is our first house and it was my first time calling a plumber so I didn't have much idea what to expect. I made several calls to different plumbers and they asked ridiculous price just to come and find the problem that scared the hell out of me. I am so glad I found these reviews before I scheduled a different plumber.

I can’t agree more to one of the reviews below that “they treat us like a neighbor, not just another customer”. I didn’t feel they are doing a ‘business’ with me at all. I feel I’ve been offered a good help.
